(吉隆坡29日訊）微領科技（MQTECH，0070，創業板工業）或末季展開馬六甲主題公園工程，首階段預算料5000萬令吉左右。
　
上述發展計劃顧問公司ab&t資源私人有限公司聯合創辦人羅比克里斯南說：“我們正在策劃發展計劃的概念，料6月中完成，在取得有關單位批准后，或末季動工，首階段發展預期耗時1年半竣工。”
　
基于目前仍在策劃概念階段，構思和發展規模可能隨著時間有所更動，所以他無法提供整體投資額和發展總值（GDV），但粗略估計，相信首階段的預算或5000萬令吉左右。
　
羅比克里斯南也是我國土著鉅富阿南達克里斯南的姪兒，但他強調，本身只是上述發展計劃的顧問，並沒持有微領科技任何股權，而阿南達也沒有投資這項發展計劃。　
　
他今日出席微領科技馬六甲主題公園媒體訪問時，如是指出；出席者包括ab&t資源私人有限公司聯合創辦人許榮光、微領科技執行董事宇順（譯音）則以公司企業活動有待落實為由，臨時缺席。
　
許榮光指出，是項潛水和水上主題樂園，將分為兩個階段發展，首個階段或涵蓋潛水樂園和酒店；第二階段是個連接並提供水上活動的小碼頭。
　
微領科技2月份宣布，獨資子公司Star Acres私人有限公司與Cash Support私人有限公司簽署前期協議（HOA），組成聯營公司，以在馬六甲聯營發展主題公園。
　
微領科技和CashSupport，分別持有聯營公司的51%和49%股權；聯營公司會向Cash Support收購一塊10.73英畝的地段，發展該項目。
