我的目的不是收集卡～主要拿来使用（很少提钱），剩下RM20也是值得的，好过年年中RM8

经常用会刮花，很心疼。

打电话和去HLBank询问，他们一致说需要给年费这个网页我也阅读，不过到最后也是要给年费（摆明是老点人啦）刮花代表卡的岁月痕迹

一般户口时RM10，我上次开pay n save，因为debit card第一年免RM8。
不需要留很多钱，除非你要参加contest或者拿礼物。
你是要hello kitty 还是transformer? 现在不懂还有没有hello kitty。

如果我非要debit card又不想给年费,我就会拿tnc问他们。再不给就写信cc给bank negara。

这个是current account，没有簿子的。第一年不用还debit card的八块钱。
还bill有额外利息，如果你的薪水进这个户口有bonus利息

basic saving account是不能换hello kitty 或transformers debit card....只有normal saving or current 才可以.....不是因为是特别卡所以要给年费....一直以来只有basic saving or basic current 是没年费...其他户口不管是什麽卡都要给年费的.....还有那个tnc是指参加contest....basic account 不可以换hello kitty 或transformers debit card，但是可以指参加contest和换礼物...

可以,不过要top up RM300 进户口...不过旧卡要还回给银行...在hlb不管你有几个户口都只能有一张卡....

旧卡不需要换，不过要打洞
而且一样要还replacement fee。

通常是要还给银行，他们会剪掉旧卡....除非你跟他们要求要回...但不是每个都会换回给你....在hlb只要你换卡就要给rm18....除非你的卡是atm卡，换去debit card就只要给rm8....

那天我去报失卡的时候他们说不会收回不过要打洞。
不知道还了18块还会不会被charge RM8年费。

要看他怎么处理你的卡,如果是cancel了旧卡再申请新卡，就会charge年费...如果是replacement就只还RM18.....

不懂哦，那天她们告诉我旧卡打洞也是要还钱。就没有说比较少。
