（吉隆坡6日讯）霹雳前进（MJPERAK，8141，主板产业股）宣布以1772万令吉，脱售霹雳面积664.781英亩的土地。
该公司今日向交易所报备，通过独资子公司Syarikat Majuperak公司与Wawasan Amanjaya私人有限公司签署买卖协议，半年内脱售位于霹雳近打县的土地。
脱售计划所得资金将用于霹雳前进和子公司的营运资本，同时也作为霹雳进行，各种产业发展项目的未来资金。【e南洋】

Majuperak总执行长呈辞

（吉隆坡9日讯）Majuperak Holdings Bhd董事经理兼集团总执行长Rustam Apandi Jamaludin呈辞，从10月1日起生效。
Majuperak主要从事产业发展及提供管理合约服务。截至4月5日，霹雳州发展机构（Perak State Development Corp）持有Majuperak的55.12%股权。
Majuperak今日向大马交易所报备，57岁的Rustam Apandi已经呈辞，理由是追求其他利益。
他于2017年4月1日担任现职。此外，他也是霹雳州发展机构商业运作部副总执行长。
此前，Rustam Apandi曾在Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd担任商业银行高级副总裁，并曾在大马评级公司（Malaysian Rating Corp Bhd）担任副总裁一职。
