传大股东并购激励 英莎盘中刷6年新高

（吉隆坡7日讯）大股东积极展开并购计划，带动英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）股价走扬，该股今日一度劲扬6.5仙至85仙，再次写下6年来新高记录。

英沙执行副主席兼总执行长拿督汤国基，间接持有23%持股，为主要股东之一；他在8月中成为和合建筑（HOHUP，5169，主板建筑股）的大股东后，便有消息传出，指他有意伙同其他人将股权增持至33%，以启动强制性全面收购（MGO）。

持多家公司股权

英沙同时也在多家上市公司中持股，在这段期间，汤国基透过富美资源（FRB，9008，主板科技股）及InsasPlaza私人有限公司增持和合建筑股权，如今他借由这些公司的累计持股约达28.14%。

在汤国基不断增持和合建筑股权之际，英沙股价亦节节攀高，周一时大涨14仙收报78.5仙，创下该股6年来新高；英沙过去52周最高水平为80仙，最低则为38.5仙。

该股今日延续日前的涨势，闭市报80.5仙，起2仙，全日共5918万2300股易手。

根据大马证券交易所记录，英沙独资子公司Insas Plaza近月来，不断增持富美资源及和合建筑股权，周三（6日）的股权文件显示，Insas Plaza再度购入和合建筑3万股。

Insas Plaza截至10月1日，共持有富美资源3834万股，或相当于10%股权。[南洋网财经]

英沙毛利上涨逾倍

（吉隆坡2日讯）英沙有限公司（INSAS，3379，金融组）公布，在截至2013年9月30日止第1季度，所取得的税前利润按年从3020万令吉上升逾倍至6150万令吉。

该集团致函马交所说，至于营业额则由前期的6360万令吉增加至7250万令吉。

英沙称，业绩较佳是由于较高的经纪佣金，以及股票经纪部门的企业顾问收入上升所致。

它表示，预计本财政年度，证券经纪业务前景将更为鼓励，因本地股市表现有所改善。[光华日报财经]

提升股东回酬 传英莎探讨Melium上市

（吉隆坡25日讯）消息透露，为了进一步提升股东回酬，英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）计划于明年把旗下Melium集团上市，价值或高达6亿令吉。

《商业时报》引述消息人士报道，英莎董事料于今日聚首，策划能够激励股东回酬的计划。

由拿督汤国基领导的英沙，于2003年一度面对529万令吉亏损后，即便过去10年里一直取得盈利，但却不受投资者关注。其中的理由包括，该股持有太多现金，而且股息派发率不稳定。

报道指出，为了解决这些忧虑，该公司董事部或探讨让Melium集团上市，进一步巩固英莎的后备金。

Melium是国内高档潮流服饰零售业者，在国内有约40家商店，每年销售额达1亿5000万令吉。持有Dome咖啡厅，和Etienne Aigner、Hugo Boss、Christian Lacroix、Cole Haan和Emilio Pucci高档服饰品牌的特许经营权；英莎持有Melium43%股权。

另外，根据报道，该公司非独立董事拿督黄建贵（译音）指出，Melium集团确实有可能上市，但时间未定。

消息人士说，配合子公司上市计划，英莎料推出更固定的股息派发政策，同时为了发行凭单和股票分拆，将发行新股扩大股本。[南洋网财经]

净利猛增34.5% 英沙受激励急涨

（吉隆坡24日讯）在去年12月31日为止的次季业绩中，净利高涨34.5%达4092万令吉的英沙有限公司（INSAS，3379，金融组）股价，在今日交易中股价节节挺升。

下午收市时， 该公司股价急升3.5仙或3.86%挂94仙，有996万600股成交，今日成交价介于91仙与94仙之间。

该公司上星期公布次季业绩时，其净利高涨34.5%，由前年的3042万令吉增至4092令吉，而其营业额收益乃涨69%，由之前的4769万令吉增至8067万令吉。至于其每股收益由之前的4.53仙挺升至6.2仙。

值得注意的是其每股净资产为1.71令吉，而较目前的94仙市场价格涨约55%。

在首半年业绩中，其净利由前年的6072万令吉增至1亿32万令吉，而其营业额收益由之前的1亿1133万令吉挺至1亿5316万令吉。【光华日报财经】

益納利美昌投資回報誘人‧英沙士飆26%

（吉隆坡24日訊）投資者看好益納利美昌（INARI,0166,創業板科技組）投資回報誘人，帶動英沙士（INSAS,3379,主板金融組）週一價量齊升，全天股價大漲25.5%。

SJ證券高級抽傭經紀吳繼宗表示，英沙士股價飆漲料與其在益納利美昌的34%持股有關。

“益納利美昌股價在過去兩週徘徊在1令吉80仙至2令吉10仙之間。憑藉這樣的上漲動能，英沙士股東一定認為現在是買進的大好時機，同時也支撐部份機構投資者買進。”

受相關消息激勵，英沙士週一開盤起1仙至95仙，隨後買盤不斷輸送上漲動能，帶動股價節節攀高，最高起26仙或27.7%至1令吉20仙的52週新高，但後漲幅遭零星套利賣盤稀釋，最終收報1令吉18仙，起24仙，成交量達1億3千823萬4千200股。（星洲日報／財經）

10）2013年6月财政年净利RM6千多万，估计2014年6月财政年可赚RM1.7亿。相比较下，净利上升近150%，股息相信也会有所增加，大大加强股价上升的动力。
