（吉隆坡9日訊）IBRACO（IBRACO，5084，主要板房產）聯號公司Ibraco Help教育私人有限公司，昨日（8日）與砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）旗下獨資子公司砂日光教育私人有限公司進入聯營和股東協議。

IBRACO向馬證交所報備文告指出，根據有關協議，雙方除了將與IBRACO進入建設和租賃合約，也將與HELP教育服務私人有限公司進入管理協議。

先組聯營公司

根據協議內容，HELP教育服務私人有限公司將負責學前教育、小學、中學和大學預備班，及一棟4層樓高備有運動設施的教學大樓的設立、維護和營運。

另外，Ibraco Help教育私人有限公司需要組一家聯營公司，與IBRACO進入建設和租賃合約，由后者負責興建新教學大樓內的私人學校，同時雙方將進入租賃協議。

同時，上述新聯營公司將負責新教學大樓內私人學校的營運和管理工作。

Ibraco Help教育私人有限公司也已同意讓砂日光教育私人有限公司參與上述聯營公司，同時砂日光教育私人有限公司考慮在新校舍建竣后，將位于古晉kasuma的Tunku Putra學校遷至新校址。

Ibraco Help教育私人有限公司是在2017年10月4日成立，是IBRACO和HELP教育服務私人有限公司的聯營公司，各別持股49%和51%。

Description	AWARD OF CONTRACT
The Board of Directors of Ibraco Berhad (“Ibraco” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Ibraco Construction Polybuilding Construction JV Sdn Bhd, had on 29 May 2019, received and accepted the Letter of Acceptance from the Jabatan Bekalan Air Luar Bandar Sarawak, Kuching Sarawak for the Design, Construction, Completion, Testing and Commissioning of Proposed Package NR4 (Northern Region) for Sarawak Water Supply Grid Programme – Stressed Areas (“Project’). The contract amount for the said Project is RM44,888,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Four Million Eight Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand only). The contact period is 22 months commencing from 12.6.2019 and scheduled to complete on 11.4.2021. The risks associated with the Project are normal operational risks which shall be mitigated through internal controls and good governance in operating procedures. The Project, which will be funded via internally generated funds and external borrowing, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Ibraco for the duration of the Project and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Ibraco’s Group. The Project is in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.   None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Ibraco or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above Project.
