你应该看回年报你就知道的。。。 KLCCP 没有完全拥有 KLCC的。。。 因为公司要重组和搞”合订“股票。。。 那么KLCCP就要发售新股来收购KLCC的剩余股权。。。 那么KLCCP可以100%拥有KLCC。。。。 明白吗???

然后 KLCCP就分成两家子公司1。KLCCP REIT 2。KLCCP HOLDING。。。但还是同样的股票交易。。。 没有变动。。。

谢谢你的解释。意思是交换股权吗? Klccp以新的klccp reit股价价rm5.60卖给klcc股东然后拥有klcc100% 产业。对吗?这就是所谓的(合订)

客气。。。。 但你还是不明白。。。。。

KLCCP 发新股和KLCC股东买回49% 的股权。。。

然后KLCCP就把公司分成两家。。。。。一个是KLCCP REITS。。 一家是KLCC 资产。。。

(吉隆坡17日讯)城中城产业(KLCCP,5089,主板产业股)宣布,Midciti Sukuk有限公司已在今日成立,并将作为城中城产托特别用途工具、以在回教债券计划下发行债券。

Midciti Sukuk有限公司法定资本为10万令吉或10万股,发行股本为2股或2令吉。其中,作为城中城产托受托人(Trustee)的MaybankTrustees有限公司持有1股,剩余1股由一名个人持有,目前正转为受托人。[南洋网财经]

We refer to the announcement dated 27 November 2012.

On behalf of KLCCP, CIMB wishes to announce the incorporation of Midciti Sukuk Berhad on 17 April 2013, whose principal activity is as a special purpose vehicle to undertake the issuance of Sukuk on behalf of KLCC REIT under the Sukuk programme. Midciti Sukuk Berhad has an authorised share capital of RM100,000 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, with issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00 divided into two ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. One ordinary share is currently held by Maybank Trustees Berhad (formerly known as Mayban Trustees Berhad) as trustee of KLCC REIT (“Trustee”) and another share is held by an individual subscriber, which is currently in the process of being transferred to the Trustee.

KLCC產託上市溢價50仙

(吉隆坡9日訊)大馬規模最大的產托公司KLCC產托(KLCC,5253SS,主板產託組)首日上市開盤溢價20仙或2.76%至7令吉45仙,首單交易僅2千900股。

該股開盤後交易平平,早盤結束時交易量僅為98萬股,股價報7令吉68仙。

午盤後走勢窄幅波動,閉市掛7令吉68仙,溢價43仙或5.9%,盤中一度最高漲50仙或6.9%至7令吉75仙。

KLCC產業董事拿督喬治拉蒂拉爾針對該集團首日上市表現指出,該公司股價從2012年6月27日的3令吉86仙漲至停牌前的7令吉25仙,上升幅度近88%,可見市場對該集團合訂上市的構思仍持有非常樂觀的態度。

崛起為全馬最大產托

此次上市主要是把KLCC產業3項總值150億令吉的資產注入KLCC合訂產托,促使其上市後即崛起為全馬最大產托。

注入KLCC產托的3項資產有國油雙峰塔(PETRONAS Twin Towers)、國油第三大廈(Menara 3 PETRONAS)及埃克森美孚大廈(Menara Exxon Mobil)。

集團首席執行員哈辛瓦希表示,未來將陸續把KLCC產業的“成熟"資產注入KLCC產托,使股東除了現有資產的升值外,亦能夠享有產托的穩定收入。

哈辛瓦希披露,KLCC產業旗下的大地鴻圖(Daya Bumi)大廈將進行為期4年的翻新計劃,其中包括重新定位零售服務、增加辦公空間及潛在酒店發展,翻新後或也將注入到KLCC產托。

另外,該公司也有意將KLCC產業的文華東方酒店對面的Lot D1空地發展後注入KLCC產托,目前正與潛在租戶洽談,希望今年內能有定案。

他透露,Lot D1空地將發展混合產業,80%為辦公樓,其餘的為零售空間,總樓層面積約140萬平方呎。(星洲日報/財經)
