首相最近為巫統黨選而忙，以多項“強化土著經濟”措施為前奏後，本週末即來到黨選的緊張關頭了，而且在此前更飛美國一趟。

身為一國之首的父親奔波勞碌，他的公子納茲福丁在股市方面也不見得清閒，相隔了好一段時間後，最近又再受到關注，因為這次盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業板工業產品組）托他的福，近期股價波動極為激烈。

是首相公子入股的消息早已開始流竄嗎？盛資股價從兩個月前即顯現“飆升”訊號，從7月中約25仙，一度衝上上週1令吉零7仙最高水平，相等於超過3倍的驚人漲幅，而且很明顯的，股項成交量也從7月起顯著增長，打破平日淡靜交投。

雖然週四股價回調至57.5仙左右，但該股在前後兩個月間激增了近6倍，是否意味著整個入股佈局早已安排好呢？

盛資主要涉及工業化學業務，但在過去5個財政年，其中4年都處於虧損窘境，股價激增似缺乏有利的基礎，也難以讓人信服。

截至2013年6月30日止，盛資次季淨虧損擴大至71萬6千令吉，並拖累首半年淨虧損擴大至115萬4千令吉，歸咎於金屬貿易業務停止操作，加上失去了中國子公司的盈利貢獻；至於2012財政年全年淨虧442萬4千令吉，比2011財政年的155萬4千令吉淨虧損顯著擴大。

該公司管理層預計可維持塑膠涂層業務貢獻，因為將從電子及電器，擴大至工業涂層領域，工業涂層料是未來的主要盈利貢獻者。

一家業務前景有待“確定”的公司，何以有這麼大的魅力讓大家為之傾倒？

納茲福丁效應席捲並非頭一遭，過去在豐盛工業（HARVEST，9342，主板工業產品組）及神通科技（SCOMNET，0001，創業板工業產品組）引發的浪潮可不簡單，營造的政治色彩更加濃厚。

納茲福丁於兩年前參股豐盛工業消息傳出後，其股價突然猛漲26倍，最終被大馬交易所列為指定股後，才將那團火焰漸漸撲滅。

低價股旺盛時期，神通科技隨後成為另一受青睞對象，惟後來納茲福丁表示無意展開收購行動後，該股才打回原形。

股市名人效應往往是最無法抵擋的一環，股價就像亂了性子般跳躍，也最容易讓投資者失去理性，掉入陷阱中。

再回頭看看多只曾被熱炒的股項，如今落得的下場，不得不讓人感到唏噓，股價捧得越高，因回調而承受的代價也變得越高。

因為納茲福丁是首相兒子的身份，全世界都以為所有的合約訂單都會自動送上門嗎？這絕對是投資者的期待。

可是，此時，盛資跳出來強調，納茲福丁入股20.76%並看好公司的盈利將大增，“僅僅是大股東的目標和願望”，投資者這可聽清楚了嗎？（星洲日報／焦點評析：李永權）

賣蘋果炒作論

炒股的方法有很多種，近期又出現一個經典個案──盛資（SERSOL，0055，創業板工業產品組）。

這隻在今年5月初只有13仙的仙股，在過去5個月內靜悄悄揚升，到了9月杪，已經飆破1令吉，用“天價”形容也不誇張。

就一家每股淨資產值只有區區9仙、面對營業額低迷和持續虧損的股票來說，這股漲勢也算是“奇景”。

好比在超市看到一粒其貌不揚、又亁又小的蘋果，每粒叫價10令吉，你買得下手嗎？

不過，若此時出現一個蘋果專家，告訴你這不是普通的蘋果，而是當年砸在牛頓頭上那顆蘋果的直系後代，單是裡頭的種子，價值就遠遠高於10令吉，還以身作則買走兩大包，你是否願意重新考慮？

在你考慮之際，超市再宣佈因蘋果只剩最後兩箱，凡購買將享有5折優惠，那麼，你是否會受“勿走寶”心態慫恿，而迫不及待去搶購剩下的蘋果？

恐怕，很多人會。

你看，一個人對蘋果的態度，是有可能從最初的有錢也不買，180度轉變成沒錢也要買；名人和減價效應雙管齊發，就有可能造成這樣的結果。

盛資的情況，與賣蘋果例子，驚人的相似。

基本面不出色的盛資，從13仙漲到1令吉，就好比一粒平平無奇的蘋果高高價在賣；之後，首相之子納茲福丁的入股，讓故事出現了大轉折。

經歷數個月的“逐步上漲”，股價在短短數天丟失50%漲幅，就如同“蘋果大減價”般，讓人有“趁低買進機會浮現”的錯誤印象。

或許有人會認為這是“聽謠言進場，跟事實賣出”的效應，但走避不及的跟風者，可能要倒霉了。

其實，賣蘋果炒作模式，是股市中極為常見的一種做法，近年來許多炒作案例都是以這種方式操作；若我們勤奮些，在買股前稍微看看股價圖、翻翻財政報告，就能大約猜到這股究竟甚麼料，值不值得投資。

最低限度，不會在不明不白的情況下用高價或“半價”買了蘋果回家，卻眼睜睜看著它腐爛。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資茶室：李三宇）
