PRG控股推介6億房產 認購率達65%
2016年10月20日
（吉隆坡20日訊）PRG控股（PRG，7168，主要板工業）今日推介發展總值達6億令吉，名為“Picasso Residence”的豪華房地產計劃。
PRG控股集團董事經理拿督賴俊瀚指出：“儘管房產市場具挑戰，不過通過私人路演活動，Picasso Residence單位至今已取得65%認購率，顯示市場反應熱烈。”
他是在Picasso Residence推介禮結束后，如是指出；上述位于安邦路的房產計劃，涵蓋2棟38層樓的大樓，共有472住宅單位。
列席者包括PRG控股獨立非執行董事拿督黃麗心、獨立非執行董事拿督漢查、主席拿督林淵福、財政部副部長拿督李志亮、以及製造部董事經理謝鎔全。

取代制造业成最大财源
PRG转攻产业发展

（吉隆坡9日讯）PRG控股（PRG，7168，主板工业产品股）放眼扩大旗下产业发展业务，成为该公司第一大业务，取代原有的制造业。
该公司董事经理拿督赖俊瀚昨日接受《南洋商报》专访时透露，目前制造业仍是营收主要贡献来源。
赖俊瀚指出，PRG控股将提高产业发展营业额贡献比例，放眼今年产业发展和制造业之间的营收贡献比例，达到40%与60%。
“随着越来越多国外买家在我国置产，我们看好国内房地产市场的未来，因此将持续推动旗下产业业务。”
他补充：“我们还计划在2018至2019年间，将产业发展业务贡献比例超越50%，成为新核心业务，取代制造业。”
不过，赖俊瀚强调，在这过程中，该公司没有打算脱售旗下任何制造业，而是作为公司的固定收入来源。
PRG控股前身为纺尼威工业，于1983年开始营运，生产家具用的带子，过后扩大产品生产范围，包括纺织品、衣服、家具、汽车、食品包装和医药领域产品，产品也销售到超过30多个国家。
完成了数项企业活动后，该公司于2015年易名为“PRG控股”，并将业务拓展到产业发展和建筑领域。
房产业务仍处“婴儿期”
此外，财务总监吕国民坦言，目前该公司的产业业务处在初步阶段，所采用的策略是“购地建屋”，即购地后立即发展，而完成后再购地的方针，不囤积大量地库。
所以，目前除了手上2个发展项目，没持有任何地库。
“公司需时间为产业发展业务建立基础，同时，今年也将积极寻找购买地块和合作发展的机会。”
该公司首个产业发展项目，是位于安邦路的Picasso Residence，发展总值约6亿令吉。截至目前，认购率达55%，其中80%的买家来自国外。
此外，PRG控股去年7月，也宣布以持有51%股权，与Baycity Park有限公司成立联营公司，发展位于双溪毛糯U5区的可负担公寓项目。
制造业第三季香港上市
PRG控股决定通过发售新股，让GEM在港交所上市，以为GEM筹资营运开销和未来业务扩张资本。
赖俊瀚相信，通过上市，清楚划分责任与营运后，资源分配更有效率，且可更专注于各自业务，加快决策过程和应对市场变化的能力。
“目前GEM的上市计划正等待港交所当局的审查批准，上市活动预计在今年第三季完成。”
赖俊瀚还指出，GEM在港交所上市，可让PRG控股和旗下制造业务，可拥有不同的筹资平台，提高公司的融资弹性。
PRG控股今天收报90.5仙，平盘挂收，成交量为3000股。
上市成本导致末季亏损
对于上周一公布的2016财年末季净亏现，吕国民解释，归咎于公司在为旗下制造业务在香港上市的开销所导致。
去年PRG控股宣布，该公司正探讨让旗下制造业务，通过Growth Enterprise Market（GEM）在香港交易所上市，该活动的总开销约2500万港元（约1433万令吉）。
该笔开销拖累截至去年12月杪，末季录得净亏209万5000令吉，差过上财年同季净利328万1000令吉；营业额按年萎缩12.3%，报3212万9000令吉。
赖俊瀚还预警，香港上市活动料继续冲击PRG控股的净利表现。
他解释，上季的上市开销约300万令吉，剩余的开销，将分阶段纳入未来数个季度的财务影响，直到该活动在股东特别大会上获得批准，及获得香港当局批准上市为止。【e南洋】 |

PRG控股攜手Felcra 探索中港清真市場商機
2017年4月14日
（吉隆坡14日）PRG控股（PRG，7168，主要板工業）宣佈，子公司Premier國際行銷私人有限公司將在4月16日，與Felcra國際創業私人有限公司和中國投資協會（OIU）海外投資聯盟簽署諒解備忘錄，探索中港清真市場的潛在商機和投資合作可能。
文告指出，此備忘錄的主要目的包括了與多方建立互信，將FELCRA Livestock & Agri Product私人有限公司的清真產品行銷和滲透進中港清真市場。

PRG控股发文告指，扣除任何不可预见情况及获得相关监管机构的批核后，董事部预计，上市计划将会在今年底之前完成。
从上市活动筹得的资金，将用于制造业的未来业务扩充及营运资本。
一旦完成上市，PRG控股将依然是控权股东，持有不超过75%股权。
根据上市计划，经营制造业务的上市公司，将提供1亿2600万股新股给公众，以及特定专业、机构和其他投资者。

（吉隆坡1日讯）因产业业务拖累，PRG控股（PRG，7168，主板工业产品股）截至3月低首季，净利按年暴挫43.3%，从去年同季157万1000令吉，减少至89万1000令吉，或每股0.3仙。
营业额则从去年的3102万4000令吉，增加至3436万6000令吉，年涨10.8%。
PRG控股向交易所报备，制造业务销售增加，营业额获27.8%，至2871万令吉，税前盈利年翻9.3倍，至402万令吉。
而产业发展业务营业额得1073万令吉，年增18.8%；但面对税前亏损97万令吉，逊于去年同期的税前盈利227万令吉。
净利下滑，也归咎于为旗下制造业务，通过Growth Enterprise Market（GEM）在香港交易所上市，引致开销达100万令吉。
董事经理拿督赖俊瀚指出，该公司将专注于旗下唯一产业项目，即位于安邦路的Picasso Residence的市场和销售活动，并确定建筑进度按时完成。

选择不同平台 提高融资弹性
鼎昇冀制造业务香港上市

（吉隆坡6日讯）鼎昇集团（PRG，7168，主板工业产品股）放眼在今年底，将制造业务于香港交易所上市。
鼎昇集团董事经理拿督赖俊瀚今日在股东大会后对媒体指出，会考虑把制造业务上市香港交易所，是因为香港是一个享誉全球的中心，而且，当地的融资成本较低。
今年5月，鼎昇集团开始探讨将制造业务，通过当地创业板（GEM）在香港交易所上市。
“若制造业务可以在香港上市，相信未来能为该业务筹得更多资金。”
一旦完成上市，鼎昇集团依然是控权股东，并持有75%股权。
他说，旗下的制造业务在香港上市，能让集团通过不同的平台筹资，提高融资弹性。
从上市活动筹得的资金，将用于制造业的未来业务扩充及营运资本。
扩展越南厂房
目前，鼎昇集团制造业务，在我国拥有3间厂房，在越南则有4间厂房，集团将会在今年或明年内，扩展越南现有的厂房，并看好当地的劳工重组。
制造业务部董事经理谢镕全也则补充，该业务在过去2年表现不俗，有信心今年也会录得不错的业绩表现。
去年7月，鼎昇集团以持有51%股权，与Baycity Park有限公司成立联营公司Premier Baycity，发展位于雪兰莪双溪毛糯U5区的可负担公寓项目。
双方将会在占地6.48英亩的99年租凭地契土地，发展大约650单位的3栋高品质可负担公寓，发展总值达2亿6000万令吉。
赖俊瀚表示，未来集团将朝可负担房屋的方向前进，并会在缅甸、菲律宾以及印尼，探讨扩展产业业务的商机。
另外，今年4月，鼎昇集团也与Felcra 国际投资私人有限公司（FIV）及中国投资协会海外投资联合会，签署了解备忘录，把清真产品行销至中国及香港的清真市场。
对此，赖俊瀚表示，希望能落实上述计划，把上述清真产品行销至中国及香港的清真市场。
