（吉隆坡3日讯）国民投资机构（PNB）宣布，向马银行（MAYBANK，1155，主板金融股）收购国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产业信托股）管理公司Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional的其余30%股权。

国民产业信托向马交所报备，两大股东今天签署买卖合约，马银行脱售管理公司Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional的30万股。

国民投资机构目前握有国民产业信托的70%股权，文告中没有提到交易价。

國投向馬銀行收購 國家資產投資公司

（吉隆坡2日訊）國民投資機構（PNB）向馬銀行（MAYBANK，1155，主要板金融）收購未持有的國家資產投資公司（PHNB）30萬股或30%股權；國家資產投資公司已是前者百分百持股獨資公司。

該公司今日發佈文告指出，上述交易已在本週一（29日）正式完成，國家資產投資公司現為國投獨資子公司。

“國投總裁兼總執行長的丹斯里哈末卡馬已從馬銀行總裁兼總執行長拿督阿都法力手中，接獲有關收購國家資產投資公司30%股權的文件。”

根據文告，國家資產投資公司為國民產業信托（AHP，4952，主要板產托）與國投房產信托（PPT）的管理公司；國民產業信托是我國首個上市的房地產信托，1989年推介后隔年成功上市馬股，至今已24年。反觀國投房產信托則為國投全權持有的產托。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡29日讯）截至去年12月杪，国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产业信托股）第四季营业额按年增长28.78%至379万令吉，去年同期为294万3000令吉。

不过第四季却净亏49万3000令吉或每股亏损0.49仙，去年同期则净赚98万7000令吉。

另外，管理层在该季宣布派发每单位3.7仙的股息，全年共派发7.4仙股息。

合计全年，公司营业额微涨4.68%，录得1446万9000令吉；净利则下滑34.79%至388万7000令吉或每股盈利3.89仙。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡10日讯）国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产业信托股）执行董事丹斯里哈末卡马，调任为公司非执行董事，市场揣测此为哈末卡马将逐步引退前兆。

现年64岁的哈末卡马也是国民投资机构（PNB）总裁兼总执行长，服务已有16年，去年9月时已有媒体报道，指哈末卡马有退位之意。

哈末卡马在投资与信托管理业务拥有超过30年的经验，在国民投资机构任职期间，曾担任投资组合经理以及企业重组主管等职务。

他同时也是国民信托基金有限公司（ASNB）、森那美（SIME，4197，主板贸服股）以及数家上市公司董事。

2.4亿购芙蓉迈丁地 国民产托发股筹1.15亿

（吉隆坡27日讯）国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产业信托股）建议以2亿4000万令吉，收购芙蓉迈丁（Mydin）霸级市场和土地，同时也建议发售附加股以完成收购计划。

该公司向马交所报备，收购目标属本地霸级市场营运商迈丁，位于芙蓉面积达13.387英亩土地上，整个霸级市场面积达10万3520平方尺。

贷款1.25亿

该公司指出，收购价中，1亿2500万令吉为银行贷款，1亿1500万令吉则来自附加股活动。

为了筹资完成上述收购活动，国民产业信托建议以5配6的比例发售附加股，共发售1亿2000万股新股。该公司指出，以附加股每股1.08令吉参照价计算，料可筹资1亿2960万令吉，扣除收购费用，剩余资金为附加股活动费用。

国民产业信托透露，该产业主要营运者是迈丁霸级市场，同时还有其他商店和档口等，截至今年1月底，整个建筑物的出租率约89.1%。

该公司相信，现有的租户和租金将保持稳定，迈丁和其他租户料持续吸引中等收入顾客群，相信未来将持续带动信托的表现。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡3日訊）國民產業信托（AHP，4952，主要板產托）截至12月底末季轉虧為盈，取得981萬令吉盈利，對比去年同期淨虧49萬令吉，因此每股派息3.5仙。

該信托營業額從379萬令吉，按年增235%至1269萬令吉。

此外，國民產業信托全年淨利從389萬令吉增至1231萬令吉，漲幅高達217%；營業額則起57%，從1447萬令吉增至2270萬令吉。

同時，國民產業信托針對旗下6項資產進行重估，一共取得927萬令吉估值收益。

房產領域料今年持續充滿挑戰，商用和辦公室供應持續流入市場，形成供應過剩問題，這對發展商和商用房產投資者帶來額外壓力。【中国报财经】
