让我们来看看到目前为此TAGB所拥有的酒店，当中最漂亮的应该是Aava Whistler Hotel, Whistler, Canada末属了。到时候公司赚钱，说不定我们股东可以一起约好去那渡假旅行吧！哈！ 酒店所拥有的优势是当经济不好的时候，冲击没有那么大，至少有一定的收入进来，我相信将来TAGB还会继续通过收购酒店和土地来壮大他们地产业的地位！让我们试目以待吧！

Referenceis made to our announcement made on 26 November 2009 with regard to‘The Garden JV’ between TA Development One (Canada) Lt, a 100% ownedsubsidiary of TA Global Berhad and Townline Gardens Inc. to develop apiece of mixed development land located at City of Richmond, BritishColumbia, Canada (‘Project’).

The Board is pleased to provide herewith an update on the aforesaid project as at 31 August 2011:

1.
The 4th and Final Reading of Rezoning and Development Approval took place on 25 July 2011.

2.
The Building Permit application for Building A & B was lodged on 15 August 2011.

3.
Land Remediation process in still ongoing.

4.
Sale Centre is completed and up and operating. And Sales of the apartment units has commenced on 27 July 2011.

5.
Theaverage Selling Price for the Magnolia apartment units is at C$452.00per square feet or ranging from C$250,000 to C$416,000 per unit.

6.
And as at 25 August 2011, the sale result has achieved 48%. (44 units of confirmed sales from a total of 92 units).

7.
Key Summary:

a.
63% (24 out of 38 units) of 1 Bedroom units have been sold;

b.
48% (13 out of 27 units) 0f 2 Bedroom (Junior) units have been sold;

c.
26% (7 out of 27 units) of 2 Bedroom units have been sold;

Other than the above there is no significant update of the Group’s Venture for the quarter under review.

KUALA LUMPUR: TA ENTERPRISE BHD ’s earnings soared 151.3% to RM26.24 million in the second quarter ended July 31, 2011 from RM10.43 million a year ago, boosted by higher contribution from its property arm, TA Global Group.

It said on Wednesday, Sept 21, revenue rose 8.6% to RM156.00 million from RM143.56 million. Earnings per share were 1.53 sen compared with 0.61 sen.

TA Enterprise said the higher profit was mainly due to higher interest incomes, gains on foreign exchange translations and higher hotel profits although these contributions were at times lower due to time lags between the completion of old projects and launching of new projects. Also, higher hotel profits were due to the increase in hotels acquired by the group.

However, the group's property arm was expected to soften in line with the volatility in the Malaysian stock market as well as the slowing growth in the global economy.

But with the current low interest rates environment, the group is confident that its sales of on-going domestic projects will continue to do well.

For the first six months ended July 31, 2011, net profit increased 81% to RM59.96 million from RM33.13 million a year ago. Revenue rose 15.6% to RM330.72 million from RM285.90 million.

他是用了Q１的业绩跟现在Q２的来比较。Q１是赚了RM33.72 million，现在Q２赚了RM26.24 million，所以net profit 是下滑了22％。最近几个月外围因素不了观，难免会影响TA securities的生意，这是大家意料中之事！我是觉得用什么角度去看咯！

達環球達企業 次季業績報捷

（吉隆坡21日訊）達環球（TAGB，TAGB，5158，主要板產業）次季淨利按年激增3倍至2968萬令吉；達企業（TA，4898，主要板金融）次季淨利亦取得1.5倍按年增長，報2624萬令吉。

達環球次季營業額按年揚升54%，報1億2805萬令吉。

截至今年7月31日，達環球首兩季淨利按年增加1.3倍至5979萬令吉；營業額則揚升52%報2億6522萬令吉。

達企業次季營業額按年揚升9%至1億5600萬令吉。

達企業首兩季淨利按年增幅達81%報5996萬令吉；營業額則錄得3億3072萬令吉，按年揚升16%。

達環球今日向馬證交所報備，子公司達發展ONE和Tomnline Gradens公司聯營發展的加拿大The Gradens計劃進展順利，公寓單位認購率更達48%。

該發展計劃的Magnolia公寓平均售價為每平方呎452加幣（約1424令吉），每單位售價介于25萬（約79萬令吉）加幣至41萬6000加幣（約131萬令吉）。

别误会，我不是说 TAGB 不好，只是价格高了些，
目前 PE 接近 １４，与 KLCI 同步，它又不是高息股，
它又是做外国的生意，如今的经济情况，
我做分析员的朋友说这类股最多给 PE １０。

就是说 RM0.23 的股价，才是合理价格，但不是被低估的价格。

我是新手，我只是自己讲，自己爽而已，不用理我。

别误会，我不是说 TAGB 不好，只是价格高了些，
