凯达综合纺织遭追1335万

（吉隆坡14日讯）凯达综合纺织（Hytexin，5058，主板消费产品股）重组计划未实现，遭兴业银行追讨两笔共1335万3822令吉的拖欠款项。

文告指出，兴业银行已发出传讯和申索书予凯达综合纺织追讨两笔拖欠的贷款，分别为1297万3724.75令吉以及38万98.06令吉。

凯达综合纺织表示，立即全数偿还款项将对公司的财务与营运带来极大影响。

同时，董事部也表示，已经与借款人针对贷款结算进行初步协商，以有效执行重组计划。[Nayang]

（吉隆坡22日訊）凱達綜合紡織（HYTEXIN，5058，主板消費品組）與Premium Forum私人有限公司簽署製造協議和維修協議，以進行TIMAR兆瓦低風速直驅垂直軸磁懸浮風力渦輪機制造，並為亞洲客戶提供維修和應用和使用等諮詢服務。

進軍中國風力發電 凱達綜合發展3.6億計劃

（吉隆坡10日訊）凱達綜合（HYTEXIN，5058，主要板消費）進軍中國風力發電，將與中國葛洲壩電力有限公司合作1億2000萬美元（約3.6億令吉）項目。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，已選擇與葛洲壩電力為主要承包商，在中國貴州發展可發電50兆瓦的磁懸浮（maglev）風力發電項目。

文告指出，該公司預計今年次季與葛洲壩電力達成最后協議，諒解備忘錄則是在本週四（9日）簽署。

葛洲壩電力為湖北建築及工程公司，為中國三峽工程的主要承包商之一。

文告指出，該項目完成后，預計每年可為中國人口超過6000萬的台江，產電200GW；該項工程預計將在今年10月動工，2015年10月竣工。

“若以30年經營權及20年延期選期計算，初期預估每年可帶來約1300萬美元（約3889萬令吉）營業額，淨利賺幅約18%。”[中国报财经]

凯达综合偕华企 联营风力发电厂

（吉隆坡10日讯）凯达综合纺织（Hytexin，5058，主板消费产品股）与中国葛洲坝集团电力签署备忘录，在贵州兴建总值5亿人民币（约2亿4500万令吉）的风力发电厂，首次进军能源领域。

葛洲坝受委为承包商，负责为凯达综合纺织发展该风力发电厂，之后移交给凯达综合纺织。

近4000万营业额

凯达综合纺织盼在第二季签署最终合约。

凯达综合纺织子公司———凯达综合纺织（苏州）有限公司（简称HIS），和葛洲坝签署有关备忘录。

另一方面，有关发电厂落成后，每年能生产200兆瓦的电量予中国南方台江一带。

HIS将和深圳市泰玛风光能源科技（简称STSET）以联营方式，负责供应和制造磁悬浮风力发电机（Maglev Wind Turbine）。

该联营计划中，STSET负责风力发电厂的可行性研究报告和风速测试。

HIS则担任工程开发商，有关发电厂将在10月动工，估计在2015年10月完成。

（吉隆坡19日讯）凯达综合纺织有限公司（HYTEXIN，5058，消费产品组）独资子公司凯达综合（苏州）有限公司，已与中国台江县人民政府和深圳泰玛风光能源科技有限公司签署一份三方协议，以中国贵州省台江县红岩草原发展耗资5亿人民币（约2亿4400万令吉）的50兆瓦磁悬浮风力发电场。

上述贵州风力发电场计划预料将从2013年10月动工，并于2015年10月建竣。

在2013年1月31日，苏州凯达综合已与再生能源科技公司泰玛风光能源签署一份联营协议，以建造和供应上述磁悬浮风力涡轮和其他所需设备。

苏州凯达综合和泰玛风光能源也将提供所需的科技技能和专业，以发展和建筑这项再生能源设备。

在完成上述计划后，苏州凯达综合计划利用台江县的丰富风力资源，在未来50年生产电力。

鉴于中国推动选择性能源以维持经济发展，上述贵州风力发电场计划将享有大量优惠，包括津贴和税务优惠等。

作为伙伴，台江县政府将负责提供援助予苏州凯达综合，以落实上述计划的主要工程，如辅助申请相关准证的程序，以确保这项计划的顺利操作。

中国已经鉴定风力发电为继水力发电后的第2大发电来源，放眼在2015年前达到生产100千兆瓦的目标。[光华日报财经]
