Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) To state the method of valuation by the independent professional valuer for the Land. 2) To explain why the market value by the Valuer excludes the two ponds. For better comparison with the Purchase Price, to include the estimated value of the two ponds (to also provide its basis). 3) To provide the basis for the value of the 3 properties being used as payment in-kind. 4) To state whether there was any valuation conducted for the 3 properties. If there was valuation conducted, to provide the information of the said valuation(s). 5) To provide the basis for the value of the ponds being RM4.8 million. 6) Noted that the value of the ponds is RM4.8 million and the balance purchase price is RM9.46 million. The total of the aforesaid is different from the total Purchase Price of RM27.31 million. Please check and explain accordingly. 7) To quantify the breakdown for the working capital requirements. 8) To elaborate on the rationale for part of the disposal consideration via properties in-kind, together with the proposed usage of the properties in-kind and the prospect of the said properties.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MJPerak (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that MJPerak had on 5 October 2021 entered into a conditional subscription agreement with Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak (“PPPNP” or “Subscriber”) (“Subscription Agreement”) for the subscription of 56,875,900 new ordinary shares in MJPerak (“Shares” or “MJPerak Shares”) (“Subscription Shares”) (representing approximately 20% of the existing issued ordinary shares in MJPerak) at a subscription price of RM0.335 per MJPerak Share (“Subscription Price”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement (“Proposed Subscription”). The Board of Directors of MHB wishes to inform that its Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") cum Executive Director, Encik Nizran Bin Noordin, has been given garden leave effective from 2 September 2022 until the expiry of his service contract (i.e. 31 October 2022). During his absence, Encik Syed Agil bin Syed Hashim (“Encik Syed Agil”), the Chief Financial Officer of MHB will be appointed as the Acting Group CEO to assume the day-to-day management of MHB and its subsidiaries. Encik Syed Agil graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from International Islamic University Malaysia and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management, corporate, finance, funding, business planning, and auditing in the accounting and corporate services profession. In 1995, he joined KPMG (Kuala Lumpur) as an Audit Senior to perform audits in various industries including manufacturing, trading, oil & gas, hotel, and public listed companies. He then joined Multimedia Development Corporation  as a Finance Manager for about 6 years before he joined Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation in year 2006 with his last position as Chief Investment Officer. In 2021, he joined Perak State Development Corporation as Deputy Chief Executive prior to joining MHB on 1 July 2022 as the General Manager of Corporate Finance.
