手握3.7亿现金‧成功汽车有望派高息

（吉隆坡5日讯）日圆上涨，成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服组）预计以更多组装车销售抵销冲击，分析员并看好该公司展开“管理层收购”后有望派更高股息。

拟销售更多组装车款

达证券说，成功汽车组装车款成本已固定，具有事先同意的赚益，不受日圆走强影响。为减少日圆走强冲击，管理层打算销售更多组装车款，组装与整装进口的销售比例这个财政年维持在52对比48。

至于整装进口车款会受日圆成本影响，可能冲击2017财政年赚益；去年第四季3.55兑100日圆，目前汇价大约是3.90；倘若日圆继续走强，管理层料继续维持旧价，以增消费信心。

最近欲透过设立的特别用途工具（SPV）涉管理层收购，这项收购以借贷和发售SPV股融资，预料完成收购后，SPV的Dynamic Milestone将有17.1%股权。同时，管理层持有SPV的66.7%股权，成功集团（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服组）持股33.3%。

达证券相信这可能有股息上扬之潜能，管理层潜在提高股息以降低借贷。成功汽车2016年4月截止财政年派息率97%，手握3亿7160万令吉现金，每年有逾2亿令吉现金流。

其髹漆厂预计如期于明年首季竣工，产能可从2万辆倍增至4万3千辆左右，而且2千万美元资本开销全由日本马自达支付，显见对大马作为出口枢纽的信心。

“成功汽车预计明年1月出口至菲律宾、印尼和泰国，最迟6月出口至中东地区；管理层透露将专攻CX-5车款，以获取更丰赚益。”

为方便髹漆厂之扩展，该厂曾于6月关闭3至3周半；此举不会对供应构成干扰，因为5月间已事先扩大产量，只对联号公司如马自达大马有限公司和Inokom公司有些微影响，组装之车辆可能减低。

在菲律宾，2017年的销售目标是5200辆，主要受新CX-3车款驱动，其他国家销售目标削减，有助增加菲国销售预测。新任总统迪泰特宣布以65亿美元改善道路等基建，这有助提振菲国销售。

菲国的组装CX-3车款的推展，暂时无法实现，整装进口的涡轮增压柴油车款的马自达6，和组装涡轮增压柴油CX-5于7月推展。

“随后，明年首季将推展CX-9，下半年推展全新的CX-5组装车款，这些新车款的推出，有助集团2017财政年1万6200辆汽车销售。”

尽管汽车业疲弱，然而其销售比较不受严谨车款批准程序和经济低迷冲击。大马作为马自达的生产枢纽，菲国市场增长潜能亮丽，周息率仍吸引人，维持“买进”评级，目标价2令吉86仙。

扩大组装和出口．成功汽车力抗强势日圆冲击

（吉隆坡7日讯）尽管近期受日圆走强冲击业绩，成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服组）采取积极步骤扩大组装车销售和扩大出口，料有助提振盈利。

成功汽车自今年4月杪，就因停止护盘而曝露于日圆波动风险，造成45%比重的整装进口车近期受负面冲击。日圆自7月起增长7.7%；日圆每1%上扬冲击该公司2017财政年盈利2.4%。

MIDF研究调低该公司2017与2018财政年财测13%与4%，但目前该公司管理层积极扩大组装车出口，进而抵销日圆走强侵蚀盈利，同时从2017财政年第三季，将开始出口至印尼、中东与菲律宾。

该公司所采的步骤包括专注组装车款销售和减低整装进口（CBU），特别是赚益低的马自达2。出口方面，该公司汽车目前只出口至泰国。

MIDF基于周息率达7%的慷慨派息、占市值14%的丰沛现金流与所采取的上述策略，仍维持成功汽车“买进”评级与2令吉50仙目标价。

组装车车款由成功汽车向30%持股联号公司马自达汽车有限公司，以固定的马币价购买，吸纳了外汇波动。目前，只有CX5和马自达3在国内组装，这两车款占据马自达车款的55%。

MIDF强调，成功汽车组装车（CKD）比重一直增长，由2015财年的52%，增加至今年1月的48%，4月进一步成长至55%，预期2017财政年再上一层楼至65%。

在出口市场方面，尽管搁置在大马组装CX3的计划，出口市场的扩张可提振盈利；成功汽车持有马自达汽车有限公司30%股权，并在INOKOM有限公司持股29%，一些组装程序外包INOKOM。

出口印尼|
销售获翻倍

“印尼的汽车总销售比泰国的每年80万辆大30%，一旦出口印尼，其潜在出口市场可轻易翻倍。菲律宾车市虽小，但每年亦增长20至30%。2017财政年的出口市场可从2016财政年的低基础复苏；在3月推展CX5之前，很难见到出口到泰国的活动。”

MIDF预料联号公司2016财政年盈利贡献，也将从6%增长至2018财政年的19%，并预测联号公司马自达汽车有限公司所组装的汽车，将由2016财政年的9519辆，增长至2018财政年的2万7000辆，包括出口的车款。”

菲律宾Bermaz拟上市

（吉隆坡8日讯）成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）宣布，旗下持股达60.4%的子公司菲律宾Bermaz汽车公司，计划在菲律宾交易所寻求上市。

根据文告，Bermaz汽车公司通过菲律宾的授权经销商，分销万事达（Mazda）汽车和零件。

一旦该公司拟好上市计划的细节，以及成功汽车董事部已经过商讨和批准上市计划，将会进一步作出公布。

此外，该公司在首季业绩文告表示，预计菲律宾业务营运可持续增长，因该公司扩大提升和扩展分销商网络。

同时，成功汽车在当地逐步推出新车款，来确保稳定的销量增长。

首季净利跌21.25%

成功汽车截至7月31日首季净利按年下跌21.25%，达4111万1000令吉，相等于每股净利3.59仙，低于上财年同季的5220万3000令吉或每股4.58仙。

这主要是因为营业额下跌，以及日元对令吉显著增值，压缩集团赚幅。

同时，集团营业额从5亿1255万令吉，按年减少3.69%，至4亿9362万令吉，因为国内市场的万事达汽车销量下滑。

成功汽车指，疲弱的消费者情绪、国内及全球经济不稳定，以及部分本地组装汽车（CKD）款式的供应吃紧，拖累营业额按年收窄。

国内销售更多CKD汽车

成功汽车表示，接下来会关注在国内市场销售更多CKD汽车，因为购买价是以令吉计算，这将缓冲部分的外汇压力。

由于会在未来生产CKD汽车用于国内及出口市场，联号公司大马万事达有限公司将会继续提升居林厂房的喷漆车间，提高产能及维持增长步伐。

此外，成功汽车也宣布派发每股3仙首次中期单层股息，除权日落在10月4日。

CBU业务受日元升值影响

MIDF研究分析员指，成功汽车仅有整装进口（CBU）业务会直接受日元波动影响，而日元近期走高的幅度，的确会对公司短期盈利表现带来负面影响。

CBU汽车占了该公司2016财年总销量约45%。

“根据计算，日元兑令吉每变化1%，会影响2017财年盈利预测2.4%。”

因此，分析员把成功汽车的2017财年盈利预测下修13%，而2018财年盈利预测降低4%。

“虽然如此，受益于强稳周息率、菲律宾市场潜在价值，以及出口市场扩展，成功汽车的前景持续正面。”

此外，分析员说，成功汽车也扩大出口市场，从2017财年第三季起出口至印尼和中东，并可能进军菲律宾。【e南洋】

菲律宾子公司Bermaz拟上市
成功汽车或派特别股息

（吉隆坡9日讯）成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）旗下菲律宾Bermaz汽车公司（前称菲律宾成功汽车）计划在菲律宾交易所上市，分析员乐观看待，将释放投资价值，且可能派发特别股息。

昨日，成功汽车宣布将拟定持股60.4%的菲律宾Bermaz汽车上市计划细节，以及寻求成功汽车董事部批准。

Bermaz汽车通过菲律宾的授权经销商，分销万事达（Mazda）汽车和零件。

MIDF投资研究指出，让菲律宾Bermaz汽车上市，不仅将释放投资价值，更重要的是可让成功汽车将投资在菲律宾的投资额遣返回大马。

该行分析员说，成功汽车目前达3亿令吉的现金流中，达40%在菲律宾Bermaz汽车手上，以上市的方式把现金遣返，是更节省税务的方式。

“这也是我们猜测，成功汽车目前未对账面上的现金有任何动作的原因。”



销量亮眼

若菲律宾Bermaz汽车成功上市，可释放投资，就有可能派发特别股息。

兴业研究也说，从周息率的角度来看，成功汽车价值诱人。

以该行每股15仙的股息预算，周息率等于每股6.7%，若菲律宾Bermaz成功上市还可能派发特别股息。

马银行投行分析员也认为，基于菲律宾汽车销量表现亮眼，4年年均复增达19%，今年首7个月汽车总销量增按年27%，可释放的价值高。

3年财测下修

因营业额下跌，日元兑令吉显著增值，压缩赚幅，成功汽车截至7月31日首季净利按年下跌21.25%，营业额按年减少3.69%，大部分分析员下修净利预测。

联昌国际投行研究分析员指出，基于消费者情绪疲弱，令吉兑日元继续贬值，成功汽车2017财年销量增长率料更疲弱，所以下修该公司2017至2019财年每股净利3.4%至11.8%。

分析员说，将2017财年的销售增长率预测从原本的10%，下调到4%。

达证券也下修成功汽车2017、2018和2019财年的盈利预测，分别下修12.8%、9.3%和4%。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡7日讯）成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）昨日有一批价值共4700万令吉的股票在场外交易，消息指这批股权的买家是公司管理层和国民投资机构（PNB）。

这共2200万股的股票是以每股2.15令吉交易，占了成功汽车近2%的股权。

《星报》引述消息指国民投资机构买下超过1100万股，剩余则由成功汽车管理层买下。

这批股权是由特别用途工具（SPV）Dynamic Milestone有限公司售出。该公司是由拿督杨春山所领导的成功汽车管理层持有66.3%股权，而成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）则持有其余33.7%股权。

脱售股票还债

与此同时，Dynamic Milestone也持有成功汽车的17.11%股权。

根据马交所文告，Dynamic Milestone脱售2200万成功汽车的股票，持股权从原本的17.11%，降至15.63%。

另有消息透露，Dynamic Milestone脱售成功汽车股票，是为了还清债务。

買進券商心頭好‧BERMAZ菲律賓子公司 明年首季上市

BERMAZ汽車（BAUTO，5248，主要板貿服）2017財年估計將有較高的本地組裝（CKD）車款銷售，同時菲律賓子公司會在明年首季上市。該公司短期盈利表現疲弱，但具有廉價估值。

公司管理層推動更高的本地組裝車款銷量，目標是占未來兩年總銷售的70%。這將降低日圓的風險，因從2016財年的100日圓兌3.41令吉，在2017財年首季貶至100日圓兌3.84令吉。假設日圓兌令吉每增值1%，該公司在2018財年的每股盈利將減少2.5%。

此外，公司計劃把馬自達產量從現有的1萬3000輛，在未來3至4年增至2萬5000輛，Inokom油漆廠可能會在今年底準備就緒並投入運作。這符合該公司增加出口量的計劃。

目前，BERMAZ汽車旗下大馬馬自達僅出口本地組裝CX-5至泰國，但管理層計劃出口至其它東協國家，唯越南除外。我們相信，大馬馬自達可改善BERMAZ汽車盈利表現。

另外，BERMAZ汽車預計將旗下持有60.4%股權的BERMAZ汽車菲律賓公司，于明年首季上市。這可能降低持股權高達9%，但仍以51%持股權維持主要股東地位。假設BERMAZ汽車菲律賓公司價值6億5000萬令吉，估計脫售9%股權有助釋放價值，並從中取得5850萬令吉現金，相等于每股5仙。

雖然國內環境充滿挑戰，BERMAZ汽車股價持續上升，年初至今共漲了10%。我們維持該股“增持”評級，目標價為2.60令吉。【中国报财经】

马币贬．股价挫逾10%．成功汽车卖压无理

（吉隆坡17日讯）马币近期大挫，拖累成功汽车（BAUTO，5248，主板贸服组）股价急挫，惟安联星展研究认为卖压毫无根据，该公司外汇结算以日圆为主，盈利不受美元强劲所影响，在高达周息率高达6.8%和净现金支撑下，仍看好该公司前景。

11月9日，特朗普成功胜出美国总统选举，进而提振美元走势，并冲击了马币汇率，成功汽车股价一度严重受挫，走低29仙至1令吉95仙后，逐渐收回失地，过去7个交易日，成功汽车共下挫16仙至2令吉零8仙。

安联星展表示，成功汽车外汇结算以日圆为主，因此未受美元走强冲击。自10月31日以来，美元兑马币升值3.7%，但日圆兑马币则贬值0.3%。

安联星展说，成功汽车完全以日圆进口马自达原装进口车（CBU），而组装汽车（CKD）则以马币向持股30%的大马马自达公司购买，预期该公司2017财政年首季组装汽车与原装进口销售比例为64%对36%，以减少外汇风险。

安联星展指出，消费情绪低落及马币持续弱化，是成功汽车需面对的风险。

前者将冲击需求，后者则影响成本走高及压缩赚幅。至于成功汽车若派发更高的股息、新产线竣工及菲律宾上市计划完成，将会获重估。

安联星展维持该公司“买进”评级及2令吉55仙目标价。

升品牌形象 释放股东价值
柏马菲律宾子公司申请上市

（吉隆坡14日讯）柏马汽车（BAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）菲律宾子公司Bermaz Auto Philippines（BAP）已提出申请，上市菲律宾交易所主板。

柏马汽车今日向马交所报备，昨日已向菲律宾证券及交易委员会提出有关上市申请。

柏马汽车在上周四（8日）曾宣布，BAP建议进行首次公开募股（IPO）活动，总共售股1亿5500万股，包括发售8343万股新股，及献售7157万股。

该公司指出，将迟些再决定每股发售价。

根据文告，一旦BAP上市，柏马汽车持股率将从60.4%，减少至52%。

BAP上市所筹得的资金将用于兴建仓库、车身维修和喷漆厂、成立一家汽车维修和服务培训学院，及兴建Mazda陈列室和分行。

这将会进一步提升万事达（Mazda）在菲律宾的品牌形象，且未来有助于提高销量。

此外，柏马汽车预计，该项上市活动将释放BAP股东价值，且让柏马汽车在菲律宾的Mazda汽车业务有一项透明的估值基准。

BAP在菲律宾成立于2012年8月10日，主要涉及汽车销售业务，并且是菲律宾唯一一家Mazda汽车经销商。

通过上市计划，BAP可直接进入菲律宾股市，让公司有更大的资本管理弹性。

目前，柏马汽车通过Bermaz Motor国际有限公司（BMIL）持有BAP的60.4%股权，为最大股东。

菲盈利抵消大马销量跌

柏马汽车指，菲律宾的经济较强劲增长，加上内需强稳，该集团将可借此进一步在当地市场增长。

除了大马，菲律宾业务是柏马汽车的关键盈利贡献来源，有助于缓冲柏马汽车在大马国内销量下跌的冲击。

营业额减少，加上令吉兑日元进一步贬值压低盈利赚幅，拖累柏马汽车截至10月31日次季净利按年萎缩42.28%，报3063万令吉或每股净利2.67仙。

但菲律宾子公司和联号公司的盈利贡献，却改善并助缓冲负面影响。

合计上半年，柏马汽车净利按年减少31.85%，录得7174万令吉，或每股6.26仙。【e南洋】
