Citibank我request過2次 都很爽快 而且CS超有禮貌的 不然會被pot到夠力

其他銀行都有request waiver 基本上都沒有什麼問題 只有RHB也是爛銀行一間然後還要爛高級醬紫 剪了它的卡後 再叫身邊的朋友剪+不要再申請

小姐，之前你说两个月里收到,现在又说8-12个星期。。。
这就是你的Terms and Condition吗？

还有statement不是每个月一次吗？为什么你认为收到两次statement,而不是已过两给月呢？不然就是citibank的问题咯。。
那么citibank也很可怕呢，胡乱给statement...



老实说，我的确过了两个多月，都还没收到所谓的gps... 我还有两个星期就到第三个月了，到时他们又不知道又有什么理由呢？

不好意思 之前那個我寫到有misstake正確的是8-12個星期 2-3個月內


Statement是看statement date的 不是從你拿到卡開始算的
還有就是 Terms n Condition不是我說的 是Citibank定的 你真的死北不滿意就去跟他們吵


還有就是GPS已經有人拿到了 照片也上了

我做過Sales 也做過Customer 遇過很多很多類型的Customer 也見識過很多類型的Sales

我只是覺得 做Sales的要有正確的態度 做Customer的也是
一直認為人家騙你是沒有用的 如果你肯花少少時間去做一些功夫 可能都知道答案了

我人很好的 給你一點tips
如果你是3月拿到卡 這幾個星期就會拿到了 不然就還要再等

Citibank Cash Back Platinum Credit Card Terms and Conditions

1.         The following terms and conditions are applicable to all cash rebates awarded under the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card issued by Citibank Berhad ("Citibank") to Citibank Cash Back Platinum cardmembers ("Cardmembers"):
[Note: For the avoidance of doubt, Cardmembers mean both principal and supplementary cardmembers.]
         
(a)         5% cash rebate on all spending on petrol;
[Note: Cash rebates for petrol are capped at RM30 per month.]
(b)         2% cash rebate on all spending in Guardian and Watson pharmacies;
(c)         2% cash rebate on all spending on groceries at Carrefour, Tesco, Cold Storage and Giant only;
(d)         a)2% cash rebate on all payments made via Citibank Online or through Citibank’s One Bill system for DiGi, Maxis and Celcom bills only;
(e)         0.3% cash rebate on all other spending.

2.         The above merchant names and rates for cash rebates are subject to change and shall be reviewed periodically at our sole discretion from time to time.

3.         The cash rebate will be credited back into the Cardmembers’ account every month upon accumulation of RM50 equivalent amount in cash rebates. In the event that the cash rebate is less than RM50 for the particular month, the total cash rebate amount will be carried forward to the next month and will be taken into account in determining the Cardmember’s total cash rebate entitlement.

4.         The cash rebates must be accumulated and posted through the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card only. Purchases made on Citibank’s Balance Transfer, Flexi Payment Plan, Citibank Dial-For-Cash, refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent retail transactions, cash withdrawals, payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals, government service tax and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees shall not be taken into account in the determination of cash rebates. Unless otherwise specified, Cardmembers are not entitled to earn cash rebates from any other categories of transactions.

5.         Any remaining cash rebates including rebates pending credit into the account in the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card account shall immediately cease to be valid upon the occurrence of the following:
(a)         the cancellation of the Cash Back Platinum credit card; or
(b)         the conversion of the Cash Back Platinum credit card to any other Citibank credit card
          and no refund, extension or compensation shall be given by Citibank.
   
6.         Subject to Clause 4 above, the total cash rebates earned each month will be automatically credited into the Cardmembers' monthly statement of account.

7.         Citibank reserves its rights to cancel the cash rebates earned by a Cardmember without prior notice to the Cardmember and without assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.

8.         A Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card account must be in good standing in order to be entitled to earn the cash rebates.

9.         Cash rebates accumulated by Supplementary Cardmembers will be credited into the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card account of the Principal Cardmember. The total cash rebates earned by both the Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember will be reflected in the monthly billing statement of the Principal Cardmember’s Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card account.
           
10.         The Cardmember hereby acknowledges that there is a lapse between a transaction made using the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card and the crediting of the cash rebates into his/her Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card account. Citibank does not represent and warrant that the cash rebates accumulated prior to a proposed redemption is immediately available for redemption.
           
11.         Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in the event that the cash rebates are awarded to and received by persons who have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to use of their Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card and/or any transactions made thereof, Citibank reserves the right to disqualify such persons from earning or using the cash rebates.
           
12.         The terms and conditions of the Citibank Credit Card Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card and in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms and conditions of the Citibank Credit Card Agreement and the terms set out herein, the terms set out herein shall prevail.

Miscellaneous
13.         Citibank shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank

14.         Citibank's decisions on all matters relating to the cash rebates, including the determination of cash rebates and categories for cash rebates shall be final and binding upon all Cardmembers and no further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
           
15.         Citibank shall have the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, modify or amend the rebates of the Cash Back Platinum credit card as stipulated in these Terms and Condition, and such modifications and amendments shall be effective on such date or dates as shall be determined solely by Citibank.

16. Citibank hereby reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions may be modified, added, deleted or varied by Citibank by way of posting on the Website, or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Cardmembers agree to access the Website at regular time intervals to view these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions. The Cardmembers agree that their continued usage of the Citibank Cash Back Platinum cedit card shall constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time).

17.         To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Citibank or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection thereof, even if Citibank has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

今天问citi cs，严来citi plat cashback不是真的platinum，和ocbc titanium，ocbc robinson platinum 同category的 。48k annual income only.
