陳輝鑌辭任董事經理 盛資交投熾熱寫新高

（吉隆坡2日訊）盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業板工業股）董事經理突然換人，盛資股價未受驚反升且交投熾熱，繼上週五后再寫新高，同入10大熱門和上升股榜。

盛資向馬證交所報備，現年51歲的原任董事經理陳輝鑌因個人理由離職，由莫哈末理朱安頂替任新舵手。

管理層生變未衝擊盛資股價，該股今早揚升2仙，以74.5仙迎市后就節節走高，近休市更一度漲10.5仙至83仙，改寫歷史新高。

休市時，盛資報81仙，上升8.5仙，成交量1243萬3800股。

截至下午4時半，盛資報78.5仙，揚升6仙，成交量2034萬200股。

根據盛資報備文件，年僅32歲的莫哈末理朱安持有英國樸次茅斯大學的金融理科碩士學位，曾任職馬國際船務（MISC，3816，主要板貿易）。

他在加入盛資前，擔任大馬投資銀行的證券資本市場經理，曾處理多宗私下配售和首發股計劃。

进军建筑业装饰漆料 盛资股权业绩重组

（吉隆坡4日讯）漆料业务涉足建筑业后，盛资（SERSOL，0055，创业板）大股东兼执行董事陈辉仁相信，公司的股权、业务及人事安排上，明年都出现显著变化。

盛资人事以及股权在近期出现相当变动引来市场留意，陈辉仁兄长———陈辉镔宣布辞去董事经理一职，并委任莫哈末里祖安为董事经理。

最大股东陈氏兄弟在近期更频频脱售股权，根据大马交易所最新记录显示，陈辉仁目前持有该公司约30.2%股权。

供漆予土著承包商

陈辉仁今天与大马土著承包商协会（PKMM）主席拿督莫达签署了解备忘录，以供应“Cat1Malaysia”漆料于该会会员。

仪式由副财政部长拿督阿末马斯兰见证，其他出席的管理层包括盛资独立非执行主席萧添发、执行董事拿督斯里依瓦博士、大马土著承包商协会主席拿督莫达。

对于近期频频售股的举动，陈辉仁向《南洋商报》表示，这是为了公司扩展而作出售股活动。

“因盛资将从电子商品漆料业务，迈入建筑业的装饰漆料，并冀望争取政府合约，这也是他们引入土著专才的原因之一。”

莫哈末里祖安相信，与大马土著承包商协会谅解备忘录预计要6个月时间后才进入最终协议，并希望有关漆料能在未来成为主要贡献产品，并瞄准国内建筑项目。

他预计，国内漆料市场有20亿令吉，并由外国漆料品牌主宰。

“我们冀望透过这次合作能在未来3至5内，从中争取到5至8%市场份额。”

股价暴涨无关国库

之前，市场盛传新任董事经理莫哈末里祖安以及国库控股将入主盛资，公司股价和成交量相信受消息激励，在过去2个月出现暴涨现象。

以今年7月18日起出现上扬趋势计算，以当日闭市价28仙计算，盛传作价已连翻2倍，更一度在9月2日，以83仙创上市以来的新高水平。

对于国库控股（Khazanah）会否买入盛资股权，莫哈末里祖安在记者会上以“毫无关系”作为回应。

至于陈辉仁则不愿透露会否有新股东入主公司，仅表示机构投资者会否入主公司的可能性要视乎业务是否企稳后才浮现。

盛资目前仍亏损，2013财年次季亏损扩大85.9%至71万6000令吉。

莫哈末里祖安表示，股价飙高相信市场供应和需求所推动，并表示本身是以专才身份管理公司，才获董事局委以重任。

对于市场传言，莫哈末里祖安表示，目前并没有成为股东的想法，并强调他的职责是营运公司，但对未来可能性保持开放态度。

副财长：冀增土著企业家

阿末马斯兰希望土著公司能积极参与大马推出的6项大型计划，以提升土著企业家比率。

阿末马斯兰在致词中表示，大马40大首富当中，就有29名来自华人企业家，占了75%，剩余25%则为土著和印裔企业家。

他说，这是因为土著社群并不是来自经商社会，希望大马土著承包商协会能在这当中提供协助。

阿末马斯兰表示，政府将在接下来提出6项大型工程，并希望有关供应链能让土著企业家参与率提高，而盛资与大马土著承包商协会都可以积极参与相关工程。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡10日訊）針對進軍油氣領域的進展，並成為公司未來的核心業務一事，盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業板工業股）將在來周作出正式宣布。

對此，盛資執行董事拿督斯里伊爾萬在接受《中國報》詢問時透露，該公司將會正式宣布進軍油氣領域的詳情，這是協助公司轉虧為盈的計劃之一。

“我們將在今年內獲得大馬規格及研究局認證（SIRIM），且會獲得馬石油（Petronas）的執照，供應油氣用途塗料。”

據消息指出，盛資將出現公司擁有權易主及新力軍，該公司可藉此進軍油氣領域，獲取相關工程項目，促使公司未來核心業務或從塗料轉為油氣相關業務。

傳將有新東主

市場在早前傳言國庫控股（Khazanah）有意入資盛資一事，伊爾萬告訴本報，表明對方並無此意圖，即將對外公佈的新力軍亦非政治人物。

目前，盛資控股私人有限公司為盛資最大股東，而陳氏家族為控股公司持有人。據悉陳氏家族已將盛資控股私人有限公司，售予 Mercuria Sun Oil 在大馬的合作夥伴，形成盛資易主的格局。

至于新持有人和公司新力軍，是具有富裕家族背景人士。

據悉，易主后的盛資控股私人有限公司有意收購亞洲石油樞紐（APH），因此選擇通過具有柔佛基礎背景的盛資執行相關活動。

（吉隆坡25日訊）首相拿督斯里納吉的公子納茲福丁再度出手，這次焦點轉向盛資（SERSOL,0055,創業板工業產品組），藉收購近21%股權崛起成為盛資的大股東。

值得一提的是，盛資董事經理陳輝鑌月初因個人理由請辭，職缺由前首相署部長、國庫控股（Khazanah）執行主席丹斯里諾莫哈末之子莫哈末理贊接手。

根據大馬股票交易所文告，納茲福丁今日向盛資大股東兼執行董事陳輝仁收購盛資的4千萬1千898股股票，間接持有相等於20.76%的股權。

陳輝仁在脫售這批股權後，已不再是盛資的大股東。

盛資股價今年已飆漲501%，大幅超越富時綜合指數升幅6%。盛資一度挫至90仙，閉市挫3仙至1令吉零2仙。文告雖未列明這批股權的交易值，但若以該股閉市價計，這批股權交易估計值高達4千零80萬令吉。（ 星洲日報／財經）

KINIBIZ Fresh from rumours linking him to Eastland Equities recently, Mohd Nazifuddin Najib, son of prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, has emerged as a substantial shareholder in paints and coatings company SerSol Bhd.

His entry into SerSol Bhd follows the appointment of Mohamed Ridzuan Nor Mohammed, son of former minister Nor Mohammed Yakcop, as managing director of the company on Sept 3, 2013.

Based on a series of Bursa filings today, Nazifuddin along with Lim Kim Chai now indirectly hold a 20.76 percent stake in SerSol, via SerSol Holdings Sdn Bhd.

SerSol Holdings has 40 million shares or 20.76 percent in Sersol.

In a brief phone conversation Nazifuddin (right) told KiniBiz that he saw value in SerSol.

“There is good value in the company, I believe we can grow it…the paint business is a RM2 billion a year industry,” he said.

Nazifuddin added that SerSol may venture into the supplying of paint for seafaring vessels.

Mohd Nazifuddin Mohd Najib, who has taken a controlling stake of 20.76 per cent in paint manufacturer, Sersol Bhd, has ambitious plans to grow the company into a serious competitor in the
lucrative oil and gas coating sub-sector.

He said besides steps to strengthen its core business by getting more distributors, Sersol would acquire industry-related companies as well to forge international partnerships in research and development.

Nazifuddin, the Malaysia unit director in the energy group, Mercuria Energy, said Sersol would look to creating synergies with the global company, which is the world's fifth largest energy trader with a revenue of US$100 billion.

All these plans would would put Sersol in good stead to chalk up a projected revenue of RM100 million for FY2014 from RM20 million now, he said.

"I have ambitious plans for the company in creating value for it in the paint coating business so that it becomes a leading competitor in the domestic market dominated by foreign companies," he told Bernama in an interview today.

"It is safe to say that the KL skyline is lighted by paint from abroad (and) I think it's time Malaysia-owned paint is used for Malaysia-owned assets," he said, adding that he was in Sersol for the "long-haul."

Sersol announced in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today that Nazifuddin had purchased 40,001,898 shares in the company reprsenting 20.76 per cent through his holding company, Sersol Holdings Sdn Bhd.

He said Sersol's strategy would also enable the company to vie for a portion of the 80 per cent of the paint coating jobs offered by Petronas and other oil companies dominated by a local public-listed competitor.

Contrary to rumours and market speculations that he was eyeing several companies, he said Sersol was the only company listed on Bursa Malaysia in which he had a direct majority stake.

He also said Sersol would graduate from an ACE company into a Main Board-listed company given the immense potential arising from the opportunities from RM100 billion in mega projects announced by the government over the next five years but it was important for the company to create a branding.

"We are planning to get a small stake in these projects through our new 'Cat 1Malaysia' architectural paint as well as invest in property projects with friendly developers," he said.

He expressed confidence in the company's business plan going forward undertaken by its professional management team led by newly-appointed managing director Mohamed Ridzuan Nor Md.-- Bernama

纳兹福丁矢提高营收 盛资：不代表公司预测

（吉隆坡26日讯）针对刚晋升为盛资（SERSOL，0055，创业板）大股东的首相拿督斯里纳吉儿子———莫哈末纳兹福丁矢志让公司营业额从目前的2000万令吉，提高至2014财年的1亿令吉的言论，盛资发表文告澄清，其言论并不代表公司对截至2014年12月31日财年的预测。

盛资指出，这仅是莫哈末纳兹福丁以大股东的身份，对公司抱有的目标及期望。

莫哈末纳兹福丁是在接受英文报章《Malaysia Reserve》专访时发表上述谈话。

盛資與憑單同遭拋售

（吉隆坡1日訊）恐出現融資追繳（margin call，俗稱逼倉）危機，盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業板工業股）與憑單遭投資者拋售，僅半日交易市值瀉2600萬令吉。

盛資開市大熱下滑，延續週一跌勢，盤中一度跌17仙，股價剩57仙，閉市時挫12.5仙，掛61.5仙，交投大熱達2505萬5400股。

該股憑單盛資-WA（SERSOL-WA，0055WA，創業板工業股）跌勢及交投更甚，休市時股價剩35仙，全日共跌15仙，掛38仙，成交量4506萬3200股，為今日十大熱門股之一。

目前這家公司已聚集國內政要之子，該公司日前向馬證交所報備，委任首相署前任部長丹斯里諾莫哈末之子莫哈末理贊擔任董事經理。
