今天上市的只是红股。。
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that 250,800,000 Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 31 December 2012. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be on 31 December 2012, being the next market day following the entitlement date 28 December 2012.
The Free Warrants will be quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of Free Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities subsequent to the Bonus Issue of Shares exercise.

（吉隆坡8日讯）亚洲媒体（AMedia，0159，创业板）董事局宣布，已获证券监督委员会（SC）批准，从创业板转至主板交易。
亚洲媒体今日接获证券会志期2013年1月7日的上述公函。

我觉得25sen的转换价太离谱了，看看5年后的预期每股收益：
1。2010年的ROE=44.27%，2011年的ROE=25.17%，平均34.67%
2。2010年的shareholder's equity RM 23m，能创造36.67%的净利1.6sen (实际2.0sen)
3。由于没有派发股息，所有的收益在存入2011的shareholder's equity，再创造2.2sen (实际3.0sen，很好）
4。依次类推，2017年的预期每股收益是12.9sen
5。以小资本股PE=5算，25sen + 0.070 wa = 32sen，这个wa要到2015年才能Exercised （7.1sen x 5 = 35.5），干吗会有那么多人去吃票？我的是wa免费的，没有成本，嘻嘻。大家有何意见？

2，那你有打算卖你的wa吗？还是先收着。。。
我的也是free的.gif) 。只是本人对WA不了解。

反正是免费的，那就收它五年吧。待有好价钱的时候再脱手。不过我已把AMEDIA脱手了。
如果以后AMEDIA前景良好，可以把wa转去母股。 |

几个原因：
1。从RM 1.15的大跌一定有原因的，只是我们局外人不知道，小心为妙。我只赚有把握和能力范围以内的钱。
2。净利/营业额38.54%，不觉得太夸张了？
3。看第四季的财报再打算，如理想我还有wa可转换呀。
4。发现更好的股票买如点，换股操作。

你到低是投机，还是投资？依我觉得你是投机。你应该去细读年报内容，不子分析财报，也要看看CEO讲什么。我到认为还有8至10年成长空间，拭目以待吧
