赚幅改善.7-11控股第三季多赚38%

(吉隆坡29日讯)赚幅改善提振7-11控股(SEM,5250,主板贸服组)净利,截至2017年9月30日第三季,该公司净利起38.14%至1609万6000令吉。

惟前期表现欠缺,拖累该公司首9个月净利下滑19.7%至3425万2000令吉。

第三季营业额涨2.8%至5亿6312万1000令吉,首9个月营业额则起3.87%至16亿4086万2000令吉。

该公司董事部透过文告表示,赚幅改善0.9%,进而提升盈利5.7%至1亿7870万令吉,销售与分销开销走高5.3%至930万令吉,行政费用则增加7.7%至180万令吉,归咎于训练费用增加之故。

大马7-11控股冀降营运成本至30%

目标价:1.70令吉

最新进展:

大马7-11控股(SEM,5250,主板贸服股)截至九月杪第三季,净利按年增38.14%,至1609万6000令吉,或每股1.45仙。

同时,当季营业额亦扬2.80%至5亿6312万1000令吉,胜于去年同季的5亿4780万8000令吉。

累计首九个月,净利跌19.7%,收3425万2000令吉或每股3.08%;营业额升3.87%,写16亿4086万2000令吉。

行家建议:

虽然合计首九个月净利下跌,但公司业绩依然符合预期,净利达到我们和市场全年预测的73%和72%。

该公司放眼在未来两年内开设150家新分店,同时正在进行营运重组计划,冀望可节约成本。

大马7-11控股的营运开销现大概等于营业额的34%,而我们相信公司的目标是减至30%。

维持财测、“超越大市”评级和目标价1.70令吉不变。

我们的目标价是根据2018财年35倍的本益比预测,为3年本益比预测的平均数;同时,也比对手柏昇(BISON,5275,主板贸服股)的下财年23倍本益比预测高50%。

柔苏丹增持.7-11控股前景谨慎

(吉隆坡6日讯)柔佛苏丹依布拉欣陛下增持7-11控股(SEM,5250,主板贸服组)的5.1%股权或6308万股。

交易所数据显示,柔佛苏丹的股权提高到1亿7237万股或15.52%。

该公司全年展店目标落后、同店销售转负,联昌研究对集团增长前景趋向悲观。

联昌研究在出席7-11控股2017年第三季业绩汇报会表示,今年首9个月,集团仅新增85家分店,分店数量扩大至2207家,相信集团全年150家新店目标可能落空,但全年130家分店翻修目标有望达标。

“展望未来,我们相信集团展店可能趋向审慎,料这将维持短期商店增长动能。”

同时,7-11控股第三季同店销售(SSSG)转负,按年下挫4.7%,连累9个月SSSG也下挫1.7%,但这主要受开斋节提前推高比较基础所致。

整体来看,联昌研究虽看好7-11控股削减营运成本,以及强化效率措施,维持盈利目标不变,但碍于本益比已达到24倍高位,建议投资者宜先在场外观望成本撙节措施成效,因此保持“减持”评级不变。

消费低迷成本高涨
大马7-11控股被高估

(吉隆坡14日讯)对于大马7-11控股(SEM,5250,主板贸服股)的展望,分析员仍然冷对,归咎于消费者信心疲弱,加上营运成本高涨,因此维持“减持”评级。

联昌国际分析员在一份研究报告里称,大马7-11控股在第三季的同店销售增长率(SSSG),再次陷入负数,按年萎缩4.7%,而首9个月则萎缩1.7%,该数字在第二季时是正面的。

分析员指出,在出席了与代总执行长何明(译音)以及副总执行长希山慕丁哈山主持的分析员汇报会后,对于该公司未来的增长展望不感乐观。

同店销售增长率再次陷入负数,主要是因为今年的开斋节来得比较早,即在第二季 ,而去年则出现在第三季,因此比较基础较高。

新店目标或落空

无论如何,首9个月的同店销售增长率,仍然受到消费者情绪疲弱的影响,进而导致销售额下跌,就如上半年经历的那样。

另外,分析员也预测,大马7-11控股要在今年增设150家新分店的目标可能会落空,因为截至第三季仅增设了85家新分店,而总分店的数目为2207家。

不过,店面装潢的进度则处于正轨,今年的目标为130家,而其中85家已经完成装潢。

“未来,我们相信该公司在增设新分店时会增加挑剔,不过,在短期内增加新分店的步伐仍然不变。”



财测不变建议减持

另一方面,管理层透露,大马7-11控股第三季的营运收入之所以会按年增长26%,部分原因是供应商达不到既定的服务水平而被赔款。

目前,该公司专注在供应商的服务水平,以便加强客户对商店以及公司对仓库的满意程度。

目前,分析员维持盈利预测不变,同时也保留“减持”的投资评级。

“我们的目标价格为1.14令吉,是根据2019财年24倍本益比计算。”

然而,大马7-11控股目前的估值已经过高,分别处于2017财年及2018财年的41倍及36倍本益比交易。

“即使我们对于管理层致力降低营运成本的措施感到正面,然而,我们仍然保持观望,等待这些节约成本的计划带来成果。”【e南洋】

签署近两年 Brahim’s与7-Eleven的MoU失效

(吉隆坡4日讯)Brahim’s Holdings Bhd向7-Eleven控股(7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd)旗下便利店供应食品的计划,似乎在两家集团子公司近两年前签署的初步协议失效后而被搁置。

Brahim’s持股51%的Brahim’s SATS Food Services私人有限公司(BSFS)是于2016年4月12日,与7-Eleven子公司7-Eleven Malaysia私人有限公司签署谅解备忘录(MoU),以在食品链供应方面进行合作。

但7-Eleven今日向大马交易所宣布,MoU已经失效,因此不起任何作用。

当首次公布MoU时,7-Eleven表示,BSFS将规划、开发和制作菜单和产品,以在全马的7-Eleven便利店销售。

作为回报,7-Eleven将为BSFS提供一个集中配送中心,以交付BSFS生产的产品,并安排交货。

双方还同意设立一个联合工作小组,监督MoU顺利执行。

传成功资产放眼私有化7-11

(吉隆坡20日讯)消息透露,成功资产(BJASSET,3239,主板产业股)正放眼将大马7-11控股(SEM,5250,主板贸服股)私有化。

《The Edge》引述消息报道,成功资产将从公开市场收购“便宜”的股票下手。

“大马7-11控股和成功资产正酝酿一些事。一个企业活动是(双方)正考虑的事情。”

有趣的是,上周二,成功资产以5.114%的持股率,崛起为大马7-11控股的大股东。据悉,成功资产很有可能会持续增购股票,将持股率推高至双位数。

值得留意的是,大马7-11控股和成功资产共同拥有两名大股东,分别是丹斯里陈志远和柔佛苏丹依布拉欣陛下。

包括成功资产的股权,陈志远共持有大马7-11控股的42.463%股权。此外,他也持有成功资产的59.362%股权。

而依布拉欣陛下则是大马7-11控股的第二大股东,持股率企于15.523%;在成功资产也有9.381%股权。

另一名消息人士透露,成功零售是友善的一方,当时机对了,其握有的大马7-11控股股权,将会卖给成功资产,最终触动全购。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡27日讯)马来西亚7-Eleven控股再次向本地企业家开放加盟经营7-11连锁便利店计划。

该公司推出的加盟配套条件是25万令吉的投资额,以及全天候营运和管理一家连锁店。

大马7-Eleven主要股东丹斯里陈志远发文告说,这项加盟计划适合待业毕业生和具备企业家思维的千禧世代,可获得学习管理和经营自己的生意的珍贵经验。

“大马7-Eleven拥有良好业绩,为愿意努力打拼和长时间工作者提供取得成功的机会。

“一旦一名加盟商成功掌握经营一家连锁店的能力,这名加盟商将优先获得经营更多连锁店的机会,最终一个人可以成为多店经营者,进而创造更多收益。”

他指出,有意加盟者可从多个政府机构获得许多融资选项,因此应该把握这个机会实现创业的理想。

今年拟设200连锁店

大马7-Eleven计划在今年投资7000万令吉开设约200间连锁店和装修现有店面。

截至去年杪,该公司旗下共有2225间连锁店,而特许加盟经营连锁店则少于10%。

大马7-Eleven代总执行长何明(译音)说,25万令吉的加盟投资额包括不会退还的加盟费和可退还的存货抵押金。

“这只是为了确保新加盟商能遵守特许经营方的责任和义务以及表现。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“SEMH”) wishes to announce that its 100%-owned subsidiary company, Convenience Shopping (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (“CSSSB”) had on 18 April 2018 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Ng Kin Chen (“NKC”), Ng Lee Chin (“NLC”) and Public Yong Tow Foo Sdn Bhd (“PYTF”) (collectively, the “Vendors”) for the proposed acquisition by CSSSB of 123,004 ordinary shares (“Shares”) representing 60% equity interest in Café Decoral Sdn Bhd (“CDSB”) from the Vendors for a total cash consideration of RM600,000 (“Proposed Acquisition”).
