靈通尋找併購或聯營機會

（吉隆坡28日訊）靈通（INGENCO，0034，創業板科技組）將在領域內續伺機物色併購或聯營機會，以進一步整合與鞏固該公司業務。
該公司執行主席陳文龍在股東大會向媒體指出，有機成長對發展迅速的資訊科技領域來說，步伐過於緩慢，因此有必要以併購或聯營的方式擴張業務，惟公司目前仍需專注維持盈利以支持擴張計劃。
“若有良好的投資機會浮現，我們會認真考慮，惟公司短期內不會有重大擴張計劃。”
領域展望方面，他指出，個人電腦（PC）市場展望仍充滿挑戰，因此公司正從高度依賴PC市場，轉攻流動科技市場。
“我們將把公司的資訊科技方案帶入流動科技市場如手機與平板電腦市場，這類產品已經是科技主流，我們必須改革以確保公司可在變化快速的領域中不斷發展。”
該公司2013財政年全年淨利從去年的虧損320萬令吉，轉為盈利571萬6千令吉，然而，該公司此前已經連續4年蒙損。
他針對轉虧為盈的原因表示，新管理層對公司重整非常認真，並實施新的商業策略為客戶增值，包括為客戶提供減少存貨量的方案、提供信用卡付賬與簡易付賬，促使客戶增加盈利，繼續支持該公司。
“該策略有效提昇公司盈利，因此我們會在現財政年延續該策略，同時我們也不以價格競爭，而以增值服務取勝。”
他有信心讓公司持續良好表現，並在現財政年維持盈利水平甚至預期淨利可進一步增長。（星洲日報／財經） |

成交量暴增 灵通国际接UMA

（吉隆坡26日讯）鉴於今日成交量激增，灵通国际（INGENCO，0034，创业板）接获大马交易所发出的不寻常交易活动询问（UMA）。
该公司昨日的成交量为1614万7300股，今日则爆逾1倍，增至3亿3555万6800股，也是週二交投最活跃的股项。
大马交易所在发出的UMA中，劝告投资者要关注该公司针对大马交易所的询问，所给予的回应文告。
该股以0.095令吉开跑，上探0.11令吉全天最高水平，隨后收窄涨幅，触及全天最低水平0.08令吉，最终以0.085令吉掛收，全天跌1仙或10.53%。
灵通国际在闭市之后，答复大马交易所的询问时表示，该公司董事局並没有发现任何可造成股价异常波动的原因。[东方日报财经]

第3季業績亮眼 靈通綜合交投熾熱

（吉隆坡28日訊）靈通綜合（INGENCO，0034，創業板科技股）2013財年第3季業績亮眼，股價走勢雖一般，但交投大熱，交易量在開市1小時后衝破千萬股，為十大熱門股之一。
靈通綜合今早平盤以10.5仙報開后，全日皆在10.5仙水平線遊走，最高起0.5仙或5%至11仙；該股走勢雖無波動，但交易量不斷激增，半日交投2193萬900股易手，擠進十大熱門股榜。
閉市時，靈通綜合平盤報10.5仙，成交量達4053萬4500股。
因旗下通訊科技（ICT）分銷業務貢獻增長，帶動靈通綜合第3季淨利按年大漲98%至738萬5000令吉，營業額起14%至1億6418萬令吉。
2014財年首9個月，營業額按年揚16%至4億8370萬令吉，淨利挫89%至64萬9000令吉。
靈通綜合指出，將增強產品和服務以擴大股本，並進一步發掘商業機會以改善業務表現。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡1日讯）灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）向马交所报备，获得4家科技公司颁发大马经销权。
根据文告，灵通综合子公司———Ingens获得4家外国科技公司委任，成为科技产品的授权经销商或大马伙伴。
4份合约为期1年，每年合约更新视乎达到销售目标与否。

被控购商品没付款 灵通综合反诉索偿1000万

（吉隆坡7日讯）灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）被指控购买商品却没有付款，遭对方入禀法庭索取欠款，但灵通综合将反诉对方恶意起诉并索偿至少1000万令吉。
灵通综合向马交所报备，Tele Dynamics私人公司入禀法庭，向灵通综合和子公司Ingens私人公司，索取377万5112.30令吉。
Tele Dynamics指出脱售商品给灵通综合，但后者没有付款。
依据灵通综合截至去年12月19日的纪录，共拖欠Tele Dynamics达249万5409.93令吉。公司强调，随时做好准备支付这笔欠款。
灵通综合表示，此前曾支付拖欠的余款给Tele Dynamics，但对方拒绝接收，也无法拿出文件向灵通综合证明欠款为377万令吉。
因此，公司将针对此事提出抗辩，并反诉对方恶意起诉、滥用法庭程序、索取赔偿和盈利损失，估计数额至少1000万令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡22日讯）灵通综合（INGENCO，0034，创业板）宣布，与大马中兴电信（ZTE Malaysia）企业私人有限公司签署了解备忘录，探讨推广通讯产品和维修合作可能。
灵通综合子公司———Ingens私人有限公司向马交所报备，于本月20日与中国中兴电信大马子公司———大马中心电信签署上述为期一年的备忘录。
双方探讨的课题重点包括了：
1.斥资7000万令吉设立3000个资讯站或旗舰店，并共同推广和营运。
2.朝着“全马首家提供现场保修资讯站或旗舰店”的方向，规划并探讨合作可能。

股价异动接UMA 灵通综合称不知原因

（吉隆坡3日讯）灵通综合（Ingenco，0034，创业板）近日交投激增，占全场交投近10%，遭大马交易所发出“不寻常市场交易（UMA）”质询，惟公司表示对当中的原因“毫不知情”。
灵通综合的成交量，从上月21日开始“异军突起”，交投量天天破亿股，在26日时更是达到2亿2157万股的水平，占马股总成交量的10%。
虽然情况过后几日稍有消退，但步入4月时，又再度掀起不寻常的交投，昨日更有2亿7364股易手，因此遭马交所发出UMA质询。
灵通综合在稍晚时发布文告回应，对有什么能引起交投异常的企业活动及传言等“毫不知情”。
值得注意的是，虽然成交量大增，但灵通综合股价却处于跌势，在一周内已跌10%。
该股今日以全天最低价8.5仙挂收，跌1仙或10.53%，成交量有1亿9935万2000股，占全场的9.37%。
5度接UMA
灵通综合可说是UMA的“常客”，从2012年开始，这已是第五次接到UMA质询。
上一次接到UMA质询，是去年11月杪，但公司表示不知道股票异动的原因。
从去年11月至今，灵通综合在期间曾宣布获得4家外国公司委任为授权经销商或大马伙伴，并与大马中兴电信（ZTEMalaysia）企业私人有限公司签署了解备忘录，探讨推广通讯产品和维修合作可能。
