协发旗下品牌包括AF1、Top Up、NEKKO、Cap Rumah和Flag,我真是没看过这些产品在市场!

上市1個月 協發止跌回升

財經股市10/12/2012 21:29
(吉隆坡10日訊)廢料回收商協發控股(HHHCORP,0160,創業板工業股)上市一個月,今日終止跌回升。

該集團上市首日閉市價25仙,成交量達1億9563萬7000股,成為當日10大熱門及上升股。次日既遭投資者拋售,接連一個月走勢疲軟,上週五閉市價是5.5仙,遠低每股20仙新股。

今日終于止跌回升,半日交投活躍,成為十大熱門股。

協發控股今日平盤開市報16.5仙,休市掛17.5仙,揚1仙,交投1726萬8400股。

閉市時,協發控股收在17仙,起0.5仙,成交量2058萬1900股。

惟安聯研究認為,該股作價上升空間有限。

券商透露,通常新股上市會有6個月冷卻期或穩定股價。該股股價上漲極可能是投資銀行為嘗試穩定股價走勢而買進,以免股價再下陷。

協發控股通過豐隆投資銀行公開發行500萬新股及8000萬配售股。[ChinaPress]

協發控股斥1114萬購辦公樓

(吉隆坡10日訊)協發控股(HHHCORP,0160,創業版工業股)以總額1114萬5750令吉現金,收購位于雪州雙溪毛糯的7個單位辦公樓,作為公司新總部。

該公司向馬證交所報備,已和Sunway Damansara私人有限公司和雪州發展機構個別簽署7項買賣協議,收購目前進行中的Sunway Nexis Soho發展計劃下的7個單位辦公樓。

上述辦公樓總值1114萬5750令吉,淨面積達1084平方公尺。

該公司將結合內部資金與銀行借貸,融資這項收購。

協發控股指出,上述收購的辦公樓將做為公司新總部,集旗下所有主要辦事處于一地。

有關收購和建築工程預計將在2015年首季完成,比起目前位于甲洞的辦公室,新總部將更廣闊、空間更多。[中国报财经]

协发开第3家废料处理厂

(吉隆坡24日讯)为了可以进一步渗透海事与周边领域的废油市场,废油回收业者--协发控股(HHHCORP,0160,创业股)今天在英达岛(Pulau Indah)推介该公司第三家废料处理厂。该厂名为Topmark石油產品私人有限公司(Topmark Petroleum Products Sdn Bhd)。       

协发控股主席朱基菲查卡里亚,在今天出席该厂房推介礼时说,「作为我们努力扩展业务的一部份,我们获得雪州环境部的批准,以便在英达岛营运溶剂与石油处理厂。这家新处理厂对我们而言,是扩大我们业务与服务的机会。」

他补充,「隨著英达岛厂房的成立,我们產能额外增加和安装的机器,將促使我们每年生產约3万公吨的回收基础油(recycled baseoil),这將使Topmark石油成为国內最大的回收基础油业者。」

他表示,回收基础油是Topmark石油生產的主要產品。

他透露,该公司计划將產品出口到海外市场。目前,一切进展顺利,並相信他们的投资可以在数年內回本。

协发控股的主要业务包括搜集、回收、再提炼、生產回收產品等利基业务。

该集团向工业领域与商业领域搜集废油后,將负责进行储藏、处理及回收工作。隨后,废油將被制成可让终端消费者使用的最终成品。

该集团的回收產品主要来自回收与復原过程,並以「AF1」、「TopUp」、「NEKKO」、「CapRumah」以及「Flag」等自家品牌出售。[东方网财经]
