（巴生30日讯）出口汽车替换零件至逾50个国家的新鸿发（NHFATT，7060，主板消费产品股），放眼将足迹延伸至拉丁美、中国、东协和中东。

董事经理陈日新发文告说，泰国、沙地阿拉伯、埃及、迪拜和墨西哥，是新鸿发今年的首要市场，目前出口市场占总营收的42%。

2510万投资印尼中国

该公司日前连续第五年参与“2014年上海国际汽车零部件、维修检测诊断设备及汽车用品展览会”，以探寻新市场和商机。

“我们在展览会上与来自47个国家的业者会面，这是扩大市场、与现有顾客和潜在买家会面的好平台。”

新鸿发也积极发展雅加达和上海的贸易臂膀，过去3年共投资2510万令吉，也希望能在东协经济共同体（AEC）下获利。

（吉隆坡27日訊）新鴻發（NHFATT，7060，主要板消費）上財年截至12月底，末季營業額下跌4%至4759萬令吉，公司成功轉虧為盈，淨利報143萬令吉，每股派發7仙股息。

新鴻發今日發布最新業績時指出，國內市場需求減低導致營業額下滑，2013財年末季則因商業減值導致報虧損5萬令吉，如今該問題已解決，因此在末季成功轉虧為盈。

該公司上財年全年營業額按年跌5%至2億60萬令吉，淨利挫40%至1197萬令吉。【中国报财经】

新鸿发开拓海外市场　2020出口比重佔70%

（吉隆坡3日讯）新鸿发集团（NHFATT，7060，主板消费股）放眼未来5年內，將汽车零件出口业务的营业额贡献进一步扩大，从目前的43%，增至70%。

新鸿发集团董事经理陈日新表示，基于大马市场受限于较小的人口规模，公司唯有继续开拓海外业务，以確保获利来源。

他指出，该公司將继续探討將汽车零件出口至新市场的机会，同时也將投入更多的资源，来提高集团本身的生產力和研发汽车新模组，以应付出口市场庞大的需求。

他补充说，公司的目標是在2020年，將出口的营业额贡献比重提高至70%，当中东盟和世界各地的市场分別佔其中的30%和40%；而本地汽车零件市场的贡献比重则减少至30%。

截至2014財政年，该公司的营业额有43%来自海外市场，剩余的57%则来自本地市场。

「公司的出口市场主要还是以东盟市场为主，该市场佔整体出口营业额的32%。」

陈日新透露，隨著东盟经济共同体（AEC）將在今年底全面落实，在东盟地区形成统一市场，料將对公司的出口业务有利。主要是该公司届时出口至东盟市场的汽车零件將获得免税优惠。

他在今日的股东大会后，出席媒体招待会时，如此表示。陪同出席者包括新鸿发集团执行主席金风琼。

2000万资本开销

陈日新透露，除了大马，在东盟市场中，印尼仍然是公司所关注的市场。去年，该公司在当地设立新仓库，同时也加强当地的分销网络。除了东盟市场，中东市场和中南美洲市场是该公司出口销量的第2和第3大市场。

「公司也正在积极开拓出口至南美洲新市场，这包括阿根廷。」

为了开发和设计更多的汽车零件新模组，以应付国內外汽车零件市场的需求及提高公司汽车零件的產能，该公司將在今年投入2000万令吉的资本开销。

展望今年前景，陈日新表示，虽然公司本身希望营业额在今年有双位数成长，然而，今年的出口市场和本地市场都出现放缓的现象，因此前景將非常挑战。

税务开支走高 新鸿发控股净利滑6%

（吉隆坡13日讯）新鸿发控股有限公司（NHFATT，7060，消费产品组）次季净利按年下滑6%，归因于税务开支走高。

截至6月底次季净利为516万令吉，或每股6.86仙，上财年同期为547万令吉，或每股7.28仙。

这家汽车零件制造商的次季营业额也下滑9%至5166万令吉，同期为5681万令吉，主要是因为本地市场需求走低。

虽然如此，上半年的净利增加约20%，至952万令吉，或每股12.67仙，相比同期的795万令吉，或每股10.58仙，归功于较低的营运开销以及外汇兑换率的正面效应。

营业额则从去年同期的1亿276万令吉，减3%至9986万令吉，因国内市场需求减弱。

新鸿发控股表示，由于油价波动以及令吉兑美元走弱，因此将继续在本地和海外市场面临激烈竞争。

无论如何，该集团将继续进行国内和国际市场的发展策略，以增加销量、提高效率以及增强竞争力。【光华日报财经】

New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad (“NHFHB”) wishes to make a clarification on a report which was published on the website of Bursa Market Place on 23 September 2015 entitled “An Unknown Buyer Acquired 5.3% Stake in New Hoong Fatt Holdings Bhd (KLSE:NHFATT) For MYR7.9 Million” (hereinafter referred to as “Report” and the same is attached in this announcement for reference). The Management of NHFHB has reviewed the latest Record of Depositors as at 25 September 2015 and noted that there was no change in the Substantial Shareholders of NHFHB save for the change in the custodian of the shares held by Yeoman 3-Rights Value Asia Fund (“Yeoman”), an existing Substantial Shareholder of NHFHB. Due enquiry was made with Yeoman on 28 September 2015, who has on 29 September 2015 clarified that there was a change in the custodian of Yeoman’s assets and the 3,949,000 shares held by Yeoman in NHFHB were transferred from the ex-custodian account to the new custodian account vide a married trade exercise that took place on 14 September 2015. Based on the clarification above, there is therefore, no change in the beneficial ownership of Yeoman and no emergence of new Substantial Shareholder in NHFHB. （吉隆坡30日讯）汽车替换零件制造商新鸿发（NHFATT，7060，主板消费产品股），致力于在东盟扮演更关键的角色，且将提升对其他出口市场的专注。

根据文告，借助于东盟经济共同体（AEC）的成立，新鸿发将持续推动明年的汽车替换零件出口。

东南亚10国的经济结合，以及贸易壁垒的消除，将带来超过2.6兆美元（约11.17兆令吉）的经济规模，和超过6.2亿人口的商机，有助于该公司进一步拓展区域业务。

早前，新鸿发也参与了“2015年上海国际汽车零配件、维修检测诊断设备及服务用品展览会”。

该展览在4天内，共吸引了近10万名访客。

新鸿发董事经理陈日新表示，上海国际汽配展成功拉近公司与客户之间的距离，同时，也与全世界的潜在客户建立了新商业关系，特别是亚洲。

“我们也与其他主要的区域及国际供应商和制造商交流，包括售后市场分销商及全球零售商。”

开拓国际立足点

截至第三季，新鸿发出口业务录得增长。

陈日新解释，公司很努力拓展国际立足点，今年更加强在亚洲的据点，特别是东盟。

“首9个月的出口营业额，从去年同期的6540万令吉，增长20%，达7880万令吉。”

他冀望可通过现有及新市场，进一步提升出口营业额。

展望明年，陈日新坦言，在国内消费者情绪低迷及全球经济动荡之际，明年挑战依旧。

答：截至2015年9月30日為止第三季，新鴻發集團的淨利增加至523萬8千令吉（每股淨利為6.94仙），前期淨利為258萬9千令吉（每股淨利為3.44仙）。第三季的營業額為5千317萬1千令吉，前期為5千零24萬9千令吉。

該公司首9個月的淨利增加至1千476萬2千令吉（每股淨利為19.64仙），前期淨利為1千零54萬1千令吉（每股淨利為14.03仙）。

首9個月營業額為1億5千302萬9千令吉，前期為1億5千300萬6千令吉。該公司每股資產值為4令吉34仙。

擬增海外貢獻至70%‧新鴻發拓東盟市場

（吉隆坡2日訊）大馬汽車替換零件市場規模不及東盟，新鴻發集團（NHFATT，7060，主板消費品組）未來積極擴大海外市場營業額至70%。

該公司董事經理陳日新在股東大會後表示，大馬每年汽車領域銷售量（TIV）為60萬輛左右，而印尼TIV高達100萬輛，相比之下，大馬市場並不大，因為公司將會積極拓展業務至東盟市場，並期望將海外營業額貢獻從51%推高至70%，預期2020年，可達到上述目標。

“我們的產品出口至全球60個國家，目前東盟與非東盟國家的貢獻總營業額的比例為36.7%%及14.76%。”

他補充，大馬市場貢獻該公司49%的營業額，是其主要的市場，但並非是成長市場，因此，將會更注重海外市場，特別是東盟國家，因東盟經濟共同體有助於降低營運成本。

消費情緒回揚

詢及大馬市場消費情緒，他表示，去年受到消費稅的衝擊，以致消費情緒走低，但是現在消費者已經習慣了消費稅，且消費情緒已經開始有回揚的現象。不過，該公司的成長還是取決於海外市場。

他也表示，該公司現有產能的使用率為60至70%左右，一旦走高至80至90%，就會擴大產能。

“我們現在仍有12英畝的地庫，建造新的產線只需6個月至12個月。”

他補充，該公司也不排除到海外設廠，前提是當地營運條件符合成本。目前，該公司在印尼及中國上海設有分銷中心。

他也表示，該公司每年都有派發股息，但沒有設立股息政策的意願，因為需在派息與投資之間取得平衡點。

新鴻發集團2011年至2015年的股息為10仙至13仙，派息率介於42.51%至62.77%。（星洲日報／財經）

新鸿发次季多赚38%

（吉隆坡29日讯）新鸿发（NHFATT，7060，主板消费产品股）截至6月30日次季净利按年上扬38%，至861万3000令吉，每股净利达11.46仙。

同期营业额也按年增加16%，报5996万令吉。

合计上半年，新鸿发净赚1408万8000令吉，每股净利18.74仙，年增48%；营业额则按年微升15%，至1亿1460万令吉。

新鸿发指出，在国内与海外需求增长和有利的汇率环境下，带动营业额、税前盈利和净利的上扬。

此外，新鸿发认为经济大环境仍然充满挑战，公司将提高成本与营运效率来保持竞争力，仍乐观看待下半年的汽车替换零件市场。【w南洋】
