TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that it has withdrawn its services as the Principal Adviser to the Company for the Proposals with immediate effect in view of the fact that there has been no further progress to the status of the Proposals subsequent to the announcements which were made on the above mentioned dates. This announcement is dated 15 May 2014.

古人有一句老话 ‘有期望当然有失望’  都不是因为oilgas 因素股名买进，所以没有影响，.只有喜没有忧.，有没有换adviser没讲，只是讲TA sec 不在是他PRINCIPAL adviser 了，如果有注入，股价当然正面啦....我看都要等egm后才知道葫芦里到底卖的是什么药了...

（吉隆坡26日讯）拉雅国际（RAYA，0080，创业板）终止私下配售和多元化业务计划。

拉雅国际向马交所报备，将取消私下配售相等于缴足资本30%的普通股，以及打入油气领域的计划。

拉雅国际2012年建议这两项计划，却展延多时没有履行。

公司曾与Resscom石油签署联营合约，分销油气产品。然而，相关计划没有兑现，公司也没有打入油气领域。

原任主要顾问达证券上周宣布撤销服务。

马交所1月杪批准拉雅国际另一项私下配售1185万5580新股的建议，相等于缴足资本的10%。

We also refer to the announcement dated 15 May 2014 in relation to the withdrawal of services as Principal Adviser by TA Securities Holdings Berhad for the Proposals. The Board wishes to announce that the Company has decided to abort the above Proposals in view of its undertaking of a new Proposed Private Placement of up to Ten Percent (10%) of the Issued and paid up Capital of Raya as duly approved by Bursa vide its letter dated 30 January 2014 and also as the Proposed Joint Collaboration with Resscom Petroleum Sdn Bhd for distribution and trading of O&G products did not materialise at that time. （吉隆坡23日讯）拉雅国际（RAYA，0080，创业板）宣布，放弃收购Voyager Line通讯私人有限公司计划。

该公司向马交所报备，新董事部在会议后决定终止这项收购计划。

拉雅国际是在今年4月初时宣布，计划以110万令吉，收购Voyager Line通讯的100%股权。

当时，公司建议通过发行1100万股普通股予Voyager Line通讯2个股东———阿姆利特吉星和末哈莫拉赛尔，完成上述收购活动。

Voyager Line通讯主要业务是建筑和贸易，且目前也与数个单位拥有电器产品贸易关系，这将有助于拉雅国际的贸易业务。【南洋网财经】
