("UMSC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has on 18 August 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("Adabi" or "Purchaser") to dispose of all that piece of freehold land held under Geran 205525, Lot No. 18990, Seksyen 20, Bandar Rawang, District of Gombak, State of Selangor (“Land”) with the postal address of Lot 18, Lingkaran Taman Industri Integrasi Rawang 2, Taman Industri Integrasi Rawang, 48000 Rawang Selangor together with a single-storey detached factory with an annexed double-storey office building and with outbuildings inclusive of a guard house and a pump house (“Buildings”) (the Land and Buildings are collectively referred to as the “Property”) for a cash consideration of RM14.25 million ("Proposed Disposal").
