大股東2天內收回‧凱達“逼宮案”峰迴路轉

（吉隆坡15日訊）凱達綜合紡織（HYTEXIN,5058,主板消費品組）大股東在短短2天內即收回罷黜主席蘇金星和董事經理蘇金褔議程，令這齣“逼宮案”峰迴路轉。
該公司發文告表示，持有公司24.2%股權的Nutox有限公司和PT NUSANTARA RISING RICH在8月13日信函中提出召開特別股東大會來罷黜蘇金星和蘇金褔在公司職務，但今日卻接獲相關股東取消相關議程信函，也未道明取消議程的原因。
大馬交易所資料顯示，Nutox和PT NUSANTARA是在今年分別增持凱達綜合紡織股權至24.2%，其中Nutox與另一家公司Fast Global投資有限公司（FGI）是在今年1月25日首次向蘇氏家族買下凱達綜合紡織的股份，但蘇氏家族成員仍然在公司董事部擁有代表。（星洲日報／財經）

股價近期頻走高遭質詢 凱達綜合：不知情

（吉隆坡27日訊）凱達綜合（HYTEXIN，5058，主要板消費）近期股價頻頻走高，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢，但公司回應除了兩名主要股東進行股票買賣，對其他可能導致交投熱烈的消息表示不知情。
凱達綜合以30.5仙開市，早盤持續攀升並在休市前漲至35.5仙高水平，休市時報34.5仙。 不過該股在午盤收窄漲幅，閉市時以32仙掛收，起2仙，成交量為299萬6200股。
同時，凱達綜合股價從9月13日的14.5仙，倍漲至上週五（20日）達35.5仙的高水平，共漲144.8%或1.5倍。
相較過去乏人問津的交投格局，凱達綜合在近兩週出現較為顯著的交易量。
該公司回應馬證交所指出，至于進行股票交易的兩名主要股東為蕭月珠（譯音）和方淑君（譯音），皆在8月杪買進股票並成為新進主要股東，而前者亦在9月20日增持股權。
陷入PN1行列的凱達綜合，在兩週前通過交易所報備，有意向債權人提出正式債務重組計劃，至于PN1行列則沒有進展。[中国报财经]

新管理层助业务多元化 凯达冀进军绿色能源

（双溪毛糯30日讯）近期陷入“大股东介入”疑云的凯达综合纺织（HYTEXIN，5058，主板消费产品股），放眼在新管理层的带领下，将业务多元化至绿色能源领域，同时冀望在2014财年转亏为盈。
该公司也同时形容今年2月入股成为大股东的两家公司———Nutox和PT Nusantara Rising Rich，为“被动”投资者，并没有参与公司业务，也无代表在董事部。
该公司今年初委任的5位新董事，皆非来自大股东，而是公司为进军新市场而合作的专才。
成立于1981年、2002年上市大马交易所的凯达综合纺织，过去作风相当低调，今年却不断爆出数项惊人消息，包括原管理层苏金星和苏金福卸下大股东身分、出现新大股东、委任新董事和在中国进军能源市场。
大股东属被动投资
不仅如此，Nutox和Nusantara Rising Rich早前更突如其来提议召开股东特别大会，罢黜苏金星和苏金福，但又在短短两日内撤销献议。
凯达综合纺织过去三个星期大幅攀升，更在上周遭大马交易所发出“不寻常市场交易（UMA）”质询。
这一系列举动引起外界关注，更将新股东和公司动向混为一谈，揣测凯达综合纺织将起重大变化。
公司执行主席苏金星今日出席股东常年大会后，向《南洋商报》记者澄清，大股东仅属被动投资，而新加入的5位董事，是公司为进军绿色能源市场而招揽合作的专才。
他表示，可将执行董事李世民和莊发成视之为新管理层代表，而苏金福暂时仍担任公司董事经理一职不变。
新管理层助业务多元化凯达冀进军绿色能源凯达综合纺织今年5月向马交所报备，与中国葛洲坝集团电力有限公司签署了解备忘录，在贵州兴建总值5亿人民币（2.65亿令吉）的风力发电厂，同时与深圳市泰玛风光能源科技有限公司联营，负责供应和制造磁悬浮风力发电机。
李世民也向本报透露，这个磁悬浮风力发电机属于世界领先技术，与传统的风力发电机有别，且中国伙伴拥有专业人才和良好的政府关系，目前双方仍在部署阶段，相信能在6个月内落实。
苏金星补充说：“绿色能源已是全球议题，我们相信这个领域能将凯达综合纺织带上另一个层次，未来也能提供更为稳健的收入来源，不排除会就此新技术向政府申请新兴工业地位（Pioneer Status）或类似的奖掖。”[南洋网财经] |
