国油前总裁三苏 任NCB 控股主席

（吉隆坡22日讯）NCB控股（NCB，5509，主板贸服股）宣布，委任国家石油（Petronas）前总裁兼总执行长丹斯里三苏阿兹哈，担任非独立非执行主席。

根据文告，随着国民投资机构（PNB）与大马公共信托公司（Amanahraya Trustees Berhad）不再是公司大股东，由两者提名入驻董事部的原任主席敦阿末沙尔基，已在周四（21日）卸下职务。

由此，63岁的三苏将接掌该职位，周四起生效。

他除了曾是马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）与马国际船务（MISC，3816，主板贸服股）的主席，也在国油集团担任数家公司的董事，当中包括国油探勘主席。

董经及8董事辞职

此外，NCB控股集团董事经理阿比索菲安，在昨日以私人理由提出辞呈。

同时，公司还有8名董事辞职，当中包括尼克穆斯塔法、拿督哈里巴、拿督祖莱达、拿督依里斯、拿督阿都阿兹、拿督朗兰、李业健（译音）和拿督斯里阿沙德。

另外，公司委任大马贸易风集团董事经理拿督莫哈末再纳，出任非独立非执行董事。

同时，马拉卡（MALAKOF，5264，主板贸服股）董事拿督依德利斯，以及前吉打州秘书拿督帕杜卡，也受委为独立非执行董事。【南洋网财经】

错过卖掉NCB．该怎么做？

读者WONG问：

自NCB控股（之前股号是5509）在马股下市后，我仍然持有该公司的股票。上次我错过MMC机构（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服组）做出的收购献议，没有把股票卖出。请教我该怎么做？

答：MMC机构是在去年2月中完成全面收购NCB控股的股票。当时它是以每股4令吉40仙全购，市场一般认为是不错的出价，当时你没有趁机卖出套现，实是有点可惜。

2选择：保留或脱售

NCB控股的股票已经在股市除牌，你仍持有其股票，而你可以做的两件事：一、保持现状继续持有该公司股票；二、脱售有关的股票。

这里先说第一个情况，即是继续持有NCB控股的股票。其实，作为该公司的股东，你仍然可以享受该公司的一切的股东利益。例如：公司派发的股息，若是它有出版年报或有网站（http://www.ncb.com.my），你仍可获得公司的企业动作或发展的讯息。

唯一最重要的不同点，随着公司下市后，就是你的股票不再可以随心所欲般轻易的在公开市场买卖。同时，一般来说，它也失去这项优势所附带的一些溢价，或是估值较低一些。

其实，一旦公司下市后，若是家经营良好公司，这并不一定表示公司业务表现，不可以做得比上市时更好。以往就有一些前例，一些下市后的公司所派发的股息，比上市时来得高，为小股东带来一点惊喜。

这可能是大股东持有公司更多股份，反而更有心思把业务做得更好、派发更多的股息，使自己攫取更大利益；反而使没有卖股的小股东，也沾上光而从中得益。

NCB控股主要涉及港口管理（北港）及物流业务领域，市场分析员也曾不排除，该公司控股公司——MMC构机在日后整顿或重组业务（包括NCB旗下的北港）后重新在马股上市的可能性。这是较为乐观的看法。当然它也有业务走下坡的可能，你可继续追踪公司的业务发展情况。

自寻买家脱售股票

至于第二种情况，就是把手中没有上市的股票卖掉。这肯定没有上市时在交易时段即可通过经纪或上网轻易卖出或易手。作为非上市股票，你唯有靠自已的联系网络如包括经纪等，自行寻求买家，以愿买愿卖的私自洽商方式，以双方皆可接受的价格交易你手中的股票。

同时，你也可尝试通过上述网址联络NCB控股，特别是有关的投资者服务部门，以查询它们是否可以协助你卖出你的股票，或是建议潜在的买家，相信是其中可行办法。
