股价半年内翻倍 勇达售库存股
二零一四年三月十四日 晚上十一时十六分
（吉隆坡14日讯）勇达集团有限公司（ENGTEX，5056，贸易服务组）已经开始出售其库存股，以从其自2013年5月以来增长一倍的股价中获利。
据致给大马交易所的文件显示，勇达集团已经售出169万股库存股，吸纳323万令吉现金。在周二，它也以152万令吉代价卖出77万5000股。
经最近公开市场的一些减持后，它现拥有877万股库存股。
上述库存股脱售将协助推高其截至2013年12月31日止达到3213万令吉的现金储备。
该集团过去2年股票回购的文件披露，勇达集团是以低于1令吉购得上述股票。
现在它以近2倍的代价出售部分库存股，使它获利约1660万令吉。
勇达集团股价自去年5月的64.6仙，已经暴增约168%，至目前的1.90令吉。
消息称，雪兰莪冷岳2水供处理厂的恢复执行，已给予勇达集团股价一个庞大的推动力。
该公司预料将成为上述计划的受惠者之一，因该水管制造商从事生产球墨铸铁和大直径钢管，两者都 是上述计划基建需求的一部分。【光华日报财经】 |

潜在因素激励 勇达价量齐升

（吉隆坡3日讯）隨著分析员表示，勇达集团（ENGTEX，5056，主板贸服股）將从雪州政府致力降低无收益水（non-revenue water，简称NRW）、冷岳河第二滤水站工程计划（Langat2），以及雪州水供资產整合活动中受惠，並认为该股仍处在被低估水平，勇达集团因此受到投资者追捧，价量齐升。
勇达集团全天呈涨，以1.92令吉全天最低价位开跑，稍微比昨日的闭市价1.91令吉，高出1仙；之后，该股逐步攀高，早盘触及2.02令吉高水平，並以2.01令吉休市，起10仙或5.24%。
该股早盘共有349万2800股易手，已超越昨天全天成交量65万7000股。
午盘交易，该股一度走高至2.04令吉全天最高价位，惟之后收窄涨幅，最后以1.97令吉报收，全天涨6仙或3.14%，成交量为699万5500股。
提高水管需求
马银行金英投行分析员指出，鉴于目前的配水和水荒（水备用量低于1%）情况，雪州政府冀望在6个月內降低目前33%偏高的无收益水。
「我们认为雪州政府要在6个月內积极降低无收益水的努力，將是勇达集团当前的潜在激励因素，因为政府的水管开销进度將加快，带动水管的需求，从而使到勇达集团的贸易与製造业务盈利获得提振。」
该分析员补充说，除了以上因素，提振勇达集团盈利的另两个关键因素，分別是冷岳河第二滤水站工程计划，以及雪州政府接管州內的水供经营权计划。
他指出，虽然冷岳河第二滤水站工程计划悬而未决，但是该投行相信这只是时间上的问题。
冷岳河第二滤水站工程需要中至大直径的水管，而勇达集团则是国內生產此类水管的3大生產商之一。
此外，他补充说，一旦雪州政府接管该州的水供特许经营权，水管更换將全面展开，这有利于勇达集团。
然而，分析员认为，勇达集团的盈利和估值仍未反映两大潜在正面因素，即冷岳河第二滤水站工程计划和雪州政府长期降低无收益水的努力。
「我们对该公司做出的2年净利年复合成长率10%预测，还未把冷岳河第二滤水站工程计划和雪州政府更换水管开销的潜在贡献计算在內。」
按2015財政年盈利预测和8倍本益比，相比协德（HIAPTEK，5072，主板工业股）的11倍和聚美钢铁厂（CHOOBEE，5797，主板工业股）的9.3倍，马银行金英投行给予勇达集团2.55令吉合理价。

勇達集團今日向馬證交所報備，首季營業額按年跌3.4%至2億6029萬3000令吉；每股派息4.73仙。

雪州水務資產整合或有定案 勇達集團一度衝破RM2

午盤間，勇達集團漲勢如虹，一度勁起18仙或9.7%至2.04令吉，閉市時收在1.93令吉，漲7仙，成交量429萬6300股。
能源、綠色工藝及水務部副部長拿督斯里馬哈茲爾卡力上週三（3日）指出，中央政府今日料可與雪州政府，敲定雪州水務資產整合事宜，這個消息激勵水務股項走勢。
《The Edge財經日報》引述英特太平洋證券研究資深股票經紀黃循理報導，勇達集團股價攀騰或與雪州水務資產整合事宜即將要有定案有關，該公司有望受惠。
“與水務有關股項這幾天都在輪流走高，昨日收高的就有（11日）JAKS資源（JAKS，4723，主要板建築）與雪州柏朗商（KPS，5843，主要板貿服）。”

勇达建议2送1红股

（吉隆坡26日讯）勇达集团（ENGTEX，5056，主板贸服股）建议以2股送1红股比例，最多派送1亿4850万红股，回馈股东。
为了派送红股，勇达集团也建议将注册股本，从2亿令吉或4亿股，扩大至5亿令吉或10亿股。
不过，实际的红股数额仍将取决于注册截止日期时的股本。
该公司将优先使用股票溢价户头的金额派送红股，剩余的将由保留盈利补足。

竞标冷岳2水管合约 勇达矢获1.1亿工程

（吉隆坡27日讯）水管批发与制造商勇达集团（ENGTEX，5056，主板贸服股）相信可在冷岳第二滤水站计划（Langat2）中，获颁价值达1.1亿令吉的工程项目。
勇达集团董事经理拿督黄福谈回应《The Edge》财经日报的询问时表示，公司已竞标相关水管合约，并已进入最后阶段，在年底前将会知晓结果，有信心可获得这项合约。
冷岳第二滤水站计划共分为13个配套项目，若勇达集团夺标，将为该计划的配套1至5供应水管，至于配套6至13，则尚未公布竞标细节。
“我们只供应水管予主要承包商，但不会负责水管铺设工程。”
水管铺设工程承包商是由马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）、实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）以及阿末查基（AZRB，7078，主板建筑股）联合组成的财团。
分析员也看好这项潜在合约，将成为该公司的获利推动力，因雪州政府急于解决州内的水务危机，计划需要约5万公吨的水管，价值达2亿令吉。
总财务长邱忠强（译音）表示，与其他竞争者相比，勇达集团胜算更大，因生产厂房位于雪州双文丹（Serendah），在交通上占有优势。

水管替换需求大 勇达明年营收可双位增

（吉隆坡25日讯）水管替换市场潜能巨大，加上新开发区域捎来需求，勇达集团（ENGTEX，5056，主板贸服股）相信明年营业额可取得双位数增长。
勇达集团董事经理拿督黄福在股东特大结束后，向记者表示，水管制造业务依旧是公司的核心业务，贡献90%以上的营业额。
随着政府持续拨出开销和积极推出基建项目，黄福相信公司可从中受惠。
竞标冷岳2项目
目前，该公司正竞标冷岳第二滤水站计划（Langat2）的部分项目，总值1亿1000万令吉，预计年杪前会有结果。
我国建筑领域持续蓬勃，对勇达集团而言是个正面指标，因公司的目标多为基建项目。
当被询及政府所颁出项目可为公司捎来多少年净利能见度时，黄福认为，那是无限的。
“捷运和轻快铁延长线项目不会停止为我们带来贡献，因为一条主线未来还会出现许多分线。”
他举例，香港早在二、三十年前就已有捷运，不过直到现在，香港仍在持续发展和进一步提升捷运系统，显示无限的潜能。
明年5000万投资厂房
勇达集团明年将拨出5000万令吉的资本开销，主要进行厂房投资。
“我们不需要投入太多资金，因为现有的产能已足够应付市场需求。”
明年下半年，公司将在关丹格宾（Gebeng）迎来一座新厂房，主要生产打桩管，特别瞄准基建工程。
该公司的业务主要以国内市场为主，仅有少于5%的水管出口。
不过，若有额外的产能，加上价钱合理，勇达集团无疑会放眼扩大海外市场。
另外，酒店业务的贡献亦料在明年下半年开始流入，不过并不显著。
第三季净利扬33%
勇达集团截至9月30日第三季净利扬33.2%，达1385万5000令吉；营业额涨14.6%，报3亿182万4000令吉。
首9个月净利起1.8%，写3916万9000令吉；营业额攀扬10%，报8亿9339万4000令吉。
根据文告，营业额走扬归功于市场对特定金属产品及钢铁产品需求增加。

| Remarks : | The holders of the Warrants 2007/2017 (“Warrantholders”) whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Engtex for the Warrants 2007/2017 as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 December 2014 (“Entitlement Date”) shall accordingly be entitled to the Adjustments.
For illustrative purposes only, a Warrantholder who holds 100 Warrants 2007/2017 shall have the number of outstanding Warrants 2007/2017 adjusted to 150 Warrants 2007/2017 and the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants 2007/2017 shall be adjusted from RM1.25 to RM0.83 per Warrant 2007/2017.
The Adjustments shall take effect on 10 December 2014, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notice setting out the Adjustments will be despatched to the Warrantholders within 8 market days from the Entitlement Date. No action is required on the part of the Warrantholders in respect of the Adjustments.
The final number of additional Warrants 2007/2017 to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants 2007/2017 which have yet to be exercised as at the Entitlement Date and shall be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 December 2014, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
For the Warrantholders to be entitled to the Bonus Shares, they must exercise their respective Warrants 2007/2017 and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form together with the exercise monies with the share registrar of the Company, Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, by 5.00 p.m. on 28 November 2014.
