The aforementioned issue price of RM0.430 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.83% or RM0.0469 from the five (5)-day weighted average market price of IDEAL from 26 May 2015 to 1 June 2015 of approximately RM0.4769 per share. 根据文告，今年42岁的梁志峰过去涉足国际商业和企业银行业务，也曾投身于达证券投行和肯纳格投行。

在商业银行和投行工作的期间，他曾担任各种不同的管理职位。

目前，他是Alegria企业私人有限公司的执行董事。

（吉隆坡22日讯）IDeal（IDEAL，0081，创业板）在截至今年12月31日的财年第三季中，净利按年增加75.7%，从去年同期的80万1000令吉，增加至140万7000令吉。

该季营业额也从去年同期的180万1000令吉，扬78.1%至320万7000令吉。

在首9个月，公司净利却按年下跌20.3%，报328万2000令吉；营业额则按年升5.34%，至780万6000令吉。

公积金成新大股东

另一方面，拿督林德琳（译音）在本月19日脱售IDeal的717万3682股后，目前仅持771万1318股，持股率少于5%，因此不再是该公司大股东。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡8日讯）万绿生科技（IDEAL，0081，创业板）建议发售3471万股，或佔缴足资本12.50%的土著特別股，以集资1666万令吉。

同时，该公司也建议僱员认购计划，发出佔缴足资本30%的股票让雇员认购。

据文告，万录生科技將以不超过5天加权闭市平均价10%的价格，作为特別股发售价。

假设特別股发售价为48仙，该公司將把筹得1666万令吉中的1300万令吉，作为產业投资资金、营运资本讲將佔347万令吉，其余19万令吉支付配发股费用。

文告指出，发售新股提高公司土著股权，佔整体股权达30%，预计在2016年次季完成，而僱员认股活动將在2016年首季执行。

（吉隆坡7日讯）IDeal（IDEAL，0081，创业板）独资子公司IDeal Property Concept有限公司，今天向陈华明（译音）达成买卖协议，以总值615万5000令吉购入15项产业。

IDeal公司向陈华明购买的产业，全部位于吉隆坡甲洞的Anzen Business Park轻工业资产。

购买资金全以公司内部资金支付，不影响现有的负债率和净资产，预计未来三个月内完成交易。

该公司在去年1月9日的股东特大上，通过将业务多元化至产业投资领域，因此，这项收购产业活动，是增持公司旗下的产业资产，同时也减少产业地理位置过度集中的风险。
