购附加股后持15.48% DVM 董经成大股东

（吉隆坡9日讯）DVM科技（DVM，0036，创业板）董事经理拿督吴健生透过附加股认购活动，崛起成为公司大股东。

文告指出，吴健生在7月3日透过附加股活动，以每股10仙或899万令吉，购入占缴足资本8991万2500股，占完成附加股活动后缴足资本的15.48%。

在完成这次认购活动后，吴健生持有公司股权增至17.01%或9880万4500股。不过，他在翌日（7月4日），以每股8仙或71万令吉，脱售其中的889万200股权，目前持股为8991万2500股或15.48%。

根据2012年年报显示，吴健生截至去年5月7日持有公司889万2000股股权，占目前缴租资本1.53%份额。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡9日訊）DVM科技（DVM，0036，創業板科技組）同時攫獲兩項總值4千萬令吉的服務及硬體供應合約，估計可對未來兩年盈利做出正面貢獻。

該公司發文告說，兩項合約分別來自私人和政府領域，其中首項合約價值1千900萬令吉，內容是為一家本地服務供應商提供為期1年的硬體供應和程序開發服務。

另外一項來自政府的訂單則是為政府部門提供為期兩年的程序開發、貼身化及管理服務，合約價值2千100萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

The Board of Directors of DVM Technology Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DVM Innovate Sdn Bhd, has accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) on 30 July 2013 for application development, customization and managed services for approximately 2 years for a contract sum about RM21 million from the Government Sector. The tenure of the LOA is expected to be commenced from September of Year 2013 to 31st December 2015 upon the final execution of the agreement. Currently the Board of DVM is in the midst of negotiating the other terms of the agreement. Upon execution of the agreement, this project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of DVM Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2013 to 31 December 2015. The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than normal operational risk associated with the LOA. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of DVM and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the LOA. The Board of Directors is of the opinion that the LOA is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of DVM Group. This announcement is dated 9 September 2013.
