售宏流方案5.58%‧科技聯合不再是顯著股東

（吉隆坡19日訊）科技聯合（HTPADU，5028，主板科技組）宣佈以1千101萬3千令吉脫售宏流方案（GRANFLO，0056，創業板科技組）5千零74萬股或相5.58%股權，不再是後者顯著股東。
科技聯合發文告說，公司是分別於去年11月30日和本月19日，分兩次脫售上述股權，每股脫售價介於21.5仙至22仙之間。科技聯合目前還持有宏流方案4.15%股權。
該公司表示，脫售宏流方案股權是為了強化公司財務地位，預料公司從中賺取10萬3千700令吉盈利，所得資金將用作未來營運資本。（星洲日報／財經）

移民局电脑维修 海德获1800万合约

（吉隆坡6日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）接获政府颁发价值逾1800万令吉合约，为移民局数据中心的电脑系统提供维修服务。
海德向马交所报备，政府颁发总值1894万7084.90令吉的两年期合约，从今年7月1日开始，至2015年6月30日。
海德今年3月份也获政府颁发总值近1400万令吉的两年合约，为陆路交通局（JPJ）的电脑提供维修和技术支援服务。
不过，另一份提供国民登记局（JPN）广域网络（WAN）维修保养服务的合约，将在本月杪届满，公司未宣布是否获政府续约。[南洋网财经]

海德获斯国2152万合约

（吉隆坡28日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）宣布从斯里兰卡移民局获颁一项价值483万欧元（约2152万9048令吉）的合约，提供150万个空白“N”系列护照给当局。
海德向大马交易所报备，这项合约为期2年，从2013年至2015年。

海德获1957万政府合约

（吉隆坡6日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）获得卫生部，颁发两份总值1954万6069令吉的合约。
海德向马交所报备，卫生部颁发价值1375万令吉的首份合约，是负责拓展三座医院的第三版本病人管理系统，内容包含供应和提升相关系统的基建。
海德获颁的第二份合约，价值为579万6069令吉，负责供应、安装和启动系统所需的资讯工艺器械。
卫生部要求提升系统的三座医院，分别是哥打峇鲁Raja Perempuan Zainab II医院、芙蓉Tuanku Ja'afar医院及彭亨文冬医院。

（吉隆坡14日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）澄清，公司并未就私有化事宜进行任何正式商谈，现阶段也未有任何定案。
该公司向马交所报备，执行主席拿督莫哈末喜尔米曾在4个月间，在非正式场合谈及私有化的可能性，但是次的会谈仅为初步且未达至任何协议。

获1950万合约《大马焦点》报道，莫哈末喜尔米与Agathis资本进行有关海德私有化的洽谈。
在私有化消息传出后，激励海德股价上扬，一度上攀19.5仙至90仙，写下3个月新高。
该股今日收报85仙，涨14.5仙，成交量243万3600股。
另外，海德周四获卫生部颁发两项总值1950万令吉的病患管理系统、设施升级工程与资讯科技配备供应合约。
其中一项总值1375万令吉的合约，为彭亨州文冬医院、吉兰丹哥打峇鲁（Kota Bharu）的拉惹再纳2医院以及芙蓉的端姑惹法医院，提供第三版本的病患管理系统以及相关设施的升级工程，合约由今年2月起至明年10月。
另一项合约则是为卫生部的病患管理系统提供科技资讯器材的配备供应、安装、测试、调整提及试运服务，合约总值580万令吉。【南洋网财经】

蒙亏计划逐一结束 科技联合今年扭转
二零一四年三月十日 晚上七时四十四分
（吉隆坡10日讯）蒙受亏损的资讯与通讯科技供应商科技联合有限公司（HTPADU，5028，科技组），今年的业务将会处于转亏为盈的正轨。
集团首席执行员哈利斯透露：“随着一些蒙亏计划现在完成，我们大部分子公司都已有利可图，我们相信我们将在2014年处于正轨扭转我们的表现。”
他说，集团有责任完成相关计划，尽管它明显将会拖低收益，而不会选择将它注销。
“作为一个系统综合商，计划延宕是我们面对的商业风险之一，而这些挑战是我们所在业务的一部分。为了应付这些挑战，我们已整合我们的风险管理程序。”
在截至2013年12月31日止第4财季，该集团蒙受2060万令吉净亏损，扭转前一年同季的500万令吉净盈利。收益则从之前的1亿4634万令吉降至1亿3391万令吉。
在2013财政下年，科技联合的累积净亏损达到3278万令吉，比较2012财政年则获得456万令吉净盈利。收益则持从一年前的4亿47万令吉，平于4亿96万令吉。
这是在该集团去年获得国民登记局、移民局和陆路交通局数份合约的情况下发生。
主要的亏损是因为计划延宕导致计划发展成本提高所致。
科技联合也在2013财政年录得196万令吉的现数资产负债表，比较一年前拥有现金4049万令吉。
不过，哈利斯透露，虽然2013年合约（进行中）将对集团收益带来正面影响，但它将只会在未来资产负债表中反映出来。
“我们已经决定注销我们经营中的非核心相关成本。这是一个关键，从而不会再冲击科技联合的资产负债表。”
“因此，2013年的最终资产负债表将成为迈向未来的平台。”
他指出：“我们相信公司经营的每项商业计划，将足以带领科技联合在2014年录得盈利。”
科技联合赢得的最新合约是2月份由卫生部颁发的2年半总值1950万令吉合约，为马来西亚3间政府医院扩大病人管理系统和相关资讯通讯工艺系统。
哈利斯称，目前尚没有其他合约进行中，但集团的一些子公司正探讨主要商业领域的其他机会。【光华日报财经】 |

海德否认私有化 不排除大股东改变想法

（吉隆坡23日讯）海德（HTPADU，5028，主板科技股）否认私有化传言，澄清公司目前没有任何相关计划，但不排除未来大股东会有不同的决定。
海德总执行长哈里斯依思迈在股东常年大会结束后，向《南洋商报》表示，海德截至目前没有任何私有化相关活动。
“未来，我不知道，股东或会改变想法。不过，现在你问我有没有私有化行动，例如委任主理银行或顾问？不，这都不曾发生。”
他指出，公司必须清楚了解私有化的利与弊，例如市场是否给公司不合理估值、私有化可带来更多动力，及银行对私人公司的看法。
未必最佳选择
“我不认为，大股东有决定要走向哪一边。如今，依然有很多东西不清楚。”
哈里斯补充：“私有化，或不是最佳选择，但若大股东认为，这是比较好的决定，那他们还是会行动。”
截至4月杪，海德大股东为国民投资机构（PNB）和Padujade机构，分别握有27.54%及29.96%股权。
媒体2月期间曾报道，海德执行主席拿督莫哈末喜尔米，与Agathis资本洽谈有关私有化海德一事。
该公司当时向马交所报备，莫哈末喜尔米曾在去年杪，在非正式场合谈及私有化的可能，但是会谈仅为初步且未达至协议，更没有与Agathis资本会面。
