泰國水災‧需求湧向檳州‧益納利從中獲利

（吉隆坡3日訊）益納利（INARI，0166，創業板科技組）認為泰國水災或改變電子製造服務（EMS）領域面貌，可能吸引更多需求湧向檳城，短期內估計讓公司從中獲益。

公司董事經理陳成俊在股東大會後向《星洲財經》披露，儘管泰國洪災近期慢慢消退，惟受影響的工業要恢復至早前狀態，最長料耗時半年，除了短期需求可能轉往檳城，也可能增加買家尋求長期多元化貨源意願。

“買家也可能增加貨存量，來減輕供應鏈受損風險。”

他也說，由於智能型手機需求強勢增長，領域未來展望可期，惟由於科技領域日新月異，並非所有業者皆可長期捍衛競爭優勢，公司未來將繼續投資在提昇廠房設備和科技，以期隨時根據領域需求變化作出調整。

“智能手機運送量估計在2011年錄取55%成長，我們相信公司產品銷量能取得與領域一致的表現，不過，美元走疲卻對賺幅和淨利造成挑戰，我們僅能透過強化內部管理和效率來緩衝相關效應。”

該公司旗下目前有約98%產品出口至海外市場。

此外，技術人力資源短缺同樣是一大挑戰，陳成俊坦言，人力短缺目前已逐漸轉變成宏觀課題，許多業者皆面臨相同問題，導致產能乏人駕馭而白白被浪費。

他強調公司一直以來皆非常注重人力栽培，未來也會透過同樣的方式培訓新技術人員，希望能在中長期改善人力短缺情況。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡17日訊）益納利（INARI，0166，創業板科技組）以359萬8千560令吉現金認購Ceedtec私人有限公司51%新股，以強化在本地電子製造領域的地位。

益納利發文告指出，將透過內部資金進行融資，預見有關計劃有利於集團和子公司透過改善經濟效益、客戶層多元化和產品多元化，預計將對未來盈利作出正面貢獻。

購Amerton跨出海外‧益納利冀營收增3倍

（吉隆坡9日訊）益納利（INARI，0166，創業板科技組）與開曼群島（Cayman Island）電子製造服務（EMS）供應商——Amerton全球有限公司簽署諒解備忘錄，建議收購後者100%股權，放眼藉此晉身跨國企業行列。

根據Amerton全球截至2011年6月30日止6個月財政表現計算，上述收購計劃有望讓益納利營業額擴大三倍。

截至2011上半年，Amerton全球報營業額6千620萬美元（約2億零826萬令吉），淨利則為290萬美元（912萬令吉）。

配合上述消息公佈，該公司股票在週一上午11時暫停交易，直至下午2時30分重新開盤。

該公司董事經理陳成俊在出席簽約儀式後指出，Amerton全球業務性質與公司相近，但主要涉及光電產品生產，包括紅外線、光導纖維和發光二極管，併購計劃除了能擴大客戶群，也間接多元化旗下產品種類。

“過去數年來，我們的成長動力主要來自內部，有關併購計劃象徵我們即將進入另一階段成長，Amerton全球在菲律賓和中國共設有3家製造廠房，能大幅提昇公司產能，整體而言，我們相信兩家公司整合必定可營造新的協同效益。”

他也坦言，Amerton全球併購價還有待探討，惟最終定價將以Amerton全球淨有型資產（NTA）作為指標。截至去年6月30日，Amerton全球淨有型資產為3千200萬美元（約1億零67萬令吉）。

針對融資方式的詢問，陳成俊表示不排除各種融資管道，惟最終融資方法目前仍未確認，有待另行宣佈。（星洲日報／財經）

益纳利私配500万股

（吉隆坡15日讯）益纳利（Inari，0166，创业板）建议私下配售500万股新股给指定独立第三方投资者，每股面值10仙。

益纳利表示，根据参阅发行价为每股38仙，预计可筹措大约190万令吉。

公司说：“扣除大约8万令吉的相关开支后，我们将以剩余的182万令吉，作为公司与子公司未来12个月营运资本。”

截至目前，益纳利股权分散率只有24.08%，因此，公司希望通过私下配售新股符合股权分散率要求。
