Furtherance to the Material Litigation announcements released on 29 February 2016, 3 March 2016, 1 November 2016, 8 May 2017, 25 May 2017, 29 June 2017, 31 July 2017, 8 August 2017, 2 February 2018, 19 December 2018, 17 January 2019 and 9 December 2019 and also pursuant to announcement released on Share Sale Agreement on 5th June 2015, the Board of Directors of MCLEAN wishes to announce that the Company has on 30 October 2020 entered into an Indemnity Agreement with Decor Industries Pte. Ltd. (Company No. 198701644C) (“Decor”) in relation to the compensation settlement arising from the Petronas Gas Berhad's case. Kindly refer to the attachment for further details of the announcement.
