The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists the Sales and Marketing Department, liaise with customers, prepare samples and design and liaise with suppliers and production for project launching.

Responsibilities:
- Travel overseas to meet clients/ potential prospect.
- Liaise with customers, attend to their request and reply to them base on company directions
- Organize for samples to customers
- Coordinate with suppliers on raw material and packaging selection and development together with the Procurement Team
- Coordinate internally the launching of new projects with Production, Quality, Store and etc
- Follow up customer PO, graphic development and related approval before issuing the internal memo and first order review
- Create design when required
- Prospect for potential customers, attend trade show and develop business with the company directions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- Ensure customer satisfaction as a top priority
- Carry any additional responsibility required within the scope of the function
- Implement and maintain 5S at the workplace

Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in dealing with international companies and complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to achieve sales results.

Reporting to:
- Marketing Executive
- Weekly meeting with respective department and person in charge
