利好未反映‧微想科技逆势下跌

（吉隆坡27日讯）微想科技（MICROLN，0126，创业板科技组）获人民银行颁发工程意向书（LOI）利好消息浮出台面后，并未能提振股价走势，反而逆势下跌。

上述消息在7月18日公布后，微想科技遭受套利，股价跌多起少，从1令吉66仙跌至1令吉38仙，5个交易日共下挫28仙，挫幅高达17%。随着市场开始吸纳，该股价也迎来技术性回扬，周二至周三两个交易日收窄跌幅至1令吉53仙。

微想科技核心业务为金融业者提供资讯科技解决方案，该公司官网显示，业务分布大马及印尼，其客户群包括兴业银行、联昌银行、中小企业银行、Muamalat银行等。

2016财政年，该公司营业额报2亿3629万9000令吉，走高85%，惟净利猛挫83%至134万7000令吉。管理层归咎于赚幅走低及一次性人力成本重组之故。

手握1亿订单．微想拟开发伊金融软件

（吉隆坡8日讯）微想科技（MICROLN,0126,创业板科技组）目前手握1亿令吉订单，未来将会更专注于其伊斯兰金融软体解决方案、物联网（IOT）以及中小企业云端储存市场。

该公司首席执行员谢永伟（译音）在股东大会后表示，该公司涉足的4个领域分别为金融软体服务、企业解决方案、软体设计以及软体分销，目前在这4个领域的合约总值约1亿令吉左右。

他补充，自去年开始和全球最大的商业软件开发商SAP合作后，该公司未来将协同对方一起开发伊斯兰金融软件市场。

SAP本身并没有相关伊斯兰金融软体开发专才，微想科技将协助对方一同开发伊斯兰金融相关解决方案。换句话说说，该公司和伊斯兰金融相关相关合约，公司都有机会参与，这是一个长期合作计划。

在未来18个月内，该公司和SAP的合作计划将会有好消息传出。

“伊斯兰金融解决方案的内容包括了设计云端和手机应用程式，以满足该行业未来银行、非实体银行服务以及手机相关应用等。”

另外，该公司的执行董事蒙特尔表示，伊斯兰金融解决方案是一个相当大市场，据本地媒体报道，在今年4月人民银行（Bank Rakyat）在软体解决方案的预算高达5亿令吉，若加上其他大型伊斯兰教银行，其规模之大可想而知。

询及其公司最近股价波动甚大，甚至在一年以内就因为股价大起达落而遭到大马交易所发出两次不寻常交投质询（UMA），蒙特尔表示，微想科技在公开市场的股票并不多，因为其母公司OMESTI公司（OMESTI,9008,主板科技组）就已经掌握公司60%以上的股权，因此在股价下挫时候，有人趁低吸纳或趁高卖出，皆会造成股价波动。

（吉隆坡6日讯）资讯科技解决方案供应商微想科技（Microlink Solutions Bhd）委任前首席法官敦阿里芬为新任主席。

66岁的阿里芬从2011年9月起出任首席法官，直到今年3月荣休。

他在1974年毕业于英国University of Sheffield法学荣誉学士，并于1979年在伦敦University of College获得法学硕士，同年获Lincolns Inn授予执业认可资格。

他加入大马司法和法律事务处而展开其法律事业，之后担任总检察署联邦律师，后来出任推事、地庭法官和高级助理主簿。

他曾在政府司法部门和法律部门担任各种职务，并在1992年被任命为司法专员，之后在1994年擢升为高庭法官。

他在2002年升为上诉庭法官，2005年担任联邦法院法官，以及2008年出任马来亚大法官。

A Redemption Notice had been despatched to the sole RPS holder in accordance with Article 4A of the Company’s A&A, on the Company's intention to make a partial redemption of RPS held by such holder, and specifying the date and the number of RPS to be redeemed. The source for the Redemption was derived from internally generated funds. Subsequent to the Redemption, the number of the remaining RPS shall be correspondingly reduced to 25,193,044. The Redemption will reduce the RPS paid-up from RM271,930.44 comprising 27,193,044 RPS to RM251,930.44 comprising 25,193,044 RPS. The Redemption is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets per share, gearing of the Microlink Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2018 and is not subject to the shareholders’ approval of the Company and other authorities. 微想擬开拓新兴伊斯兰金融市场

（吉隆坡14日讯）大马科技方案业者微想科技（MICROLN，0126，创业板）相信，赚幅较高的金融服务將可带领公司在2018財政年（3月31日结账）余下季度里，维持出色的表现，並放眼从海外伊斯兰金融新兴市场的成长中获利。

微想科技执行董事杰拉德蒙泰罗在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，以往金融服务业务仅占公司约10%营业额，但今年这个数字应可上涨至25%到30%，推动公司成长。

「微想科技在6月杪穫得公务员房屋贷款局（LPPSA）合约，可在接下来的10到16个月时间內为公司业绩作出贡献，激励2018財政年表现；而我们亦和多方在数项交易上进入进阶商谈阶段，接下来有望穫得更多合约。」

根据微想科技在6月杪发布的文告，公务员房屋贷款局合约价值3800万令吉，而蒙泰罗透露，部份相关收入已认列入首季业绩。此外，该公司首季业绩报告显示，其净利按年暴涨逾3274%，至479万令吉，全部来自仅占38.30%营收的金融服务业务，而相关业务的赚幅达26.33%。

同时，蒙泰罗指出，目前业务重心几乎全在大马的微想科技，打算开拓本区域新兴伊斯兰金融市场，包括印尼、缅甸和泰国。

「微想科技已重新在印尼展开业务，目前正和一家印尼银行商谈，预计在未来2到3个月內会有结果，希望这可为我们的当地业务创造好的开始。」

至於为何专攻伊斯兰金融领域，微想科技首席財务员翁寿文表示，伊斯兰金融的信息科技（IT）业务是利基市场，其中的关键在於，相关平台的核心算法（algorithm）必须专门设计，以符合伊斯兰教义，贯彻「盈利共享」的原则，並非隨便修改现有普通银行的算法即可。

同时，翁寿文透露，微想科技现有的订单价值为1亿3000万令吉，其中约50%的合约收入將被认列入2018財政年业绩。

此外，针对人民银行（Bank Rakyat）的潜在项目，蒙泰罗称，相关项目仍停留在意向书（LOI）阶段，公司希望可尽快敲定正式合约。【东方网财经】

微想科技遭人民银行取消银行系统升级意向书

（吉隆坡19日讯）微想科技（Microlink Solutions Bhd）指出，人民银行（Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd）已取消于2016年7月发出，邀请该公司参与讨论以加强银行系统的无约束力意向书。

“取消函是感谢公司参与讨论并提供建议，但由于项目要求和规格出现变动，因此不会继续与公司进行讨论。”

微想科技今日向大马交易所报备说：“公司打算寻求所有建议，包括但不限于法律建议。”

双方于2016年7月洽谈，以敲定升级人民银行核心银行系统的项目成本、工作范畴和时间表。

之后并没有这项洽谈的进展，直到今日公布的取消函。

The Cancellation Letter thanks the Company for attending the discussions and for providing its proposals on the Project but advises that it will not be pursuing the discussions further with the Company due to a change of project requirements and specifications.
