最新进展：

2019冠状病毒病导致许多国家祭出贸易限制，干扰全球棕油供应链。3月出口数据，可能是15年来最低的一次。

自冠病爆发和油价崩盘以来，陈顺风（TSH，9059，主板种植股）股价已经从顶峰跌超过50%。



行家建议：



陈顺风短期的销量料因冠病走低，且经历长达2年的高产期后，油棕树步入休息期，且有先前烟霾和艾尔尼诺气候，会影响产量，正好搭上出口减少时期。

但我们认为，待冠病疫情逐渐受控、各国取消禁令后，原棕油需求回温，出口会逐步回弹。再者，未来6个月的收成率难大涨，反而可支撑棕油价格。

今年的原棕油均价料为每吨2450令吉，明年可涨至2540令吉。



目前，我们将今明两年的产量预估皆下调8%，并将财测分别下调29%和23%。目标价跟着从1.60令吉，下调至1.10令吉。

虽然和去年的低位相比，当前的原棕油价格还更高，但陈顺风目前股价，却比去年87仙的低点，还要再低28%，还是近10年来的最低位。

为此，我们认为该股已经被超卖，值得“买入”评级。

陈顺风面对最大的风险是冠病疫情进一步恶化，恐导致棕油需求受到更深远的影响。

（吉隆坡6日讯）陈顺风资源（TSH，9059，主板种植股）及旗下2家子公司，TSH 棕油产品私人有限公司及TSH种植私人有限公司，与Sharikat Keratong私人有限公司签署3项买卖协议，以2亿4800万令吉脱售棕油种植地和棕油厂。

陈顺风资源是以7600万令吉脱售Ladang Gomantong总面积2489英亩的棕油种植地，包括其油棕树、办公室、宿舍、拖拉机、厂房设备及家俱。

另外，陈顺风资源旗下的TSH棕油产品则以1亿5200万令吉，脱售Ladang Ong Yah Ho总面积4942英亩的种植地、办公室、宿舍、拖拉机、厂房设备及家俱。而另一家子公司TSH种植以2000万令吉，卖出拿笃棕油厂。

上述交易所获得的资金，可让公司偿还部份贷款，并将净负债率减少至0.53倍。

这也能够让陈顺风资源拥有更大空间来进行额外的集资计划，加速发展剩馀尚未种植的地皮。同时，该公司可减少在未来数年投入土地清理和种植的资本开销。

“我们将从这些交易获得2亿4800万令吉，其中2亿3150万令吉将偿还银行贷款，剩馀的1650万令吉将支付交易费用。”

（吉隆坡21日讯）陈顺风资源（TSH,9059,主板种植组）计划在新加坡展开双边上市，除了有助改善股票流通率，也能通过新加坡资本市场额外筹资供未来发展，若进展顺利相信可在今年第三季完成。

董事部今日通过丰隆投资银行发布文告指出，计划通过介绍上市（way of introduction）方式在新加坡股票交易所主板展开双边挂牌。

双边上市不需要再发行新股，也无需获得陈顺风资源股东批准，不过胥视股东是否通过及批准公司章程修正建议。

陈顺风资源披露，修正公司章程是方便展开这项双边上市，修正后能让公司将在大马股票交易所的股票，转至股票中央托收公司（CDP）证券交易户头的综合账户在新加坡交易所挂牌交易。

“双边上市可让公司扩大与多元化股东框架，提升股票流通率，同时也能借助新加坡资本市场筹措额外资金，此外也能强化公司在新加坡的市场曝光率。”

该公司指出，已委任丰隆投资银行作为双边上市的主理商，并将在3个月内向新加坡有关当局提交双边上市申请。

“若一切顺利，在取得所有相关神奇后，有关双边上市及修改公司章程建议料可在今年第三季完成。”
