多元化业务 裕丰欲5年内抵销亏损

(吉隆坡31日讯)裕丰(PJI,7122,主板贸服股)将通过多元化业务,在5年内抵销累积亏损(accumulated losses),并成为机构投资者的投资雷达。
裕丰董事经理林宗麟在出席股东特别大会之后向媒体表示,虽然公司仍注重机电工程业务,但会逐步多元化业务。
目前,该公司已经把业务扩大至再生能源以及建筑领域。
同时,预计在未来两年进一步多元化至产业领域。
在多元化业务下,裕丰希望能够在5年内抵销累积亏损。目前,有少过2500万令吉的累积亏损。
林宗麟指出,自公司进行削减面值之后,成功把累积亏损减少超过50%。
再生能源赚幅佳
此外,他预计2013财年(截至6月30日)业绩将好于去年。
他表示,未来将进行的产业发展规模不大,大约2至3亿令吉发展总值,偏向中至高档房产。
目前,裕丰正洽谈一项联营发展计划,地点靠近柔佛依斯干达。
短期内,机电工程及建筑业务会是裕丰主要贡献来源,目前占据营业额接近90%比重。
“一旦开始进行产业发展计划,料营业额贡献将在未来3年达到30%比重,而机电工程及建筑业务则占60%。”
至于再生能源业务,除了去年获颁在彭亨州百乐县建筑一座13兆瓦生物质发电厂的合约之外,目前也在探讨其他国内潜在工程,如水力发电厂。
再生能源业务的赚幅不俗,介于13%至15%,有助改善公司的业绩表现。
易名改变形象
配合裕丰多元化业务,公司也建议从八打灵建设(PJI Holdings Berhad),易名至裕丰(YFG Berhad)。
一直以来,八打灵建设是知名的机电工程公司,但为了多元化业务计划,所以决定改换取用较通用的名字。
林宗麟说,在一系列的企业重组活动下,裕丰希望能够成为机构投资者的投资雷达。
今日,裕丰成功在股东特别大会上寻求股东通过企业活动,包括增加法定股本、设立雇员认股计划(ESOS)、更换公司名字及修订公司章程。
目前,裕丰有3亿1400万令吉的订单合约,并竞标着接近8亿令吉的合约,包括捷运计划的地底车站工程。

(吉隆坡5日訊)裕豐(PJI,7122,主要板貿易)宣布,正式易名為YFG,股票名稱改為YFG,憑單則為YFG-WA。
馬證交所發佈文告指出,裕豐股票及憑單將從本週三(7日)早上9時起,以新名交易;股票編號則不變。
裕豐今日向馬證交所報備,該公司已獲大馬公司委員會批准,依據上市條例23(2)易名,易名程序將從從本月7日開始生效。[中国报财经]

裕丰集团获2.5亿合约 承建沙巴超级公寓
二零一三年八月十三日 晚上十时九分
(吉隆坡13日讯)前身为PJI控股的电器与机械工程公司裕丰集团有限公司(YFG,7122,贸易服务组),已获颁沙巴一项共管公寓发展的建筑与完成合约,总值2亿5590万令吉。
裕丰集团向大马交易所作出宣布时称,其独资子公司YFG Trolka私人有限公司,已接获Palikota私人有限公司志期8月1日的委任信。YFG Trolka之前名为Trolka工程私人有限公司。
Palikota则是由Jesselton海滨控股私人有限公司全资拥有。
“该计划为期2年,从2013年8月展开直到2015年8月。”
建议中商业和27层海滨共管公寓发展称为Jesselton Residences Waterfront,位于亚庇的惹兰哈芝沙曼。
裕丰集团指出,上述计划包括4层高价广场、5层停车场和3栋20层超级共管公寓,坐落亚庇中央商业区的海岸。
该计划料将对集团未来收益和每股净资产值带来正面贡献。[东方日报财经]

The duration of the Project is for a period of 24 months, commencing from 12 August 2013 to 11 August 2015.
The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than normal operational risk associated with the Project. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the Group.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.

获沙巴公寓发展合约 裕丰达5 亿订单目标

(吉隆坡19日讯)随着获得沙巴高级公寓发展计划合约,裕丰(YFG,7122,主板贸服股)董事经理林宗麟宣布,已达到今年5亿令吉订单目标。
《The Edge》引述林宗麟表示,裕丰独资子公司———YFG Trolka私人有限公司,于今年8月初成功获得Jesselton Waterfront控股私人有限公司独资子公司———Palikota私人有限公司,颁发上述总值2亿5590万令吉合约后,意味着公司已成功达到5亿令吉订单总值目标。
“另外,我们也在今年上半年积极竞投有关电子机械工程,以及建筑领域的合约。竞投合约总值7亿令吉。”
他披露,正在竞投的合约,包括了捷运计划(MRT)的电子和机械工程,以及柔佛依斯干达特区产业发展计划。
林宗麟披露:“获得Palikota合约对公司的意义非凡,象征我们开始减少对电子和机械解决方案领域的依赖(占总收入90%),多元化公司收入。”
他也表示,裕丰将放眼更多总值介于2亿令吉至3亿令吉的产业发展计划合约。
