Kretam Holdings Bhd announced today the receipt of notice of unconditional takeover offer from AmInvestment Bank Bhd on behalf of Nasalim Sdn Bhd, Santraprise Sdn Bhd and Lim Nyuk Sang@Freddy Lim.

The offer is to acquire all the ordinary shares of RM1 each in Kretam not already held by the joint offerors and persons acting in concert for a cashoffer price of RM1.43 per offer share, KHB said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

（吉隆坡16日讯）嘉利丹（Kretam，1996，主板种植股）脱售东马Innosabah证券行给新加坡大华银行一案，已获新加坡金融管理局批准。

嘉利丹向马交所报备，已于昨日接到新加坡金融管理局的批准。

大华银行股票经纪子公司——大华继显控股去年秒建议以5668万令吉、向嘉利丹收购Innosabah证券行。

通过收购，大华银行可进军本地股票经纪业。

原棕油價偏低 嘉利丹第3季淨利跌24%

（吉隆坡21日訊）儘管嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主要板種植股）第3季營業額錄得增長，但受原棕油價低等利空拖累，淨利按年跌34%至1228萬7000令吉。

截至9月30日第3季，該公司營業額較上財年同期增長47%至9154萬令吉，淨利則跌34%。

總結首9個月的表現，該公司營業額按年增長33%，從1億6831萬增至2億2375萬令吉，淨利則按年跌25%至4789萬5000令吉。

嘉利丹向馬證交所報備指出，原棕油價低、油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）產量低、肥料價格高及提煉品未實現盈利是導致公司淨利表現失色的主因。

該公司指出，由于10月份原棕油價格一度挫至每公噸2200令吉，至今並未明顯改善，公司已降低全年財測。

另外，嘉利丹子公司 Green Edible Oil 私人有限公司已接獲大馬匯豐銀行的外匯融資總值4500萬令吉，主要用以對衝外匯交易波動。[ChinaPress]

嘉利丹受低棕油價衝擊
2）儘管營收唱好，礙於棕油價走疲、現有種植地的鮮果串產量降低、肥料價走高、精煉棕油產品盈利未實現，嘉利丹截至2012年9月30日止，第三季淨利由前期1千870萬3千令吉挫34.03%到1千228萬7千令吉，促使首三季淨利也自前期6千413萬8千令吉滑落25.33%到4千789萬5千令吉。

該公司第三季營業額自6千237萬5千令吉起46.75%到9千153萬5千令吉，帶動首三季營業額也從前期1億6千830萬7千令吉上揚32.94%到2億2千375萬2千令吉。

該公司表示，棕油價去年上半年雖然強勁，但第三季時已從3千令吉挫至2千700令吉，10月更挫至2千200令吉，迄今仍未有起色，基於棕油價灰頭灰臉，加上肥料價提高、精煉棕油產品賺幅疲弱、印尼削減精煉棕油產品出口稅動搖了大馬棕油價、全球經濟低迷，董事部降低了全年的預期。

公司業績穩健
有關嘉利丹分析報告不多，但值得一提的是，該公司的業績穩健，只是，棕油價近期節節敗退是種植業者的噩耗。分析員普遍唱淡今年的棕油前景，歸咎首季棕油庫存仍料高企於200萬公噸以上、出口減，令產量過剩仍是大馬棕油價突破重圍的阻力，因此，嘉利丹作為種植業的一分子，短期表現仍將受棕油價低迷所波及。

分析員表示，一些種植業巨頭如森那美（SIME，4197，主板貿服組）及PPB集團（PPB，4065，主板消費品組），因為盈利獲其他業務支撐，受棕油價震盪的程度較低，其他小型或單一種植業者，都難免受打擊。

分析員表示，雖然政府推行新棕油出口稅架構，長期對棕油價有利，不過中國從明年1月起收緊對食用油的管制，可能會抑制首季的棕油需求。儘管如此，也有部份觀察家認為，雨季的來臨可能有望降低棕油庫存，進而推動棕油價。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

某大型種植公司 傳高價併購嘉利丹

（吉隆坡29日訊）知情者透露，嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主要板種植）可能獲某大型種植業者以明顯高出3.77令吉的價碼收購。

《Focus》財經週刊引述消息指出，有意收購嘉利丹的公司，是一家大型種植業者。潛在收購方可能以大幅超越3.77令吉的價位，收購這家沙巴種植公司。

根據近期的種植土地收購案，嘉利丹的淨資產值（NAV）可能介于每股4令吉至4.30令吉。

報導引述嘉利丹種植部董事黃樂崎（譯音）指出，基于目前的估值，嘉利丹的每股淨資產值介于4令吉至4.30令吉。但截至9月30日，每股淨資產值僅2.49令吉。

黃樂崎說，嘉利丹目前專注鞏固內部企業，現階段不會積極尋求收購。但如果地點和價格合理，嘉利丹將考量合併。

消息指出，嘉利丹自11月18日宣布，宣布5股分拆成1股，或透過企業活動，再次改善股票流通量。

黃樂崎不排除更多企業活動，改善流通量，惟拒絕透露詳情。嘉利丹上週五（27日）閉市掛3.80令吉，揚升2仙；成交量達90萬8200股。[中国报财经]
