宏洋获准边佳兰工业园填海

（吉隆坡13日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）宣布，边佳兰填海项目及发展的详细环境影响评估报告（DEIA），已正式获环境局批准。

根据文告，该报告是由子公司SpektrumBudi私人有限公司，及柔佛州秘书机构携手呈上。

这项评估报告，主要是针对公司在柔佛边佳兰Maritime工业园（简称P-MIP）的研究。

分2阶段进行

宏洋控股称，上述项目预计能成为公司的跳板，以巩固业务的持续发展能力，同时提升未来10年及以后的增长前景。

填海工程将分两个阶段进行，首先第一阶段面积为477.8公顷，第二阶段则是199.4公顷，项目包括兴建排水道、码头和开发填海地皮。

宏洋控股表示，报告获批为公司写下一个全新及令人振奋的开始，因这意味着公司可利用柔佛南部优越的地理位置。

该项目取地繁忙的船运路线，且允许深水油轮进驻，有望吸引国际油气下游业者、制造商、造船业者和经销商等。

此外，这也能辅助国油的炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）计划。【南洋网财经】

丹绒比艾部分填海地 宏洋拟建石油化工储存厂

（吉隆坡16日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）有意把丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）的部分填海土地，打造成石油化工储存场。

根据《星报》报道，宏洋控股业务发展经理麦布莱恩（译音）指出，公司目前正针对有关计划，积极与潜在客户展开洽商。

“我们有意通过脱售部分填海土地，换取潜在客户储存设施或货运码头股权，由此，公司就可获得新营业额来源，并多元化业务。”

此外，宏洋控股的边佳兰填海项目，获大马环境局批准详细环境影响评估报告（DEIA）后，预料会在今年下半年展开填海工程。

麦布莱恩指出，这是因为在有关工程展开前，公司必须在当地展开许多前置作业，因此，工程将在第3季或第4季才会展开。

“边佳兰填海项目将在2019年竣工，届时，相信油价已从低点回扬，加上该项目临近国家石油的炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）计划，预期这将有利公司发展。”【南洋网财经】

据悉，洽谈的重心将会落在开拓往返广东与马六甲的航班、建造深海与海事工业园区，以及设立自由贸易区等。

（吉隆坡25日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）可望透过脱售4.252亩土地的权益（Beneficial Interest）中，获得净利417万令吉。

宏洋控股在文告中指出，连同Kota Laksamana建设（马六甲）有限公司和ArahMenang控股有限公司，签署一片市值达8350万令吉的41.67亩商业土地买卖协议这当中，宏洋控股通过间接独资子公司Benalec土地，脱售其中4.252亩土地的权益，总值852万令吉。

通过这项脱售，该公司获得417万令吉的净收益，相等于每股0.5仙的盈利，并推高每股净资产从74仙，增至75仙。

宏洋控股指，该商业土地拥有99年租赁期限，直到2112年11月10日。【南洋网财经】

宏洋丹绒比艾填海获批

（吉隆坡23日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）宣布，丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）共3阶段填土工程的详细环境影响评估报告（DEIA），已经获得环境局批准。

根据文告，由子公司Spektrum Kukuh私人有限公司，及柔佛州秘书机构携手呈上的报告，内容主要是宏洋控股的综合石油石化枢纽和海事工业园项目，其中包括在柔佛西南海岸建造一座人造岛。

该公司早在去年1月23日，获得环境局放行首阶段面积1080英亩的填海工程。

至于第二和第三阶段，分别涵盖1008英亩和1399英亩的填海工程，因此，合计三阶段共达3487英亩面积。

无惧市况动荡

环境局放行的项目清单，有3阶段的填海建筑工程、储油库码头、相关的海事设施，包括可容纳35万载重吨的船只。

另外获批的还有综合石油石化枢纽和海事工业园项目的基建设施，如码头、连接陆地与岛的桥梁和排水管道。

宏洋控股董事经理兼总执行长廖成海在文告中指出，尽管目前市场动荡，但该地段具有独特卖点，可看到市场投资需求的正面反应。

他说，原料价格偏低，被视为投资的最佳时机，因此，冀望能尽快吸引到市场的购兴。

“随着公司获环境局和监管单位批准首阶段的填海工程，因此，已在去年12月开始动工，目前已填土的面积超过100英亩。”

另一方面，宏洋控股也宣布，柔佛边佳兰Maritime工业园（P-MIP）项目的发展准证和土木工程计划，已顺利获得发展策划局和工程局的批准。

该也是持股70%的子公司Spektrum Budi私人有限公司，和柔佛州秘书机构早前携手呈上环境影响评估报告中符合的条件之一。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡19日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）和实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）在丹绒比艾的水供和排水处理基建计划告吹。

去年8月，实康独资子公司实康工程有限公司（Salcon Engineering）与丹绒比艾海事工业私人有限公司（Tanjung Piai Maritime Industries）签署探讨合作谅解备忘录。

宏洋控股董事局在昨天发文告指出，该备忘录已期满，而且双方也没有延续的意愿，这不会影响公司财务。【e南洋】
