（吉隆坡24日訊）喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主要板貿易）次季淨利按年下滑12%至512萬令吉，不過仍宣布每股派息2仙。

截至7月底，該公司次季營業額在建築業收入提高帶動下，按年上揚46%至8294萬5000令吉，淨利卻受建築業賺幅低、製造業收入減少拖累。

不過，喬治肯特上半年淨利仍按年微揚1.2%至1065萬令吉，營業額勁增74%至1億6763萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備，早前獲得的安邦輕快鐵延長工程，將貢獻至集團收入，對下半財年展望樂觀。[中国报财经]

喬治肯特第三季淨利揚55%

（吉隆坡12日訊）受製造貿易和建築業務表現走強帶動，喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板貿服組）截至2013年10月31日止第三季淨利按年成長54.57%至707萬3千令吉，帶領9個月淨利揚至1千772萬5千令吉，按年漲17.37%。

派息1.50仙

第三季營業額成長24.49%至7千185萬7千令吉，推動9個月營業額成長55.27%，報2億3千949萬令吉。

此外，該公司也宣佈派發每股1.50仙中期股息。

該公司董事部透過文告表示，旗下建築業務營業額在第三季取得57%成長率，歸功於輕快鐵延伸工作進展穩定，製造貿易業務盈利按年大漲159%亦是關鍵原因。

乔治肯特末季净利成长75%

（蒲种27日讯）乔治肯特（GKent，3204，主板贸服股）2014財政年末季（截至1月31日止）净利成长75%，至1827万令吉。在2014財政年第四季，集团营业额涨118%，报2亿6680万令吉。同期税前盈利则攀升67%，至2440万令吉。        

2014財政年全年而言，该公司营业额录得5亿零630万令吉，扬升83%，2013財政年营业额则为2亿7681万令吉；税前盈利报5110万令吉，按年增加44%。全年净利则攀41%，达3600万令吉。该公司也建议派发每股4仙的单层股息。全年派息包括每股5.5仙的单层股息，及2仙的需扣税股息。

乔治肯特主席丹斯里陈溪福表示，「集团在2014財政年交出亮眼业绩，主要因核心业务中的基础设施投资、水务与建筑（IWC），以及水表与工业用品（MMI）成长推动。集团营业额及盈利双双写下新高，象徵著乔治肯特再创歷史性记录。」

「我们的税前盈利在过去10年復合年均增长率达20%。亮眼表现归功於董事部的策略执行。建筑业务是集团增长的显著动力。现有订单將让公司未来两个財政年持续忙碌。集团的工程进度进账佳，这为IWC提供良好成长前景。同时，乔治肯特也积极竞逐新工程项目，进一步扩大订单。集团聚焦在水务与保健领域，並参与竞標捷运计划的新工程合约，与建议中的第三条由格拉纳再也连接巴生港口的轻快铁延长线计划。」

此外，集团的MMI部门也创下令人鼓舞的销售表现。乔治肯特目前的水表產品已出口至全球40多个国家。国內市场成长稳健，乔治肯特独佔大部份州属的水表供应。至於海外对原厂代工以及非原厂代工產品的需求依然旺盛。

乔治肯特3送1红股　股价重挫

（吉隆坡30日讯）业绩表现理想的乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）建议以3送1比例，派送7510万2542股红股，以提高公司的股票流通量和回馈股东；不过，市场冷对该正面消息，乔治肯特股价在卖压下走跌，全天重挫17仙或9.04%，掛1.71令吉，是全场第8大下跌股。        

值得注意的是， 自今年3 月尾，乔治肯特股价突飞猛进，一直维持涨势，从3月26日的1.20令吉，走高至上周五的1.88令吉，共涨68仙或56.67%。

儘管乔治肯特今天早盘休市公布正面的季度业绩表现和红股计划，但该股相信是因为遭到套利，拖累股价败退。

该股以1.89令吉开市，比上周五闭市价1.88令吉，微起1仙；但，隨后转跌，以1.83令吉结束早盘交易，半天跌5仙或2.66%。

隨著该公司公布业绩和红股计划，该股在午盘开市成功扭转跌势，並上探至全天最高的1.91令吉，起3仙或1.6%；不过，其涨势仅曇花一现，该股再度回跌，並下跌至1.70令吉全天最低价位。

最后， 该股以1 . 7 1 令吉掛收，全天跌17仙或9.04%，成交量高达568万5900股，显著高于27日的61万零800股。

首季净利成长17%

乔治肯特2015財政年的首季（截至4月30日止）净利为647万3000令吉，按年成长17%，去年同期为553万7000令吉；营业额则为6486万3000令吉，按年跌23.41%，去年同期为8468万8000令吉。

配合业绩出炉，该公司发文告指出，製造、贸易和建筑业务录得较高的净利赚幅，带动公司税前净利按年提高9.8%，至870万令吉，去年同期为790万令吉。

此外， 文告表示， 隨著2014財政年末季完成彭亨关丹的Panching滤水厂的建筑工程，同时在今年5月30日也完成了彭亨-雪州的跨州原水输送工程，导致该公司的营业额按季呈跌。

在即將来临的股东大会上，公司將寻求股东批准，每股4仙的单层终期股息派发。在获得股东通过后，2014財政年股息派发总额將是1580万令吉。除了公布业绩，该公司也建议以3送1比例，派送红股。截至6月23日，乔治肯特的缴足资本为1亿1265万3813令吉，由2亿2530万7626股组成。一旦完成红股计划，公司的缴足资本將扩大至1亿5020万5084令吉，由3亿零41万零168股组成。

放眼50亿订单　乔治肯特擬重返油气业

（吉隆坡31日讯）乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）计划在接下来3年內，將订单总额提高至50亿令吉，同时放眼將业务扩展至油气相关领域。       

乔治肯特集团主席丹斯里陈溪福在今天的股东大会后向记者表示，儘管公司目前仍处於快速成长阶段，但他们不任意扩展，任何扩展计划必须符合公司政策以及与公司的现有业务和工程技术有关连。

他举例说，2012年7月获得的安邦轻快跌路线扩建工程，乔治肯特只是负责控制台及电力等系统设备，其他建筑工程由合作公司负责。他强调，乔治肯特是一家工程技术公司，建筑工作基本上都是外包给其他公司。

他称，目前，轻快跌路线扩建工程合约已完成大约1/3，预料將继续为公司带来可观收入。乔治肯特目前是国內唯一的轻快铁系统工程公司，並拥有80名来自世界各地的专才，预料未来將能让公司在铁道工程领域占一席之地。

乔治肯特在2014財政年（1月31日结帐）业绩表现不俗，陈溪福指出，这不会是曇花一现，公司在过去10年净利的复合成长率为20%，有非常稳定的成长。

他相信大马政府一向积极推动基建设施，对他们的业务如水务和铁道系统有很大的帮助。

他称，目前公司的订单总额10亿令吉，计划在接下来3年內將订单总额提高至50亿令吉。竞標中的合约总额超过150亿令吉，其中约100亿令吉是铁路系统工程，20亿令吉是水源处理系统。

陈溪福也透露，公司有意在事隔多年后重新进入目前火热的油气领域，惟他拒绝透露更进一步的细节。

对於公司的水表生產及出口业务，他表示，公司將会在接下来投入更多资源和发展，目標在2至3年內將该部门的营业额提高5倍。公司也会在將来推出全新的精明水表（Smart Meters），希望能与政府展开合作。

目前，该公司的水表出口至世界40个不同的国家，在共和联邦国家以及东南亚有很好的认知度。

值得一提的是，乔治肯特在上周入选了《福布斯》（Forbes）亚洲年度收入10亿美元以下表现最佳的200大上市公司，大马只有14家公司入选。

目前公司有健康的现金流，净现金高达1亿9360万令吉，每股净现金约55仙，每股资產1.10令吉。公司也在今天的股东大会通过了议决，正式派发3送1红股，此举除了回馈股东，也可提升股票流通量。

陈溪福也提到，目前公司的本益比是11倍左右，相比同业平均值17倍，其公司股价明显被低估。【东方网财经】

傳入圍邊佳蘭3億計劃 喬治肯特聞風走高

（吉隆坡5日訊）消息透露，喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主要板貿易）是入圍馬石油邊佳蘭綜合中心（PIC）總值3億令吉水管興建計劃的公司之一；該股似聞風走高，今日一度高漲17仙至2.33令吉。

利好推動下，喬治肯特今日頻頻走高，開盤先揚1仙至2.17令吉，隨后持續走高，一度漲至2.32令吉。休市掛2.32令吉，漲16仙，半日成交量384萬2000股。

午盤間，該股一度高漲17仙至2.33令吉。閉市時，該股報2.30令吉，漲14仙，成交量521萬9100股。

根據《The Edge財經日報》報導，消息指出，入圍上述計劃的共有4家公司，除了喬治肯特與實康（SALCON，8567，主要板貿易）組成的聯營公司，其他入圍的還包括商業高峰（PUNCAK，6807，主要板基建）、和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主要板建築）與羅集團（Loh&Loh）。

報導指出，該計劃內容主要是為邊佳蘭綜合中心的污水處理廠提供工程、採購、建築及委外（EPCC）服務。整項總值高達890億令吉的邊佳蘭綜合中心計劃位于柔佛南部，預計會將建築和工程計劃分成多個部分，頒發給本地或外國公司。

喬治肯特主席丹斯里陳溪福早前在股東大會上宣布，公司可能會重新進軍油氣領域。

雖然喬治肯特因利好推動走高，但其他入圍公司股價卻無太大波動。

營運開銷減‧喬治肯特次季淨利增19%

（吉隆坡17日訊）歸功於營運開銷減少，喬治肯特（GKENT,3204,主板貿服組）截至2014年7月31日止第二季淨利從前期的511萬5千令吉增長19.2%至609萬7千令吉，拉高上半年淨利走揚18%至1千257萬令吉，去年同期為1千零65萬2千令吉。

次季營業額卻下跌9.53%至7千503萬9千令吉，拖累首半年營業額減少16.54%至1億3千990萬2千令吉。

派息2仙

該公司董事部建議派發每股2仙中期股息，除權和享有日分別落在10月7日和9日。

喬治肯特主席丹斯里陳溪福在文告表示，公司將繼續在所有環節努力改善效率，以及削減生產與營運成本，同時持續投資和提昇技能和技術能力來保持競爭優勢，並持續提昇現有訂單數量來保障未來盈利表現。

乔治肯特获5700万医院合约

(吉隆坡29日讯)乔治肯特（GKent，3204，主板贸服股）获卫生部颁发总值5700万令吉的合约，负责瓜拉立卑医院第2阶段的设计及建筑工程。        

该公司在文告指出，这项合约的期限为30个月，预计將在2017年4月完工。这项合约符合该公司的长期策略，即更积极竞投现有及即將启动的基建及工程相关合约。

瓜拉立卑医院第2阶段工程，是乔治肯特获得的第2项卫生部合约，这是第一阶段工程的延续，总值9775万令吉的第一阶段的工程已经在2012年完成。

该公司也表示，获得第2阶段合约，印证该公司在第一阶段工程交出高素质及有效率的工作，在没有超支的情况下，准时完工。第2阶段工程將为集团的盈利带来正面的贡献。【东方网财经】

George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad (“GKENT” or "the Group") is pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of Award (“LOA”) from the Ministry of Health (“MOH”) to design and build Phase II of the Kuala Lipis Hospital for a contract sum of RM57 million (“Lipis II”). The project is to be completed over a period of 30 months and is due for completion in April 2017. This is in line with the Group’s long term strategy to actively bid for current and up-coming infrastructure and engineering related projects. Lipis II is the second MOH project that is awarded to GKENT and is an extension of Phase I that was successfully completed in 2012, a project worth RM97.75 million. Bagging Phase II of the Kuala Lipis hospital is a testament to the quality and efficiency displayed in Phase I which was delivered on schedule and within budget. The project is expected to contribute positively to the Group's earnings. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of GKENT, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovementioned contract.
