大馬郵政德達飛訊 傳競投燃油合理化計劃

（吉隆坡26日訊）市場消息說，大馬郵政（POS，4634，主要板貿易）及德達飛訊（DSONIC，5216，主要板貿易）聯合擬定計劃書，參與“補貼燃油合理化計劃”競標活動，競投有關特許權。

消息來源對《新海峽時報》指出，上述兩家公司已成立一間媒介公司（Fuelsubs House私人有限公司），為該方案的項目經理及服務供應商，Fuelsubs House也已提呈計劃書給政府。

不要求龐大資金

消息披露，大馬郵政計劃將利用該公司在全國超過700間郵政局的物流資源優勢，來處理大馬人民申請使用補貼燃油的系統；德達飛訊則會利用該公司在智能卡方面的專業，及Fuelsubs House建議利用大馬卡及車隊卡，提升整個分配燃油系統。

據悉，兩家公司也表明，在推行有關新機制時不會向政府要求龐大資金，也不要求政府給予他們控制人民個人資料的擁有權。

共有7家公司就填補現有分配補貼燃油系統漏洞問題，已向政府提呈計劃書，Fuelsubs House就是其中一家，每項計劃書都必須涵蓋政府能有效處理各方濫用及洩漏補貼燃油的機制，及分配補貼燃油的實際執行方法。

每家公司也提出利用如大馬卡、智能卡、生物指紋、現金及優惠券等，填補現有的燃油補貼機制漏洞。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡26日讯）分析员预测，德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）入股Fuelsubs House（简称FHSB），协助政府管理燃油补贴，有望每年入账2400万至3600万令吉净利，因此将2016年预估调涨22.9%。

德达飞讯通过子公司德达飞讯科技，与HKS Primatrix、哈比布拉曼、拿督拉扎里孟里肯和再益签约，以1000万令吉收购FHSB的30%股权。

针对如何有效合理化柴油和燃油补贴，已有7家海内外公司提出建议，FHSB是其中一家，建议使用大马卡及汽油卡，避免汽车燃油补贴持续遭滥用。

大马卡开发商占优势

兴业投资研究指出，德达飞讯是大马卡营运系统的开发商，在这方面具有优势，可直接以自身系统支援FHSB的献议。

若是成功协助政府每年省下98亿令吉的补贴，相信政府将拿当中至少2至3%支付予FHSB。

假设德达飞讯每年潜在营收为2亿至3亿令吉，净赚幅约40%，预计这可为全年净利贡献额外2400万至3600万令吉。

对此，分析员将2016财年的净利预估，上调22.9%，达1亿3500万令吉。

仍有25%上涨空间

同时，德达飞讯投资评级也调升至“买入”，目标价格为2.50令吉，相等25倍的2016年本益比。

“这项消息将激励市场情绪，我们预见股价近期有上涨潜力。”

德达飞讯表示，这项收购案与公司策略相符，FHSB提供扩展业务的机会，相信未来能有效提振盈利表现。

FHSB主要业务为进出口原油、各种商品和商业管理顾问服务，也会积极争取政府的燃油补贴管理合约。

竞标燃油补贴合理化项目 大马邮政长期收入看涨

券商正面看待大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）携手德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）竞标燃油补贴合理化计划项目，将为前者捎来长期持续收入。

以交通部截至去年杪的2370万辆已注册汽车估算，若其中50%的车主将到邮局申请补贴，每份申请收费1令吉，大马邮政在2015财年估计可取得1190万令吉的单次收益。

虽然中期的净利表现料不见显著贡献，不过重要的是，这可为该公司带来长期的持续收入。

资本开销料不大

据了解，大马邮政估计会通过国内700家邮局的稳健网络，管理大马人的燃油补贴申请。

若得标，这将为该公司带来净利增长。

兴业投行分析员相信，由于初期只需装置新软件即可，因此初期的资本开销料不大。

该公司在过去两年已投入数百万令吉提升资讯科技（IT）系统。

根据《新海峡时报》，大马邮政和德达飞讯已携手竞标燃油补贴合理化计划的项目。

该未经证实的报道指出，两者已通过共同成立的公司FuelsubsHouse，呈上计划书。

（吉隆坡5日訊）市場消息指出，若政府有意將建議中的燃油津貼合理化方案融入大馬卡，德達飛訊集團（DSONIC,5216,主板貿服組）有望成為有力的合約競標者之一。

該消息人士指稱，德達飛訊集團在這類合約的競標上通常都處於領跑位置，主要歸功於該集團的過往表現與專長。

該集團目前是大馬卡的供應商。

“德達飛訊集團擁有良好的管理團隊，過去受到政府的信賴委予大型合約，如高達2億9千220萬令吉的大馬卡供應合約。”

該集團目前主要由董事經理拿督哈尼法諾丁以及副董事經理周民民掌舵，前者曾擔任大馬會計師協會的主席。

德達飛訊集團是大馬智能卡方案供應領域內的市場領導者，主要涉及3項智能卡項目，即身份證與護照、多用途支付卡以及芯片借記卡與信用卡。

德达飞讯与3方联营终止

（吉隆坡25日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）通过独资子公司Datasonic科技，与data edge有限公司和iPeople有限公司的联营计划达成终止协议。

该公司向马交所报备，3方原本计划合作，在马来西亚建立8个注册中心，为国内的50万名孟加拉人，提供资料收集服务和护照交付系统服务。

无论如何，3方因为无法达成共识，所以协议终止该项供应合约。

（吉隆坡26日訊）德達飛訊-Fuelsubs集團（Datasonic-Fuelsubs）要求《The Edge財經日報》，針對該報指內閣議決，基于透明競標程序理由，暫不發出燃油補貼合理化措施管理合約的報導，在14天內道歉與撤回有關誹謗性報導，否則賠償1億令吉名譽損失。

該集團代表律師丹斯里沙菲益說，上述報導具誹謗性，並破壞該集團獲取燃油補貼合理化措施管理合約的聲譽。

他昨日在記者會上說，內閣會議是最高層會議，受到官方機密法令約束，若內容外泄，其當事人要知道《The Edge財經日報》的消息來源。

該英文財經日報本月19日引述消息報導，由副首相丹斯里慕尤丁主持的內閣會議，無法在燃油補貼合理化措施管理合約發出的課題上達致共識，並基于透明競標程序的理由，暫不發出燃油補貼合理化措施管理合約給Fuelsubs House私人有限公司。

德達飛訊（DSONIC，5216，主要板貿服）在Fuelsubs House持有30%股權。

沙菲益指出，他會在今天發出律師信，《The Edge財經日報》必須在14天內回應。

（吉隆坡2日讯）截至6月杪，德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）单季净利报2770万4000令吉，或2.05仙每股盈利。
公司宣布派息1仙。

同期营业额则报7155万5000令吉，受惠于智能卡销售量提高。

换财年截止日

合计半年，净利报4013万2000令吉，或每股盈利2.97仙；营业额则报1亿2339万2000令吉。

德达飞讯集团参股 投资电动汽车研发

（吉隆坡27日讯）德达飞讯集团有限公司（DSONIC，5216，贸易服务组）已落实一份协议，收购Electric Vehicle Automotive（马）私人有限公司（EVAM）的30%股份，后者有意在马来西亚展开一项电动汽车计划。

在致给大马交易所的一份文件中，德达飞讯集团说，它将出资3万令吉，向卖方苏佩玲购入EVAM的股权。

苏氏将悉数卖出在EVAM的30%股份，而另一名股东胡国文则将继续控制70%。

德达飞讯集团表示，EVAM计划在马来西亚着手发展适合热带城市的电动汽车。

它补充，EVAM现正着手细节，向海外专家转移技术与知识进入马来西亚，及透过这项技术和现有研发原型单位，它将发展商业原型以供商业化。

德达飞讯集团指出：“电动汽车的技术转移不只于汽车，同时也包括电池设备与设定的专业和知识，以及拥有合适冷却系统的电池管理系统，让它可迅速充电及确保电池的耐用性和寿命。”

透过投资于EVAM，德达飞讯集团有意参与上述电动汽车计划。虽然如此，目前EVAM尚未落实这项发展的细节、预测投产或发展完成日期、以及这项计划可带来的预测财务表现和盈利。【光华日报财经】

檳島閉路電視872萬工程 德達飛訊獲意向書

（吉隆坡10日訊）德達飛訊（DSONIC，5216，主要板貿服）獲得檳城市議會價值872萬令吉意向書（LOA），向檳島第三階段工程供應、裝置和維修閉路電視（CCTV）。

該公司向馬證交所報備，這項合約期限將從12月5日開始，直到2020年3月27日截止。

根據協議，德達飛訊必須在合約期間，提供價值43萬3078令吉履約保證金、簽購工人賠償保險並將副本呈上市議會，以及在雙方聯名下購買一份最少價值10萬令吉公眾責任保險。

德達飛訊估計，這項合約將在未來貢獻公司盈利表現和淨每股資產。截至今日閉市，德達飛訊報1.60令吉，下跌1仙，成交量達175萬4800股。【中国财经】
