新協利(SHL,6017,主要板房產)目標價提供38%上漲空間、手持龐大現金,以及提供5.6%股息回酬,維持“買進”評級。

我們持續看好該股,主要是第一、審慎的管理層;第二、發展總值(GDV)15億令吉的 Goodview Heights計劃,改善盈利能見度。我們給于2013至2015財年盈利複成長率(CAGR)達31.7%。;第三、為本身提供粘土磚和花崗岩(granites),可有效控制成本,提高賺幅;第四、強勁資產負債表。該公司截至9月底手持2億6700萬令吉淨現金,即相等于總市值8億7900萬令吉的30%比重。

除了持有可觀的現金,該公司2015財年將提供5.6%股息回酬。配合業績宣布,該公司週三(26日)建議派發每股7仙中期股息回饋股東。

該公司截至9月底2015財年上半年淨賺3700萬令吉,占我們全年預測的61%。

新協利週四(27日)閉市掛3.65令吉,起2仙,成交量11萬2700股。

(3)(A)有關新協利業務前景,先看看該公司的最新業績表現;截至2014年12月31日為止第三季,該公司淨利為2千307萬3千令吉(每股淨利為9.53仙),前期為1千697萬1千令吉(每股淨利為7.01仙)。營業額則增加至6千零81萬3千令吉,前期為5千247萬9千令吉。

首9個月的淨利增加至6千零32萬4千令吉(每股淨利為24.91仙),前期淨利為4千146萬5千令吉(每股淨利為17.13仙),而營業額為1億6千932萬令吉,前期為1億6千716萬3千令吉。該公司的每股資產值達2令吉52仙。

談到該公司接下來第四季的業務前景時,預料將獲得有地產業強勁需求的支持,使第四季及全年表現將有所改善。特別是該公司推出新一期的房屋計劃,包括麗景高原(Goodview Heights)、雙溪龍城鎮南園(Bandar Sungai Long South)等。

其他業務在其餘季度(第四季)的經營環境料將保持不變。若沒有出現任何不可預見的因素,公司董事部認為,全年的業績表現將令人滿意。

(B)至少在過去6個月里,並沒有證券行進行剖析,所以,這裡沒有預測目標價。

新協利公眾持股僅23.5%

(吉隆坡1日訊)新協利(SHL,6017,主要板房產)公眾持股率現為23.53%,距離最低標準要求25%仍差1.47%。

新協利今日向馬證交所報備,截至目前,公司並沒有制定任何整改計劃來解決公眾持股率不足的部分,但會盡快制定這樣的計劃。

該公司也指出,已向馬交所申請6個月延展期限,以達成主要板上市規定。

新協利執行董事拿督葉長利于上個月24日,通過葉長利控股公司收購公司360萬股,以致公司公眾持股率未能達到25%。葉長利目前間接持有新協利39.16%股權。

净利暴涨并派发股息 新协利股价挺高

二零一五年五月二十八日 晚上七时三十五分
(吉隆坡28日讯)新协利有限公司(SHL,6017,产业组)2015年末季净利暴涨208%,加上派发每股10仙股息,激励该股一度走高15仙或4.41%,至3.55令吉。

闭市时,新协利以3.48令吉挂收,涨幅缩小至8仙或2.35%,共有67万3000股转手。

该公司最新的每股净资产为2.88令吉。

在早前致予大马交易所的声明中,新协利透露,截至3月底末季,其净利扬升至4425万令吉,去年同期为1435万令吉。营业额则从3777万令吉攀升至6098万令吉。

强劲的末季净利,也推高该公司全年净利,从5582万令吉跃升至1亿457万令吉,而营业额增加至2亿3030万令吉,2014财年为2亿493万令吉。

新协利在末季宣布每股派息10仙,全年股息为17仙。【光华日报财经】

隨著推出發展總值15億令吉的計劃,新協利(SHL,6017,主要板房產)本財年業務成長有譜,並且還有可能再宣布派息。

在主要計劃廣受好評、聯號公司貢獻之下,該公司2015財年全年表現標青,淨利1億460萬令吉超標,為原預估的140%。

我們看好該公司前景,在考量房地產領域可能放緩因素后,還是決定上修新協利目標價格。

另外,新協利在公司2015財年業績時宣布每股派息10仙,全年共派息17仙,相等于5%股息回酬,2014財年僅宣布派息7仙,故還有可能宣布派發終期股息。

我們認為,新協利不僅管理嚴謹,發展總值15億令吉的Goodview Heights計劃推出后將會是最新的獲利成長動力。

再者,由于土地成本低、成本也掌控得宜,磚瓦自給自足,旗下項目賺幅相對亦更高。

截至2015年3月底,該公司持有2億1400萬令吉淨現金,資產負債表亦強穩,相當值得買進。

SHL 6017  RM3.08 BUY IN--
)新协利(SHL,6017,主板产业股)宣布派发每股8仙的终期单层股息。
股息除权日期为9月11日,派息日期定在9月30日。
公司2003年红股4送1后,至今2015年己12年不再派送红股,因此红股派送机会大,
股息也随净利提高而增加,2015全年赚1亿460万零吉(EPS=43.19 SEN)
现RM3.04只是PE=7.03倍 在交易,明显被低估了,合理的PE=10,价位=RM4.30

(吉隆坡3日讯)新协利(SHL Consolidated Bhd ( Financial Dashboard))未受产业市场放缓所影响,将继续以先建后售(build-then-sell,BTS)的形式,推介可负担房屋计划和有地产业。

新协利执行董事拿督叶长利表示,公司放眼在截至2016年3月杪的2016财年,取得2亿5000万令吉的新产业销售。

此外,新协利2015财年的产业销售共计2亿1538万令吉。

叶长利指出,新协利今年4月在雪兰莪州莎阿南推介的可负担房屋计划,获得95%的认购率。因此,新协利有信心可以达至产业销售目标。

此外,该公司计划在两个月内于雪州双溪龙南镇的Goodview Heights城镇发展,推出一项名为“Tecoma”的有地产业计划,发展总值为2亿5000万令吉。

尽管产业市场如今正处于艰巨时期,惟叶长利认为,新协利以先建后售的形式推介可负担房屋和有地产业,该公司朝着正确的方向迈进。

叶长利表示,新协利仿效发达国家像是澳洲和日本,未来也将采取先建后售的模式。

先建后售的模式是发展商会向买家收取产业价格10%的款项,作为订金,而发展商将在房屋竣工后向买家收取余款。

“先建后售模式歇制产业市场出现投机炒卖,我们会在买家签署买卖协议后的6至7个月才开始动工。对我们(发展商)而言,这也是好事,因为我们将确保产业计划在限期内完工。”他是在今日公司的常年股东大会后,发表上述言论。

另一方面,新协利股东在常年股东大会上通过,派发每股8仙终期股息的献议,派息日定于9月30日。

闭市时,新协利(基本面:3.0;估值:2.4)起3仙或1%,收报于3.03令吉,市值为7亿2879万令吉。
