国马附加股资金 还债不买机械

（吉隆坡21日讯）国马集团（KOMARK，7017，主板工业产品股）决定，将从附加股计划筹集的部分资金用于偿还银行贷款，而非购买机器。

根据文告，原本计划把93.2万令吉用于购买当中机器，改为偿还银行贷款。

集团认为，目前的生产线能够达到客户的要求，所以决定把资金用作偿还银行贷款，以减少利息开销。

此外，剩余的6.5万令吉则扣除附加股开支后作营运资本。

去年，公司建议，发行4063万7005股附加股；股东每持有2股，即可认购1股附加股，并获赠1张凭单。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡29日讯）国马集团（KOMARK，7017，主板工业产品股）截至7月杪首季，净利报128万3000令吉每股净利1.03仙，去年同期则净亏101万令吉。

同期营业额年增20.62%，从3310万6000令吉，提高至3993万4000令吉。

根据文告，首季业绩表现亮眼，归功于财政开销减少及中国与泰国的营业额贡献走高。

按季来看，国马集团营业额比上一季度高出8.76%，相等于321万5000令吉。

國馬今日召開年度股東大會，但公司管理層在股東大會結束后未接受媒體採訪即離去。不過，一名股東大會出席者透露，該公司對法國公司Autajon有意收購旗下子公司一事抱有信心。

較早前，來自法國蒙特利馬爾的折疊箱與標籤生產商Autajon表示有意收購國馬旗下子公司，包括General Labels & Labelling（馬）私人有限公司及子公司、國馬國際（馬）私人有限公司子公司國馬印尼Labels and Labelling、國馬投資控股及子公司上海國馬與廣州國馬等。

国马集团在文告中指出，明年1月中的期限属于暂定，随时可根据精密审核的进展而作出修改。

原订11月30日签约

早前，公司接获Autajon的通知，探讨洽购前者国内外营运子公司股权。

（吉隆坡23日讯）截至10月杪，国马集团（KOMARK，7017，主板工业产品股）次季净赚129万9000令吉，每股净利1.04仙，去年次季则净亏28万6000令吉。

根据文告，由于营业额走高和令吉贬值，因此提振了净利表现。

当季营业额录得4213万6000令吉，年增25.96%，高于去年次季的3345万3000令吉，归功于中国方面的贡献按年大涨46.1%。

合计上半年，净利报258万2000令吉，每股净利2.07仙，去年同期则净亏129万6000令吉。

同期营业额按年扬23.3%，从6655万9000令吉，走高至8207万令吉。

持13%股权　国马香港大股东崛起

（吉隆坡18日讯）隨著大股东淡出，国马集团（KOMARK，7017，主板工业股）週三宣佈，一名註册地在香港的新大股东──帝豪投资公司（King Regal Investments），持有该公司12.53%股权。

上週四（12日），国马集团出现一批佔缴足资本12.53%的股权，在场外以每股50仙易手，卖方是该公司第2大股东林裴天（译音），在週一（16日）宣布不再是其大股东，而买进这批股权的正是帝豪投资。

值得注意的是，国马集团在过去数月频频传出脱售资產的消息。去年10月，该公司接获法国Autojon公司收购其资產的意向书，但过后一直展延，终于在4月杪敲定买卖协议，以4800万令吉，把其中部份资產，即上海和广州標籤与贴標公司，脱售予Autojon旗下在香港註册的Lagora香港公司。

Working experience and occupation	Mr Koh Hong Muan @ Koh Gak Siong is the founder of Komarkcorp Group of Companies and is currently the Executive Chairman of the Komarkcorp Berhad. He is responsible for formulating the overall business development and corporate strategies for the Group. Mr Koh has been engaged in the manufacturing of pressure sensitive labels for over 38 years during which he gained wide experience in product development and corporate management. Mr Koh is the pioneer in promoting high quality multicolour labels in roll form for automatic application in S.E.A and he is the first person to invest in the label printing industry of China and Thailand. He co-invented two sets of patented feeding mechanism in hand-held labellers and precision products feeding device with pneumatic logistic control systems in automatic labelling machines, respectively. Mr Koh's efforts were recognised by the Malaysian Government when General Labels & Labelling (M) Sdn Bhd and Komark International (M) Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Komarkcorp Berhad, were granted Pioneer Status for the manufacturing of automatic labelling machines and hand-held labellers by Malaysia Industrial Development Authority, Malaysia in 1991 and 1997, respectively.
