建樂集團地庫擴大

(吉隆坡14日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主板產業組)近年成功通過併購和聯營,將地庫擴大1.75倍至1千694英畝,發展總值達90億令吉。

肯納格研究表示,建樂集團現未入賬銷售企於1億1千760萬令吉,可確保未來1年盈利能見度,而集團未來2至3年擬推介總值18億令吉產業。

“假設建樂集團在2015至2017年每年新推5億令吉產業,認購率達到70%,我們預測2015至2017財政年淨利將達到3千140萬令吉、4千850萬令吉和7千零30萬令吉,相等於7.9%、54.5%和44.9%增幅。”

該證券行認為,建樂集團現以2015和2016財政年15倍和9.7倍本益比進行交易,比領域平均溢價51.5%和26%,因此需緊密觀察其增長潛能。

建乐次季多赚24%

(吉隆坡19日讯)产业发展和休闲业务赚幅改善,建乐(SNTORIA,5213,主板产业股)截至3月底第二季,净利按年增23.63%,并派发每股1仙股息。

根据文告,次季净利达327万5000令吉,或相等每股0.72仙,胜于去年同期的264万9000令吉,或每股0.60仙。

建乐表示,成本控制举措奏效,激励主要业务赚幅。营收从5000万令吉,年增2.84%,至5142万1000令吉。

首半年方面,净利按年扬升33.26%,达1452万9000令吉,或每股3.24仙;营业额则报1亿1544万2000令吉,年增18.32%.该集团将在下半年于全马多个地区展开发展计划,包括在古晋及雪兰莪设立全新的度假村,放眼未来10至15年的发展总值将超过9亿令吉。【南洋网财经】

(“ALISB”), representing 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of ALISB for a total cash consideration of RM2.00 only, resulting in ALISB becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

ALISB was incorporated on 23 September 2015 and its authorised share capital is RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. ALISB is currently dormant and its intended principal activities are as leisure & hospitality operator.

地域多元化策略带动 建乐放眼2.5亿销售额

(吉隆坡2日讯)配合地域多元化策略,建乐(SNTORIA,5213,主板产业股)放眼2016财年的新销售额可达2亿5000万令吉。

该公司将聚焦在关丹、古晋和摩立(Morib),以取得增长。

目前,建乐有95%的收入是来自关丹的项目。

但展望未来,古晋和摩立也会是焦点之一,因这两个市场的售价较高。

建乐董事经理拿督颜金龙日前在分析员简报会上表示,对古晋的潜能感到兴奋;而摩立的潜能则最大,因当地毗邻大型发展商所发展的城镇计划。

基于在浮罗交怡和双溪大年拥有较多的地皮,该公司的地库面积达1800英亩,发展总值预计有98亿令吉。

“作为一家可负担房屋的发展商,我们拥有充足且成本合理的地库,可供局部长期发展。”

虽然一些地皮的所在地较欠缺吸引力,且不够成熟,但颜金龙说,该些地皮具备策略性及充满活力。

2000万发展休闲业务

“我们的房产价格是合理的,所以,能让我们经历市场的动荡。”

截至2015财年,建乐的未入账销售企于1亿100万令吉。

税前赚幅在过去数年,均达25%以上。

至于旗下的休闲业务,该公司计划在明年开发浮罗交怡自然公园(Langkawi Nature Park),后年发展Borneo Samariang水上乐园。

同时,也计划在2018年,发展摩立湾水上乐园(Morib Bay Water Park)。

建乐将拨出2000万令吉的预算,作为浮罗交怡度假村的资本开销。

虽然休闲业务蒙亏,但公司仍持续“主题乐园”的发展模式,颜金龙解释,这是因为度假村概念是吸引买家的催化剂。

截至2015财年,休闲业务蒙受154万令吉的亏损,主要归咎于东海岸的水患及消费税对消费者情绪的打击。

而房产发展业务,则录得2975万令吉的净利,有助于抵消休闲业务的亏损。【南洋网财经】

建樂集團 聯營發展1.8億綜合計劃

(吉隆坡6日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213, 主要板房產)子公司與Sejati Pertiwi私人有限公司簽署聯營協議,在36個月內聯營發展綜合計劃,發展總值高達1億8000萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出,將聯營發展一項住宅及商業房地產計劃,總面積120畝,位于吉打州瓜拉姆達縣,該公司在當地仍有185畝土地。

“根據初步計劃,是項聯營發展總值料達1億8000萬令吉,初步計劃仍待相關單位批准。”

文告指出,該公司預計,每階段計劃會在落實后36個月內完成,將透過內部融資及銀行貸款取得資金。【中国报财经】

Bhd.) 建樂吉州1.8億產業受看好

(吉隆坡7日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213,主板產業組)旗下子公司,將在雙溪大年一塊120英畝永久地契地段,發展1億8千萬令吉住商綜合產業,達證券看好這項發展,認為這將使浮羅交怡度假醫藥村的推展邁開一大步。

交怡醫藥村邁開一大步

建樂集團75%持股子公司北建樂有限公司(SUSB)和Sejati Pertiwi有限公司簽聯營協議,以在Amanjaya鎮推動上述發展計劃。該地段為305英畝的部份,為SUSB一年前以每方呎3令吉50仙或總額4千640萬令吉,向Ideal Appraisal有限公司購得。

SUSB公司2015年12月28日委定Sejati Pertiwi為120英畝地段業主,分析員認為這項聯營並不驚奇,預測SUSB將把這塊非馬來人保留地,與浮羅交怡的馬來保留地段互相交換。

“建樂集團2014年9月在浮羅交怡購置兩塊馬來保留地段,總面積達120英畝;整體而言看好此項聯營計劃,這也顯示建樂推展浮羅交怡度假醫藥村邁開一大步,後一項計劃發展值達21億令吉。”

Amanjaya計劃預計於36個月內建竣,每階段計劃的完成,聯營伙伴Sejati Pertiwi可獲發展值的12.5%份額。

渡假村业务走出关丹 建乐锁定2.5亿销售

(关丹18日讯)隨著扩充业务至关丹以外的地方,关丹武吉甘孟度假村(BGRC)发展商--建乐集团(SNTORIA,5213,主板產业股)表示,该公司2016財政年(9月30日结账)可达到2亿5000万令吉的销售目標。

在出席今天举办的股东大会后,该公司主席拿督阿兹曼说,「我们在古晋及雪州摩立(Morib)皆有发展项目,而我们有信心这两个新地点,可为公司未来几年的成长带来显著的贡献。」

建乐集团开始在古晋发展其第2个度假村,名为婆罗洲三马连度假村(BSRC),这项佔地500英亩的发展项目总值预计为20亿令吉。

该公司在文告中指出,从去年8月份推出该项目以来,该公司已取得1亿令吉的预购额。

单是住宅单位,在短短的两个月內取得了63%的订购率,总值为3500万令吉。

除此之外,该公司目前亦正在著手发展第3个度假村,地点位於摩立,名为摩立湾度假村(MBRC),土地面积达354英亩,发展总值预计为35亿令吉。

订购率达83%

另外,在MBRC推出的第一个住宅项目,订购率已达83%,或8500万令吉。

阿兹曼指出,建乐集团过去几年,每年平均產业销售额为1亿4900万令吉。

不过,现財政年至今,已取得1亿4600万令吉。

「因此,我们有信心2亿5000万令吉的目標可以达致。」

今天举办的第17届股东大会上,所有议案获得股东通过,包括將在6月16日支付的1仙终期股息,除权日落在5月16日。【东方网财经】

建樂集團 獲頒總值1.1億合約

(吉隆坡22日訊)建樂集團(SNTORIA,5213, 主要板房產)獲頒2項總值1億1000萬令吉的可負擔房屋建設合約。

建樂集團發佈文告指出,獨資子公司Sentoria Bina私人有限公司,獲Grinterra私人有限公司頒發2000萬令吉合約,在沙叻丁宜(Salak Tinggi),發展1棟公寓。

同時,Sentoria Bina獲H.A Properties私人有限公司,頒發9000萬令吉合約,于關丹進行綜合發展計劃,包括單層排屋、半獨立式房屋及商店。

該公司相信,上述合約將從2017財年開始正面貢獻盈利。【中国报财经】
