多美重獲立足點

（吉隆坡18日訊）多美控股（TOMYPAK,7285,主板工業產品組）客戶雀巢（NESTLE,4707,主板消費品組）及聯合利華有意增加包裝品訂單，該公司業務有望重新走上成長軌跡。

該公司董事經理林漢瑞（譯音）接受《The Edge》獨家專訪時表示，目前業務重回成長軌道尚言之過早，不過他相信上述大型食品公司的業務看俏，公司可從中受惠。

他表示上述大型食品公司有意增加訂單予公司，但公司也必須展示消化訂單的能力，因此公司計劃擴大產能。

擬建新廠提高生產

“公司計劃在柔佛士乃建造10.5英畝的新廠，年產量達3萬5千公噸，有關建廠計劃已經在去年10月進行中。”

目前該公司在柔佛淡杯的工廠年產量為1萬7千500噸，使用率達80%。

林漢瑞持有該公司15.24%股權，是第二大股東，並在去年從非執行董事調任至執行董事他表示，在接手管理該公司業務前，公司最主要的問題就是生產效率，惟目前已經獲得改善。

“過去6個月，我每天會見公司各個部門，並瞭解問題所在並解決相關的問題。”

他表示在過去6個月，公司正在進行改革，無法給予正面的回應，因此拒絕會見媒體或股東。

“我現在可以告訴媒體，當時最大的問題在生產效率，目前已經獲得改善。”

此外，他也希望公司在3年內可以超越同領域的耐慕志（DAIBOCI,8125,主板工業產品組）。（ 星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

（吉隆坡27日訊）多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）去年10年斥資千萬購地計劃，將在8月正式動工，並且展開擴展計劃。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，去年10月斥資1168萬令吉收購一塊工業土地，8月將正式動木，展開建造新廠房及設備的的擴展計劃。

文告指出，該土地位于柔佛州古來再也，透過子公司Tomypak Flexible Packaging私人有限公司持有；該子公司前稱多美包裝公司，6月25日正式更名。【中国报财经】

多美包裝淨利暴漲6倍

（吉隆坡20日訊）多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）截至6月底次季淨利暴漲6倍，從81萬5000令吉增至582萬令吉，由較佳銷售組合和持續改善生產效率貢獻，並宣布派發每股2.5仙股息。

不過，受海外客戶較低售價影響，該公司同期營業額微跌3%，從5134萬令吉減少至4978萬令吉。

多美包裝隨大市下跌 賺幅復甦無助推高

（吉隆坡24日訊）多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）淨利回升出乎預料，獲聯昌證券研究上調2015財年至2017財年每股盈利29%至34%。

聯昌證券研究在分析報告指出，多美包裝淨利賺幅進一步回升與高股息為潛在催化劑，因此將評級從“減持”上調至“增持”，目標價從1.47令吉上調至1.96令吉。

“多美包裝首半財年營業額按年跌5%，淨利高漲3.8倍，派息2.5仙，符合我們預測。今年迄今，該公司派發4仙股息，相當于40%淨派息率。該公司指出，首半財年高淨利成長主要因更佳生產效率、良好銷售組等推動。”

多美包裝自2012財年下半年開始苦苦掙扎，上財年第3季開始顯現恢復跡象，淨利賺幅強勁復甦讓聯昌證券研究相當驚訝。

目前，多美包裝廠房產量達80%，由于跨國公司通常不願給予產量將近滿負荷的供應商新訂單，因此多美包裝計劃建新廠房，產量為現有廠房的兩倍，年產量可從1萬7500噸增至3萬5000噸，相信新廠房在一年內可完成和投運。

聯昌證券研究指出，多美包裝資產負債表相當良好，截至6月底，淨負債只有300萬令吉。

“我們估計需要花費4000萬令吉至5000萬令吉建造新廠房，淨負債將提高至0.4倍至0.5倍。公司業務相當彈性，超過80%客戶來自餐飲領域，新廠房料將在2017年開始貢獻盈利。”【中国报财经】

买入多美包装

虽然大牛市缺席，但是一些中小型股票正经历一轮小牛市。

我们不难发现，在8月起，一些公司业绩表现不错的股票，已经从谷底回升50至100%，涨幅令人惊讶。

我们猜想，这大概是投资者观察到这些公司的业绩表现转强，而8月的惊慌抛售又导致股价惨被压至非常低估的水平，因此他们决定出手捞底，在本月份宣布良好业绩前事先买进，喝头杯羹。

40%盈利派息

其中，我们上周买入的T公司，就是这类股票之一。这公司不难猜，它是多美包装（TOMYPAK）。

过去几年，可能是大股东想要脱售股权，无心经营，所以业绩表现平平无奇，公司股价也处于1.20令吉左右的低谷。

虽然如此，公司还是年年赚钱，而且奉行派发最少40%盈利的股息政策。

这种现象，直到去年才有了变化。大股东终于找到买家，而入驻的新股东享有盛誉，是位人到手到，亲力亲为的勤俭之辈。

公司在经历了约一年的整合之后，开始看到成绩。

这个时候恰逢油价低落，而低油价使到其行业的原料价格也降低，因此在控制成本上占优，加上在新领导层的管理之下，公司的业务虽然保持，但是如果从2015年上半年和2014年下半年比起来，其每股盈利成长了约一倍，赚益很明显的有所提升。

我们且看其过去4个季度的表现：



明年首季有望达3令吉

那么，我们可以预测下来两季，就算多美包装营业额还没有什么大突破，其盈利应该会是去年的一倍甚至更多。

2014年多美包装全年盈利是每股7.5仙，而今年如没意外，全年盈利是20仙；如果依照去年的本益比来交易，其股价要成长150%才是。按照15倍本益比来算，股价到了明年首季应该是3令吉。

当我们算到这价格时，应该在股价1.70令吉时当机立断买入，我们却担心自己的算法太过乐观，所以保持观望。直到上周我们才决定买入，读者可能觉得太迟了。

我们目前已在计算明年的业绩，假设它能更上一层楼，那么股价当然有上涨的空间，这时买入并不会迟。结果上周五它继续上涨到2.67令吉。

（吉隆坡25日讯）多美包装（Tomypak Holdings Bhd ( Valuation: 1.10, Fundamental: 2.10)）截至9月杪的2015财年第三季净利飙升2.7倍至603万令吉，上财年同季仅净赚223万令吉，主要归功于销售组合、外汇收益，以及生产效率均走好。

多美包装今日向大马交易所报备，其现财年第三季营业额报5576万令吉，上财年同季为5157万令吉，涨幅为8.1%。

除此之外，多美包装也宣布，将派发每股3仙的中期股息，派息日预计为12月29日。

纵观2015财年首9个月的业绩表现，多美包装净赚1718万令吉，上财年同期净利共计455万令吉，涨幅近4倍。

然而，合共三季营业额则按年走低0.8%至1亿5765万令吉，相比上财年首9个月的1亿5890万令吉。

针对公司的未来展望，多美包装董事部乐观看待食品与饮料领域的产品需求。

“我们近期已成功扩大客户群，以及兴建我们的厂房大楼，并投资予生产设备。我们将提高产能，以迎合不断增长的销售营业额。”

截至下午3时49分，多美包装跌19仙或6.48%，报2.74令吉，成交量为344万7200股。

（吉隆坡2日讯）多美包装（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工业产品股）建议一系列企业活动，包括附加股、免费凭单、雇员认股计划（ESOS）、扩大注册股本和修改公司章程。

该公司向马交所报备，建议以2配1方式，发售高达5473万3775股新股，每股发售价为1令吉，等于理论除权价（TERP）56.33%折价。

同时，股东每认购一股附加股，将获赠1凭单，最高派发5473万3775单位凭单。

建新厂房买器材

另外，完成附加股计划后，该公司将成立雇员认股计划，占公司缴足资本最高15%比重的股票，供公司和子公司董事及员工认购。

多美包装也将分配雇员认股给公司的执行和非执行董事。

该计划目的是要回馈相关人士的贡献，并激励员工。

1.4億資本開銷看淡‧多美控股續減持

（吉隆坡14日訊）多美控股（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工業產品組）計劃未來10年作出1億4千萬令吉資本開銷，惟分析員不看好此計劃，認為跨國企業需時更換供應商，加上本地需求遭到消費稅打擊，維持“減持”評級。

聯昌研究指出，多美控股董事經理林艾迪（譯音）接受《The Edge》專訪時，表示公司計劃在未來10年，作出1億2千萬令吉至1億4千萬令吉資本開銷，放眼增加3倍生產量。首期預計投資8千萬令吉予3家工廠的資本開銷上。新計劃預計於2016年10月開始，為2017年生產商業產品。這將增加多美控股生產量兩倍至3萬5千噸。第二階段預計於2018年開始及最後一期於2021年開始。

多美控股在近期建議以2配1送1憑單比例配售附加股，這將能為該公司籌措最少5千萬令吉，以作為首期計劃的部份資金。特別股東大會定在2016年3月舉行。

聯昌研究認為該公司的計劃過於雄心勃勃。在首階段，多美控股希望能在2016年杪增加兩倍生產量。但是，該研究相信必須費時至少幾年才能充份利用新產能。加上必須費時2至3年時間，才能說服跨國企業客戶更換供應商。

須依賴國外訂單

該行建議多美控股把目標鎖定在本地的非跨國餐飲業客戶，及與競爭者展開價格大戰，惟這卻會影響公司的賺幅。大部份非跨國餐飲業客戶對於價格都很敏感，同時，對於品質及可靠性缺少關注。這是多美控股可以窺視的市場，耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工業產品組）早於數年前已涉入此市場。

該行指出，本地自由包裝市場在今年出現放緩情況，加上遭受今年4月實施消費稅的打擊，使得本地訂單減少約10%。該研究相信此情況需要一段時日才能恢復，預計多美控股必須依賴國外訂單才能有所成長。

（吉隆坡19日讯）多美包装（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪首季，净利按年跌34.07%，但依然宣布派息2仙。

当季净利报351万2000令吉或每股净利3.21仙，逊于去年同季的532万7000令吉。

多美包装在文告中指出，首季面临汇率波动的冲击，加上进口原料、能源和劳工等成本增加，因而利萎缩。

该公司首季营业额按年微跌1.43%，至5136万2000令吉，归咎于国外订单减少。

此外，多美包装当季宣布每股派息2仙，除权日为本月31日，享有权益日则是下月2日。

分三阶段扩展

“为期的10年业务扩展计划，将分成三个阶段进行，柔佛新厂房的建筑工程进展顺利，预计明年首季竣工。”

该厂首阶段工程完成后，年产能将从1万9200公吨，提高至2万4960公吨。

这座新厂房的发展成本将介于1.2亿至1.5亿令吉之间，建竣后的面积将超越26万5000平方尺，比公司现有的14万平方尺厂房更大。

估多美包裝值昂貴．業績疲弱

（吉隆坡19日訊）聯昌證券研究認為，多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）估值昂貴，加上首季業績疲弱，維持“脫售”評級。

建議提振出口銷售

聯昌證券研究指出，該股存潛在的定值下降（Derating），即估值昂貴，加上首季業績疲弱；受外匯虧損影響，該公司2016財年首季淨利按年減少34%，至351萬令吉。

國內市場銷售成長之際，該行仍表示，對多美包裝的出口銷售感到擔憂，認為該公司有必要提振出口銷售。

該公司2015年的出口銷售下滑2%，至1億1700萬令吉。

聯昌證券研究維持該股“脫售”投資評級，目標價為1.85令吉。同時，該行建議投資者轉向其他包裝業者通源工業（TGUAN，7034，主要板工業），因為提供3年每股盈利年複成長率（CAGR）2.5%，給予通源工業“增持”評級，目標價為3.20令吉。【中国报财经】
