发马联手研发清真疫苗

（吉隆坡5日讯）发马（PHARMA，7081，主板贸服股）签署合作备忘录，与其他两家公司携手发展和制造清真疫苗。

发马今日向交易所报备，该公司与印度MSD Wellcome Trust Hilleman Laboratories私人有限公司，及财政部管辖公司Technology Depository Agency有限公司签约，联手合作发展和制造可以列入大马国家免疫计划的清真疫苗。

发马指出，三方将针对清真疫苗进行教育、研究和培训等。

这项合约为期2年，从今日起生效，将不会影响发马截至2017财年的净利和净资产以及股本和股权结构。【e南洋】

Pharmaniaga Berhad is pleased to announce that it had on 5 December 2017 entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration with MSD Wellcome Trust Hilleman Laboratories Private Limited, a company registered under the Laws of India and Technology Depository Agency Berhad, an entity under the Ministry of Finance, to coordinate efforts in supplying safe and cost-effective halal vaccines that can be incorporated into Malaysia’s national immunisation programmes. Details of the Memorandum of Collaboration is attached herewith. This announcement is dated 5 December 2017.
