股东特大放行
建乐10送1红股配售4凭单
2017年11月17日
(关丹16日讯)建乐集团(SNTORIA,5213,主板产业股)获股东批准两项企业活动,分别是以10送1的比例发送红股及10配4的比例发行凭单。
建乐集团昨天在股东特别大会上获股东放行,发送高达5280万红股,每10股送1红股,以回馈股东。
凭单为期7年
此外,以10股普通股配4张凭单的比例,发行最多2亿1120万张凭单B,为项目筹资和加强股本。
建乐集团指出,凭单B的有效期为7年,价格暂定60仙。
另外,两项计划的享有权日将容后决定。
母公司建乐资本也承诺,将认购全部的附加凭单B。
目前,该公司在关丹、古晋和摩立着手进行发展项目,其中位于古晋的Borneo Samariang水上乐园,预计年杪开设。【e南洋】 |

产业和休闲表现亮眼
建乐末季多赚19%
2017年11月25日
(吉隆坡24日讯)建乐集团(SNTORIA,5213,主板产业股)截至9月杪末季,取得1896万3000令吉净利或每股3.81仙,按年上涨19.08%。
该集团向马交所报备,同季营业额也由7236万4000令吉,按年涨37.71%至9965万6000令吉。
根据文告,产业发展的营业额增42.1%至8880万令吉。而休闲与酒店业务的营业额,也年增9.6%至1080万令吉。
累计全年,净利从3312万9000令吉,年增14.75%至3801万6000令吉或每股7.73仙;营业额则从2亿2422万4000,年扬25.06%至2亿8041万5000令吉。
展望未来,建乐集团在文告中点出,2018财年的销售目标位4亿5000万令吉,进行中的房产项目位于关丹、古晋与摩立等地。另外,截至9月30日时,未入账销售达2亿9750万令吉。
2018财年次季,集团旗下将会有两家新主题公园开张,分别是浮罗交怡自然公园和古晋的Borneo Samariang 水上乐园。
建乐集团预计,上述两家主题公园将为休闲与酒店业务带来贡献。
大股东转换凭单
另一方面,建乐集团的主要股东建乐资本私人有限公司今日执行凭单转换权,将1668万6886张凭单转换成股票。
文告指出,随着上述的凭单转换,该集团将获额外1000万令吉的资本注入。
建乐集团如今的发行和缴足资本达1.138亿令吉。
该集团表示,获得的资金,将用作关丹、古晋和摩立进行中的产业发展项目的营运资本。 【e南洋】

建乐获6730万一马房屋合约
2017年12月23日
(吉隆坡22日讯)建乐集团(SNTORIA,5213,主板产业股)宣布获颁两项一个马来西亚房屋计划(简称PR1MA)合约,总值6730万令吉。
建乐集团向交易所报备,该合约是由H.A.产业私人有限公司,颁发给其子公司Sentoria IBS私人有限公司。
第一份合约是负责在彭亨本诺(Penor)兴建320个单位的单层半独立的PR1MA,价值4030万令吉。
而第二份合约则是在彭亨Sri Damai兴建198个单位的单层半独立PR1MA,总值2700万令吉。
建乐集团表示,将在今日开始动工,并在2020年12月21日竣工,预计会贡献未来净利。这两个项目均靠近该公司所发展的Taman Indera Sempurna。
截至2017财年,该公司共录得2.8亿令吉营业额,净利有3800万令吉。
另外,位于关丹、古晋和摩立(Morib)的产业发展项目的未入账销售,共达2.98亿令吉。【e南洋】

建乐集团昨天向交易所报备,营业额年扬45.49%,报8734万2000令吉,超越上财年同期的6003万2000令吉,归功于关丹、古晋和摩立(Morib)进行中发展项目收取的费用增加。
截至去年12月31日,关丹、古晋和摩立正进行中的发展项目,未入账销售达3亿4930万令吉,高于上财年同期的2亿6730万令吉。
建乐集团称,这些正在进行中的项目,连同计划在接下来推出的项目(须获得所有监管批准),发展总值超过4亿令吉,预计会带来正面贡献。
休闲与酒店业务方面,彭亨武吉甘孟度假胜地(Bukit Gambang Resort City)近期前景料持续备受挑战。

BERHAD, SENTORIA AND SENTORIA MORIB BAY SDN. BHD. | Reference is made to the Company’s announcements of 31 December 2012, 15 March 2013 and 29 March 2013 in relation to Joint Venture Agreement and Development Right Agreement [“DRA”] between the Company and Seriemas Development Sdn Berhad [“Seriemas”] to jointly undertake the development of 204 acres of land into a mixed development of commercial and residential units and to also undertake the development of the four components namely, a water theme park, resort and convention centre, boutique hotel and safari park on the development land.
The Board of Directors of Sentoria wishes to announce that Sentoria and its wholly owned subsidiary company, Sentoria Morib Bay Sdn. Bhd. [“SMBSB” or “the Transferee”], has on 10 July 2018, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement [“SPA”] with Seriemas for the acquisition and transfer of the following lands, measuring approximately 150 acres in total area for a purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand (RM20,250,000.00) [“Purchase Price”] only in accordance with the terms and conditions in the DRA, pursuant to the exercise of the Put Option by Seriemas, and subject further to the terms and conditions as contained in the SPA [“the Land Acquisition”]:-
(a) Water Theme Park Land -a Water Theme Park on the land measuring approximately 22 acres in area held under H.S. (D) 39314, PT1129, Mukim Morib, Kuala Langat, Selangor;
(b) Convention Centre Land -a Resort and Convention Centre on the land measuring approximately 38 acres in area held under H.S. (D) 39315, PT1130, Mukim Morib, Kuala Langat, Selangor;
(c) Safari Land -a Safari Park (comprising of River and Night Safari) measuring approximately 78 acres in area held under H.S. (D) 39315, PT1130, Mukim Morib, Kuala Langat, Selangor; and
(d) Boutique Hotel Land -a Boutique Hotel on the land measuring approximately 12 acres in area held under H.S. (D) 39315, PT1130, Mukim Morib, Kuala Langat, Selangor; all forming the Master Title Land formerly held under HS (D) 30726 PT 1082, Mukim Morib, Daerah Kuala Langat, Negeri Selangor, prior to its subdivision thereof, and which expression where the context requires, means the entire Land or any part thereof or any of the Water Theme Park Land, the Convention Centre Land, the Safari Land and/or the Boutique Hotel Land [ “the Land”].

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | SENTORIA GROUP BERHAD ("SENTORIA" OR "THE COMPANY") - Acceptance of Letter of Award | Sentoria Group Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sentoria Bina Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 477814-V) has on 29 August 2018 accepted 2 letters of award from H.A. Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 161498-X) for the following design and build contracts:
1. 420 units of single-storey terrace houses known as Taman Damai Sempurna in Sri Damai, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, for a contract sum of RM52.8 million; and
2. 630 units of single-storey terrace houses known as Taman Seri Sempurna in Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, for a contract sum of RM72.0 million.
The contracts which will commence on 29 August 2018 and due for completion by 28 August 2020 will not expect to have material effects on the earnings, gearing or net assets per share of Sentoria Group for the current financial year ending 30 September 2018. It will however be expected to contribute positively towards the future financial performance of Sentoria Group.
There will also no effects arising from the contracts on the issued share capital and substantial shareholding structure of Sentoria.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Sentoria and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the contracts.

(吉隆坡1日讯)产业发展商兼度假村营运商建乐集团(Sentoria Group Bhd)宣布,子公司获得一项总值8548万令吉的合约,在彭亨州关丹设计和建设659间单层排屋。
根据今日向大马交易所的报备,这项由Faja Pertiwi私人有限公司颁发予独资子公司Sentoria Bina私人有限公司的合约,还涉及上述单位的销售和市场营销。这些单位坐落于关丹Bukit Rangin 3。
建乐指出,合约从今天开始,预计2021年3月完成。

该集团补充,这不会对截至9月杪本财政年的盈利、负债或每股净资产有实质影响,但预计对未来财务表现作出贡献。
闭市时,该股跌0.5仙或1.14%,收于43.5仙,市值为2亿4257万令吉。
在过去一年,这只交易淡静的股项下跌了约32%。
