你应该看回年报你就知道的。。。 KLCCP 没有完全拥有 KLCC的。。。 因为公司要重组和搞”合订“股票。。。 那么KLCCP就要发售新股来收购KLCC的剩余股权。。。 那么KLCCP可以100%拥有KLCC。。。。 明白吗？？？

然后 KLCCP就分成两家子公司1。KLCCP REIT 2。KLCCP HOLDING。。。但还是同样的股票交易。。。 没有变动。。。

谢谢你的解释。意思是交换股权吗? Klccp以新的klccp reit股价价rm5.60卖给klcc股东然后拥有klcc100% 产业。对吗?这就是所谓的(合订)

客气。。。。 但你还是不明白。。。。。

KLCCP 发新股和KLCC股东买回49% 的股权。。。

然后KLCCP就把公司分成两家。。。。。一个是KLCCP REITS。。 一家是KLCC 资产。。。

城中城产业设Midciti Sukuk

（吉隆坡17日讯）城中城产业（KLCCP，5089，主板产业股）宣布，Midciti Sukuk有限公司已在今日成立，并将作为城中城产托特别用途工具、以在回教债券计划下发行债券。

Midciti Sukuk有限公司法定资本为10万令吉或10万股，发行股本为2股或2令吉。其中，作为城中城产托受托人（Trustee）的MaybankTrustees有限公司持有1股，剩余1股由一名个人持有，目前正转为受托人。[南洋网财经]

KLCC產託上市溢價50仙

（吉隆坡9日訊）大馬規模最大的產托公司KLCC產托（KLCC，5253SS，主板產託組）首日上市開盤溢價20仙或2.76%至7令吉45仙，首單交易僅2千900股。

該股開盤後交易平平，早盤結束時交易量僅為98萬股，股價報7令吉68仙。

午盤後走勢窄幅波動，閉市掛7令吉68仙，溢價43仙或5.9%，盤中一度最高漲50仙或6.9%至7令吉75仙。

KLCC產業董事拿督喬治拉蒂拉爾針對該集團首日上市表現指出，該公司股價從2012年6月27日的3令吉86仙漲至停牌前的7令吉25仙，上升幅度近88%，可見市場對該集團合訂上市的構思仍持有非常樂觀的態度。

崛起為全馬最大產托

此次上市主要是把KLCC產業3項總值150億令吉的資產注入KLCC合訂產托，促使其上市後即崛起為全馬最大產托。

注入KLCC產托的3項資產有國油雙峰塔（PETRONAS Twin Towers）、國油第三大廈（Menara 3 PETRONAS）及埃克森美孚大廈（Menara Exxon Mobil）。

集團首席執行員哈辛瓦希表示，未來將陸續把KLCC產業的“成熟＂資產注入KLCC產托，使股東除了現有資產的升值外，亦能夠享有產托的穩定收入。

哈辛瓦希披露，KLCC產業旗下的大地鴻圖（Daya Bumi）大廈將進行為期4年的翻新計劃，其中包括重新定位零售服務、增加辦公空間及潛在酒店發展，翻新後或也將注入到KLCC產托。

另外，該公司也有意將KLCC產業的文華東方酒店對面的Lot D1空地發展後注入KLCC產托，目前正與潛在租戶洽談，希望今年內能有定案。

他透露，Lot D1空地將發展混合產業，80%為辦公樓，其餘的為零售空間，總樓層面積約140萬平方呎。（星洲日報／財經）
