嘉利丹的30钟线图表走势，于2月7日的交投趋势，突破短期下降趋势线（B1:B2）上报收。

它的30分钟线平滑异同移动均线指标（MACD），于2014年2月7日的反弹交投走势已转强。

它继续处于“0”支撑线上波动，嘉利丹后市交投走势，料会出现一段巩固反弹趋势。

嘉利丹专注综合种植业

曾经以多元化业务作为长远发展策略的嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主板种植股），在1997年全球金融风暴来袭时，重重摔了一跤。

此后，公司决定改变策略，大规模业务整顿，包括脱售非核心业务，集中火力迈向成为综合种植业者的目标。

16年后的2014年，嘉利丹资产总值超过23亿令吉，当中包含6万英亩油棕种植地、3座炼油厂，以及1座生物柴油厂。

嘉利丹种植部董事黄霖齐（译音）告诉《南洋商报》，今天的嘉利丹将如同1997年般勇于走出困境，继续朝向目标前进。

黄霖齐接受《南洋商报》电邮专访时指出，1997年可说是嘉利丹的转捩点。

“金融风暴后，我们决定专注在种植业务，并在去年脱售了非核心业务———股票经纪行Innosabah证券私人有限公司。”

此外，嘉利丹也决定通过内部资金，进行翻种计划来改善油棕树的平均树龄，同时，也进军炼油领域，进一步迈向综合种植业者的目标。

在种植业务稳定且炼油业务回酬逐渐提高之际，低调多年的嘉利丹在去年10月份宣布，将面值1令吉的普通股，从1股分拆至5股，每股面值20仙，借此将缴足股本扩大至18亿2762万7135股来提高股票流通量，吸引基金经理和投资者的目光。

筹备另一企业活动

“由于过去的嘉利丹股票流通率不高，限制了投资者和基金基金买入投资。”

从转型、整顿、巩固到稳住业务阵脚，黄霖齐曾表示，嘉利丹发展计划不会就此停住，反而会持续提高公司曝光率，唤起投资者对该股的注意。

“事实上，我们正在考虑筹备另一企业活动。”

棕油价反弹业绩会更佳

放眼2014年，黄霖齐认为，原棕油价格将反弹，因而有信心今年的业绩会更佳。

“根据市场分析员预测，今年平均每吨原棕油价格，将介于2600令吉至2900令吉。我们认为，最高价格可达每吨2700令吉。”

他是根据了天气因素和中国需求走势，预测上述价格。

“此外，令吉目前走势也可让令我们受惠。低汇率可提高我国棕油价格的竞争力。”

黄霖齐也指出，原棕油价格每上扬100令吉，嘉利丹净利可受惠1000万令吉。

续物色合适种植地

黄霖齐披露，嘉利丹持续物色合适的种植地。

“我们一直都在留意价格适合的种植地。目前，我们将专注在大马，特别是沙巴州的种植地。”

他续称：“无论如何，这并不代表我们不会考虑在国外购地。若有好的机会，我们也会考虑拓展海外业务。”

针对2014年资本开销预算，黄霖齐不愿透露数额。

“嘉利丹刚刚完成了炼油业务拓展计划，所以，今年主要的资本开销预算仅放在翻种计划上。”

手握3000万成净现金公司

转型为综合种植业务的嘉利丹，不但摆脱困境，也因而成为净现金公司。

截至目前，嘉利丹手上拥有3000万令吉现金，接近零负债。

根据沙巴现在每英亩种植地平均3万令吉的计算，现拥有平均树龄12年的6万英亩种植地和4座厂房的嘉利丹，资产总值超过23亿令吉，相等于每股90仙。

尽管如此，嘉利丹截至2013年9月30日财年，净利按年跌39%至750万4000令吉，因为原棕油和棕仁价格走低。

黄霖齐说：“不过，同期鲜果串产量和赚幅提高，加上原棕油库存显著减少，成功抵消了亏损。”

产能扩展近完成

嘉利丹在2012年，成立食用油子公司———绿色食用油私人有限公司，正式进军下游业务。

黄霖齐表示：“我们最近进行了产能扩展至每日1500吨的计划，目前工程接近完成。”

他续称：“这次产能拓展后，足以应付短期内的需求。未来的产能拓展计划，将视市场状况而定。”

黄霖齐也基于需求走高，预测嘉利丹2014年炼油业务可贡献集团10%至20%的盈利。

脱售非核心业务 格利淡专注种植业

（吉隆坡13日讯）在过去，低调的格利淡控股有限公司(KRETAM，1996 ，贸易服务组）可能已经被许多遗留问题困扰着，部分原因是由于它的企业高度多样化所致，其业务计有证券经纪及产业一直到制造和种植。

但经过1997年亚洲金融危机的负面影响后，该公司在过去的几年来已经采取谨慎的策略来简化其各种业务。

自该公司变卖其许多的非核心业务，包括证券经纪行单位---Innosabah证券行有限公司，以及去年的大华银行后，该公司现能全面专注于自己的核心业务，主要是在山打根，拿笃及斗湖的油棕种植园丘。

该公司董事王南基（译音）称，格利淡重新定位后已成为一个纯粹的种植园丘业者，它在过去数年来已肯定朝正确方向前迈向一大步。

他续称：“我们现在已经慢慢走出茧，并成功带领格利淡成为一个完整的棕油业者。”

该集团目前拥有2万3000公顷的土地储备，其中2万公顷种植了平均拥有12年的黄金树龄。

王氏称，基于目前每亩类似的种植面积成交价为3万令吉，加上该公司的三间棕油厂，一间炼油厂与一间生物柴油厂和一个化肥厂在内，估计该公司目前的资产价值将超过23亿令吉。

在当前发行的股票数量带动下，格利淡的资产平均每股被盯住在90仙。

2014年对格利淡是一个令人振奋的一年，特别是当许多市场分析人士预测，原棕油（CPO）价格今年会有改善，每公吨会介于2600令吉与2900令吉之间。

据他称：“事实上，我们认为原棕油价格可能会高达至2700令吉，在来年气候因素等带动下，来自中国需求稳定，这将肯定对原棕油价是一个良好的预兆。”

此外，目前的令吉汇价偏低将有助于棕油在全球市场上与油料种子碰头时更具有竞争力。

“原棕油价格每公吨增加100令吉，预料可为公司带来大约1000万令吉至1200万令吉的净利收益。”

“这就是为什么我们预计2014年将是一个有趣的一年，并预料原棕油价格平均价会由去年的2200令吉至2300令吉，而增至今年的2700令吉。 ”

王氏称，格利淡依然一直是公司收益最大的贡献者。

因此,鉴于去年棕油行业的表现是温和的，原棕油平均售价每公吨为2200令吉至2300令吉之间，而使到格利淡的盈利能力也略有影响。

在明智的操作下，该公司的生产成本每公吨为1300令吉与1400令吉之间，这是在行业内的平均值范围内。

该公司在审慎的财务策略下，格利淡目前拥有有强劲的资产负债表，以及持有3000万令吉的现金储备和几乎为零的负债。

王氏指称：“我们拥有庞大的现金与几乎没有负债，而为我们带来更多的空间，从而推行了若干的企业活动，今年公司的目的是扩大该集团的种植园丘，改善公司的股价流动量，以便进一步回馈股东。”

嘉利丹6300萬股場外交易

（吉隆坡3日訊）向來行事低調的種植公司嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主要板種植）今日場外突見6300萬股以股58仙易手，股權相等于3.35%，或醞釀企業活動。

馬股資料顯示，該批股權今早場外易手，相等于繳足資本18億7000萬股的3.35%。

根據該公司2013年年度報告，總執行長拿督林玉生為嘉利丹最大股東，持有嘉利丹2億8673萬股或15.29%股權。

不過去年底曾有報導引述消息指出，某大型種植業者出高價欲收購嘉利丹，但消息至今沒有下文；當時該公司曾表示，不排除更多企業活動改善流通量。

嘉利丹今日股價稍受場外交易帶動，閉市時揚1.5仙，掛59仙，成交量249萬3500股。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡7日訊）嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主要板種植）聯營進軍油棕業務，聯營成本料4045萬令吉。

嘉利丹向馬證交所報備，子公司Usaha Dimega私人有限公司（簡稱UDSB）與Rikaworth私人有限公司（簡稱RSB）和Sawit Bulkers私人有限公司簽署聯營協議，進軍油棕業務。

通過是項協議，該公司將提供散裝裝置（bulking installations）業務，及管架（pipe racks）系統。

根據報備文件，UDSB和RSB將分別持有聯營公司60%和40%股權，聯營成本料4045萬令吉。【中国报财经】
