Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 11 February 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1)      Further clarification on the interest rate to be charged to the Purchaser on the unpaid Balance Purchase Price on and after the Extended Date of Completion as provided in Section 2.1(b)(iii) of the announcement. 2)      It is noted that no valuation has been carried out on the Land and the Board believes that the offer price to acquire the Land which is above the market value as appraised by an independent valuer. In this respect, please incorporate the following:-          (a)     basis in arriving at the consideration of RM75 per square foot, which is above the indicative market value;          (b)     details of the valuation as appraised by the independent valuer, including the name of the independent valuer, date and method of valuation and market value; and          (c)     whether the total original cost of investment of RM29,557,936.79 has taken into consideration to arrive at the disposal consideration of RM6,625,476 together with the reasons thereof. 3)      Please state the size of the respective land for Lot 408, Lot 409, Lot 2667 and Lot 2668 and indicate clearly the location (i.e. in Plot 4 and Plot 5) and the master title of these lands. 4)      Financial effect on the gearing assuming the Company has settled the borrowing with RHB Bank Berhad.
