鑰匙失靈的保險箱

根據英沙士（INSAS，3379，主板金融組）2015財報，該公司的現金高達5億7千360萬1千令吉，引起小股東疑慮。小股東們紛紛追問，公司握有那麼多現金，是否有任何派息或具體投資計劃呢？
公司管理層的解釋是，未來將會有特定的投資計劃，惟目前不方便透露。根據小股東說法，管理層也沒有針對過去的業績進行解說，如此的回應方式引起部份小股東鼓譟。
“過去一年都沒有派發股息，最近才打算派發1仙，也真的太少了吧！”
英沙士握有多家上市公司股權，其中最具有價值的要算是益納利美昌（INARI，0166，主板科技組）。該公司今年受惠於馬幣走疲以及智慧型裝備需求強勁，其淨利大漲49.7%至1億5千萬零20萬令吉。
英沙士握有益納利美昌的27.1%股權，若按照目前的4令吉43仙的市值來算，這批股權約價值9億零160萬3千400令吉，而這只是其中一家最具有價值的公司。
英沙士旗下還有和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主板建筑組）、OMESTI公司（OMESTI，9008，主板科技組）、成業家私（SYF，7082，主板消費品組）等公司的持股比例不一的股權。
儘管部份聯號公司業績大好，股價大漲，但這些屬於未實現盈利，只是紙上財富。若不是將股權全數賣出，股東們根本無法獲利。
英沙士的業績表現一般，該公司2015財年的收益只有9千112萬9千令吉，和去年同期的1億7千415萬6千令吉淨利相比，減少了47.67%。
造成公司淨利減少的主因是，該公司的科技、產業投資、餐飲、物流、企業顧問業務金融、等六大領域表現都因全球經濟走疲和馬幣貶值紛紛受挫。
截至上週五，英沙士的股價為X仙，每股淨資產為1令吉90仙。這說明了，儘管公司的手上握有許多良好的資產，但是這些資產若不實現其收益，投資者猶如買了一個十分有價值的保險箱，卻找不著其鑰匙。

菜鳥投資者問：
英沙士（INSAS，3379，主板金融組）內在價值那麼多，為何股價不漲？是否值得投資？會不會被私有化？
答：無可否認，英沙士的內在價值豐厚，根據所獲資料顯示，該公司的現金高達5億7千369萬1千令吉。該公司不慷慨回饋股東，公司管理層表示有特定投資計劃。
股價被低估
目前英沙士的股價約為76.5仙，每股賬面值為1令吉90仙，每股淨資產值約為1令吉65仙，若以此為准，將視為其價值被低估。
英沙士握有多家上市公司股權，其中最具有價值的要算是益納利美昌（INARI，0166，主板科技組）。英沙士握有益納利美昌的27.1%股權，若按照目前的4令吉43仙的市值來算，這批股權約價值9億零160萬3千400令吉，比英沙士市值逾5億令吉還高。

說英沙士股價不漲，其實，也不盡然。該公司的股價2015年1月初約86仙，2015年4月20日揚升至最高1令吉5仙。接著2015年8月24日約58仙，揚升至2015年11月23日的88仙最高，相信也算是有漲過吧。
當然，其股價漲升的原因，可能包括反映其實際價值，包括上述旗下上市子公司或聯號公司股權等的催化因素在內。
是否值得投資
胥視投資者要求
至於是否值得投資英沙士，該公司手握多家表現不錯的上市公司股權，惟管理層卻吝嗇回饋股東，加上述的一些參考資料，這類股是否值得投資，胥視投資者的條件與要求而定。相信進場的價位，可能是否要進場扯購的主要原因之一。
根據這裡所掌握的資料顯示，在過去6個月，沒有證券行進行剖析（不包括技術分析）及給予推荐及意見，所以，是否要投資可要自行決定。
由於英沙士持有上述子公司、聯號公司等的價值已遠超其市值，可能是被低估，該公司被私有化的可能性是存在的。不過，這裡沒有它是否將被私有化的任何訊息。（星洲日報／投資致富‧外匯利率）

Insas Group currently owns 79.5% equity interest in Roset Limousine Pte Ltd, Insas Pacific Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd and Insas Logistics (S) Pte Ltd, which have a combined fleet size of over 1,424 cars offering premium limousine and self drive car rental services in major airports and cities in Malaysia and Singapore, and the Subscription will allow Insas Group to have an enlarged fleet size, and the integration of similar and complementary business units will lead to streamlining of resources, improved and complementary services including customer support, sales and marketing activities, with the aim to position and to expand the Group's car rental businesses in the region. The Subscription will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Insas Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.

英莎与政府机构合作
进口电动车
2016年7月2日
（吉隆坡1日讯）英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）间接子公司Prac Logistics有限公司，与大马绿色科技机构（Malaysian Green Technology Corporation）子公司GreenTech Catalyst有限公司合作，进口电动汽车到我国。
英莎昨天向大马交易所报备，根据合作协议，双方将会成立一家新的联营公司，负责从外国进口电动汽车。
目前，英莎持股55%的Prac Logistics有限公司，主要业务包括汽车长期租凭、车队管理及豪华轿车服务。
至于隶属能源、绿色与水务部的大马绿色科技机构，旗舰项目之一是电动汽车，其目标为提升公众及工业电动汽车的使用率。
“透过分享彼此的专业知识及资源，双方在获得电动汽车的进口准证上，取得先行优势。”
英莎也指出，电动汽车的使用，对公司旗下的汽车出租、长期租赁，以及豪华汽车服务的业务，可产生策略性的协同效益。【e南洋】
