（吉隆坡15日讯）辉德多元（FITTERS，9318，主板贸服组）选择把再生能源臂膀上市新加坡交易所，是考虑到当地投资者较热衷于再生能源。

《The Edge》报道引述公司内部消息，称辉德多元宁可在新加坡交易所创业板（Catalist）上市，而未选择大马交易所，是因新加坡有许多再生能源基金。

“我们已联络我们的保荐人。”

辉德多元上周宣布，再生能源臂膀———Future NRG私人有限公司，到新加坡挂牌。

委新加坡保荐人

公司亦委任新加坡PrimePartners企业金融私人有限公司，为上市计划的保荐人。上市后，PrimePartners将继续担任保荐人。

消息指出，辉德多元正等待审计师完成Future NRG公司上市的精密审核程序。

“我们届时将向新加坡监管单位呈交申请书。”

不过，对方不愿明言Future NRG公司何时挂牌，他也拒绝揭露上市计划的筹资额。

輝德將落實至少30%派息政策

（吉隆坡24日訊）輝德控股（FITTERS，9318，主板貿服組）宣佈從2014財政年開始落實至少30%派息政策。

該公司發文告說，董事部已經完成制定上述派息政策，公司將從截至2014年12月31日財政年開始，每年派發至少30%淨利作為股息。

在另一封文告中，該公司也宣佈旗下放眼在新加坡上市的獨資子公司Future NRG私人有限公司，已成功透過私下配售可贖回轉換證券籌獲600萬新元（約1千600萬令吉），再往上市新加坡交易所踏前一步。

辉德进军PVC-O水管业

（吉隆坡20日讯）辉德控股（FITTERS，9318，主板贸服股）旗下的模力固（东南亚）有限公司將会进军大马，注入8000万令吉资本支出在关丹建立工厂出產西班牙新改良的PVC－O水管。       

模力固今天在吉隆坡国际会展中心进行了签约仪式，正式获得东南亚出產PVC－O水管的代理，將以「HYPRO」牌子进攻东南亚市场。代表签约的包括RICWIL的首席执行员沈翔龙，模力固常务董事黄瑞意以及西班牙模力固科技首席执行员依纳西奥（IGNACIO MUNOZ DE JUAN），並由大马能源、绿色工艺及水务部长拿督斯里麦西慕（Maximus Ongkili）见证。

关丹建3条生產线

黄瑞意表示，向来以防火业、房產业和再生能源业务为主的辉德，这次虽然首次开发水管业，但对东南亚市场非常有信心，还声明模力固被改良PVC－O水管是新科技，將持有先发优势，保守估计在工厂运作后第一年，也就是2015年可达至10%本地市场占有率。他也透露，第一阶段將注入8000万令吉资本支出在关丹建立3条生產线，第二阶段则在亚庇建立4条生產线，至於第三阶段得观察市场要求而定，但希望可以在大马建立至少10条生產线。

关丹设立工厂的8000万令吉资本，包括购买4.5英亩的地皮、工厂建设和购取3条生產线的製造机械。而这三条生產线的生產容量预计可每年达到1万1000公吨，或是3700公里长的水管。

工厂建立预测在9月完工，並可以开始生產。

黄瑞意透露，关丹工厂会提供给当地的要求，预计在2015年可以达到市场的10%，此外，也会把水管出口至菲律宾。

另外，黄瑞意也透露未来会把业务朝向东南亚其他国家发展，打算在柬埔寨、缅甸、泰国和印尼设下营销代理和分销商，而且在泰国和印尼也建立工厂出產，再把生意扩展至东南亚区域。不过这一切得观察大马工厂运作后的市场反应，方可做定论。

与AVK签备忘录 辉德多元探讨水管联营

（吉隆坡26日讯）辉德多元（FITTERS，9318，主板贸服组）子公司———Molecor（SEA）私人有限公司（简称MSSB），已与AVK Valves制造大马私人有限公司（简称AVK）签署了解备忘录（MOU），共同就东南亚水务、建筑的水管和配件，探索和发展联合营销及供应链策略。

AVK的主要业务，是制造阀门和水管。

此备忘录的目的，是让AVK和MSSB这两个高品质品牌合作，以一个“强稳配套”的方式，涉足东南亚市场。此备忘录自周二起生效，为期180天。

其中，AVK将负责制造和供应水务业务的原料和知识；而MSSB则会持续为市场供应配件。

使用Molecor商标

另外，配合上述的营销及供应链策略，辉德多元也已与Molecor Technologia S.L.（简称Molecor），签署股东协议和商标/商名限制执照协议（LLA）。

根据该协议，辉德多元和Molecor将成为MSSB的股东，此外，Molecor也授权MSSB使用其名字和商标。

辉德多元偕沙州政府 建棕油废料处理中心

（吉隆坡14日讯）辉德多元（FITTERS，9318，主板贸服组）与沙巴州政府签署了解备忘录，计划携手设立原棕油废料处理中心。

辉德多元旗下Future NRG私人公司，将与州政府的POIC贸易私人公司联手，发掘更多原棕油再生能源领域的机会。

两家公司有意设立卫星原棕油生物质能（Biomass）处理中心，向附近厂房收集原棕油废料，处理成再生资源与能源。

双方将探讨通过兴建、营运与转让（BOT），抑或兴建、营运与共享（BOS）的方式，设立处理中心。

年产逾2000万吨废料

辉德多元董事经理拿督黄瑞意表示，公司将与州政府积极合作，说服原棕油厂商设立卫星原棕油生物质能处理中心。

“原棕油生物质能处理中心的再生能源，可为业者带来新收入。

通过绿色厂房科技，中心不但提升盈利，还可有效处理废料。”

截至去年杪，沙巴共有124间原棕油厂房，占全马鲜果串处理厂的30%。

沙巴的厂房每年生产超过2000万吨原棕油生物质，但缺乏有效处理废料的解决方案。【南洋网财经】
