（吉隆坡26日讯）终端企业方案供应商EA控股有限公司（EAH，0154，创业板），建议以每持9股派送2单位免费凭单。

在一项声明中，该公司说，基于4250万令吉现有已发行与缴足股票资本，包括4亿2517万6500股票，及1亿1625万750现有凭单（2010/2015），将有高达1亿2031万7166单位的免费凭单将会发行，日期将在短期内决定。

首席执行员莫哈末苏比利表示，上述凭单的发行象征着配合公司的蓬勃成长和强劲资产负债表回馈股东。

未受惠GST　EA控股放眼8000万营业额

（吉隆坡2日讯）EA控股（EAH，0154，创业板）对来年信心满满，该公司首席执行员莫哈末索比里（Mohammad Sobri）希望2014年可以获得5000万至8000万令吉的营业额，藉以提振该公司净利。       

莫哈末索比里在今天出席该公司召开的股东特別大会后，向《东方財经》透露，「在2014年，公司计划爭取更多的订单合约，这使到公司的营业额和净利有更大的成长空间，並希望全年可以获得5000万至8000万令吉的营业额。」

他指出，EA控股2013財政年首9个月的营业额已达到约6800万令吉，他预测2013全年的营业额可达到8000万令吉。

他表示，该公司暂时还是会以大马业务为主，在短期內不会进军海外。

另外，对於市场传言指EA控股將从政府推行的消费税（GST）中受惠，莫哈末索比里澄清说，EA控股並没有获得来自政府的任何合约。

「公司对於这样的传闻感到十分奇怪，在消费税政策宣布后，我们並没有获得政府的合约邀请。」

同时，他补充说，政府的消费税电子付款方式与EA控股的业务没有直接的关係。

EA控股的核心业务依然在资讯科技领域，暂时没有进入科技培训及教育领域的打算。他们目前有4家子公司，分別是EASS有限公司，EA多媒体有限公司（EAMSC）及CSS多媒体有限公司及DDSB有限公司。

它们分別负责的业务有资讯科技基础设施、无线射频技术（RFID）系统、资料仓储、基建连接系统及智能业务。

EA控股于週一召开股东特大，在会议上获得股东们一致通过，由Messrs STYL Associates会计事务所作为该公司的稽核员，直到下届的股东大会，再由董事会定案。

鑑於Messrs Chong & Co会计事务所没有跟审核监督委员会（AOB）更新执照，使它们不再有资格担任EA控股的稽核员。[东方日报财经]

競標1億政府合約 EA控股放眼更佳業績

（吉隆坡27日訊）EA控股（EAH，0154，創業板科技股）正競標高達1億令吉的政府合約，有信心可取得當中50%合約 ，放眼本財年可錄得更佳業績。

該公司總執行長莫哈末蘇佩里透露，公司正競標價值8000萬至1億令吉的政府合約，有信心可取得當中約50%的大型項目。

他說，公司也將繼續和完成去年已擬定的項目，同時也展望本財年業績，可突破去年表現，取得新高業績。

他指出，比較起過去的營業額，公司截至2013年9月30日首三個季度，營業額迅速倍增至6000萬令吉，主要因為去年7月實行了一個大型項目，從中帶來效益。

他今日出席EA控股特別股東大會后，接受媒體訪問時，如是指出。

此外，莫哈末蘇佩里指出，公司正計劃以股票融資的收購方式，來併購一家科技公司，主要是看好該公司的良好營業記錄，以及管理層認真經營業務，符合公司併購標準。

不過，他不願透露併購價碼等細節。[中国报财经]
