馬股上前週以76億股改寫單日交投新高，許多低價股趁機浮出台面；一些挾持利好的低價股，走勢有如神助，股價上週飆升87%的IFCA多媒體（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技組）就是固中代表作。

本期《股海撈月》要討論的，是同樣在上週異軍突起的艾飛升（EFFICEN，0064，主板貿服組）。

艾飛升突然價量齊升，讓《股海撈月》一度猶豫是否要放棄這隻已找齊資料、各方面數據都不錯的小現金牛；無論如何，該股最終仍成為本期主角，因《股海撈月》相信相關資料具備一定的參考價值，不登就浪費了。

來，先別忙著追趕短期波動，瞭解一下該股細節再說吧！

2005年上市馬股的艾飛升，是家業務流程外包（BPO）服務供應商，包括提供多元數據與文件管理方案，協助客戶解決複雜商業難題，藉此降低成本和風險，同時強化速度、效率和安全性等層面。

該公司提供的服務，包括有數據處理、文件處理、電子單據與郵件分銷、成像（Imaging）與數據捕捉、存檔與取回、紀錄管理等；簡單來說，就是替企業代勞處理和管理文件、資料和數據方面的流程和相關事項就對了。

網站資料顯示，艾飛升客戶組合包括來自主要經濟領域的藍籌企業，如金融機構、股票行、保險公司、電訊業者等。

當今企業為了強化營運和成本監督效率，一般會選擇把一些能夠由別人進行的非核心運作交給外包商代勞（尤其是大型企業），以便將更多精神與資源投放到核心運作上，藉此強化業務彈性。

為此，那些具備一定規模的企業，如今都趨向花點錢，把類似工作轉交給承包商管理，這就是艾飛升的機會所在。

仔細查閱艾飛升資料，會發現該公司基本面一點也不馬虎；上市至今的10個財政年內，該公司不曾試過虧損滋味（僅有過單季虧損），即使是在2008和2009年次貸風暴時期，業績也面不改色，展示極強的韌性。

然而，郵費價格在2010年調漲，卻讓經營環境起了變化，艾飛升自此迎來嚴峻挑戰。

市場競爭激烈，加上賺幅偏高的軟件程序發展服務貢獻轉弱，艾飛升業績自2011年起明顯退色，淨賺幅從最高峰時期的26%，一度敗退至9%水平，淨利也從巔峰時期的突破1千600萬令吉，猛挫至2012年約400萬令吉。

需留意的是，該公司董事部在2011年末季財報中，曾預計來年業績持穩和更後期業績出現改善，這預期後來準確兌現在接下來兩年業績內，2012和2013年淨利分別報402萬和486萬令吉，營業額也有所反彈，管理層傑出地掌握了業務狀況。

為此，該公司董事部在2013年年報總結未來展望時，曾預計2014年盈利賺幅和財務表現將進一步改善，相信可被視作不錯的參考指標。

上週出爐第二季業績顯示，艾飛升在2014上半年報淨利304萬5千令吉，按年揚18.62%，營業額則按年揚4.91%至2千447萬令吉，業績和賺幅持續轉強中。

資產負債表方面，該公司繼續保持幾近零債務狀態，持有淨現金約4千450萬令吉，相等於每股約6.3仙，這還不包括證券投資（股票+信託基金）欄目內的1千665萬2千令吉，財務狀態強勁。

此外，該股上市至今有過兩次紅股和一次特別息記錄，惟經常性週息率不高，過去3年派息額僅介於0.15仙至0.2仙，預料只有在業績更上一層樓之際，股東才有望盼來更高股息。



1219萬購地擴張業務

另外，向來無甚動作的艾飛升，罕見地在今年宣佈了兩項購地計劃，陸續耗資567萬和652萬令吉在芙蓉“techpark@enstek”工業區收購兩塊地皮，由於相關地皮被限制用於實體與數據文件儲存和相關用途，購地案相信是業務擴張前奏。

另一項頗有趣、但可能被多數人忽略的發展是，艾飛升今年7月成立了一家名為LIVINGSTON EDUCATION的新子公司，目標業務是從事私人學校業務，似有意多元化業務至教育領域。

不過，由於缺乏相關細節，我們不妨繼續觀察後續發展，待有更明確方向後才評估進軍教育界對該公司的意義。

目前，艾飛升的最大股東是董事經理謝志光（譯音）和首席執行員謝志偉（譯音），合計持有約32%股權，第二大股東則是在2011年中崛起成顯著股東的新加坡郵政（Singapore Post），持股為20.8%。

新加坡郵政當年在文告中解釋，投資艾飛升符合公司擴張數據印刷業務的長期計劃，及認為該業務具備良好成長潛能，同時還預見與艾飛升合作進軍區域市場和開拓新業務的機會。（雙方當時曾探討合作進軍印尼市場的機會，可後來因找不到印尼合作夥伴而告吹。）將在美股上市的中國網絡交易巨頭阿里巴巴，數月前宣佈收購新加坡郵政10%股權，也讓一些眼明的投資者立即聯想到艾飛升，開始揣測艾飛升是否可能自中國首富馬雲的國際化戰略中沾上邊光。

然而，考量這種可能性暫無任何佐證可言，奉勸各位還是抱著“沒有無損失，有則當驚喜”的心態來看待吧。

第三波漲潮拭目以待

查看10年股價圖，艾飛升上市至今曾經歷兩次上升週期；第一次是從2005年11月開始、並於2007年1月見頂（期間有過3個月調整期）的長期漲潮，當時是從11仙漲至30.5仙歷史新高。

第二次，則是從2008年12月持續至2009年10月的谷底反彈升勢，當時是從9.5仙漲至27.5仙。

無論如何，在第二波漲勢見頂後，艾飛升股價又因郵費調漲和盈利賺幅萎縮而逐步轉弱，且一弱就是3年，直到去年中下探12仙低點後才開始站穩。

有鑑於此，今年5月剛從14仙起跳的漲勢，會否可能是第三次漲潮？難說，懂得技術分析的讀者，還是自己分析一下吧。

截稿時，艾飛升股價已揚升至21仙以上水平。至於該公司的股票未來前景，讓我們看看與它息息相關的最新業績、及業務表現。

Description	ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN AN UNQUOTED COMPANY
The Board of Directors of Efficient E-Solutions Berhad ("Efficient" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the Company has on 3 March 2015 acquired the entire equity interest in DIGITAL JUNCTION SDN BHD (1128431-T) ("DJSB") comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a total cash consideration of RM2.00 only ("Acquisition"). Pursuant to the Acquisition, DJSB has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Efficient. DJSB is a dormant company and its authorised share capital is RM400,000 comprising of 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 shares have been issued and fully paid-up. The intended principal activities of DJSB are IT system integration, shared and support, and any other IT related services. The Acquisition has no material effect on the earnings per share, net tangible assets per share, share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders of Efficient or its subsidiaries have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.
